Gunel (8/5): - Die Sauberkeit, die Lage und die gute Ausstattung der Küche haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Die ruhige Atmosphäre und die schöne Aussicht waren sehr entspannend. Es gab 2 Probleme mit dem Wasser: 1. In der Küche läuft es kein warmes Wasser. 2. In der Dusche war die Temperatur nicht regulierbar (entweder zu heiß oder zu kalt). Das Duschen war dadurch ziemlich unangenehm.
Sihem (1/5): Insgesamt war für mich ein sehr schlechte Erfahrung, die ich definitiv nicht noch einmal wiederholen möchte. möch - Mir hat an der Unterkunft ehrlich gesagt nichts gefallen. Mir hat an der Unterkunft ehrlich gesagt nichts gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr veraltet, und als „Apartment“ würde ich das definitiv nicht bezeichnen. Im Grunde handelt es sich nur um ein kleines Zimmer mit Bad. Eine richtige Küche gibt es überhaupt nicht – keine Mikrowelle, gar nichts. Es gibt lediglich einen kleinen Elektro-Backofen, aber selbst dieser ist kaum nutzbar, da sein Stecker nicht richtig in die Steckdose passt und man ihn erst umständlich bewegen muss, um ihn überhaupt anschließen zu können. Außerdem ist der Zugang zur Wohnung sehr umständlich. Vom Aufzug aus muss man durch zwei geschlossene Glastüren gehen. Wenn man eine Lieferung erhält, muss man extra aus dem Zimmer herausgehen, zuerst die eine Glastür öffnen und dann noch die zweite. Das bedeutet, dass man nichts einfach bequem an der Tür entgegennehmen kann. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, die Tür direkt zu öffnen und die Lieferung unkompliziert anzunehmen, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich unpraktisch macht. Ein weiterer großer Nachteil ist die Parksituation. Es gibt überhaupt keinen Parkplatz zur Wohnung, man muss selbst einen Platz in einem Parkhaus bezahlen. Die Kosten liegen bei 24 Euro pro Tag, was ich für einen längeren Aufenthalt als extrem teuer empfinde. Ich habe den Vermieter bereits am Sonntag kontaktiert und nach Parkmöglichkeiten gefragt, jedoch erst am Freitag eine Antwort erhalten. In dieser wurde ein Parkhaus in der Nähe erwähnt, angeblich für 15 Euro pro Tag. Tatsächlich kostet es aber 24 Euro täglich, was die ohnehin schon hohen Unterkunftskosten zusätzlich erheblich erhöht.
