• Jasmin (10/5): Perfekt! - Schicke kleine Wohnung - geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gastgeber ist außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und bemüht, seinen Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Großes Lob. Auch die Lage ist spitze.
• Alexey Kras (9/5): If you need to be close to the central station - is the best option - In general we received exactly what we wanted for a faid price. The apartment are comfortable, in the location that we wanted (really close to the central train station), equipeed with everything you need for a short stayment so we were satisfied with everything. Some furniture needs renovation. The entrance to the building is depends on your mobile Internet, so you need to take care of traffic availability and battery otherwise there might be an unpleasant momnet.

Además el día de la salida dejé mi cámara en el apto y en la noche la recuperé, personas muy honestas.

Clean apartments, new bathroom. Easy to contact the owner to settle all questions. Nice balcony with a view. Noise from the street.
• Terrence (9/5): Superb - Very nice place 5 minutes from central station but still a nice and attractive and safe little neighborhood. l liked the balcony and view from it. Nice little apartment. Didn't care for the nuki building door lock, but more on me for not having modern phone service. Yet Antonio was very easy to work with and got me in and there is a physical key availible in the apartment so all was well after that. Apartment itself you only need a code
• Alexandros (9/5): Cozy apartment near Centrale FS - A beautiful apartment 5-8' walking from Centrale FS. Very comfortable bed with all the necessary equipment to make your coffee, breakfast or lunch. Quiet building but the avenue in front a bit noisy due to trams. The location is very good because it's near Centrale, it has in front of the door tram stop, mini market and a super market by walking 3' and very good restaurants to enjoy Italian food and wine/beer. The Metro is 10' walking but the tram (No10) is your vehicle for ride. Thank you Antonio for your hospitality and your quick response on our questions/demands
• Joan (10/5): Great place - Bright and clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed. Washing machine was a plus. Close to the Milan Central station and the metro. Supermarket nearby. Helpful host. A tea towel and oven mitt would be useful as there was no way to remove hot object from the oven. Maybe it would be useful to state that you need internet access to gain access to the building.
• Ashley (9/5): Superb - A nicely stocked modern kitchen with olive oil, salt, balsamic, teas etc. Plenty of storage space throughout the apartment. Things like weighing scales, a mop, and a washing machine are a great touch. Good coms with the host, nicely checked how I was doing and allowed us to stay another night when our flight was cancelled due to storms. The lighting in the toilet by the mirror was a bit tricky for shaving, makeup etc.

• Mircea (10/5): Enjoyed time there - The studio was very clean, with all the needed appliances (microwawe, fridge, stowe, tea and coffee makers, hairdryer, iron) and useful products. The Tv is mobile on the wall and has lots of channels. The heaters and Ac are also present. The bed is huge and has 4 big pillows and a large blanket. A useful and cozy place. I will return there. The building is easy accesible, with trams 5 and 10 having a station just downstairs. There is a noisy street outside, especially at night. I would have preferred a small pillow for sleeping, but those big ones were comfortable.
• Marina (10/5): Great! - A lovely apartment, and you get everything you need. A very good location, at least for me, as it saved my time: a train station, metro, buses to airports - all in one place, a 10 - minute walk, and very quick access to the center using metro. And you can easily have your breakfast/dinner or buy food in a supermarket just on your way from the apartment to the metro or back. I am very grateful to Antonio - he is very caring and helpful, in touch at any time when you need. Everything was great!

Window blinders are really good. We enjoyed making own coffee with machine. Comfy bed. Owner is a really nice person and helped us a lot during our stay. Highly recommended. If you’re not used to traffic sounds it can be noisy.
• Olivia (8/5): Very good - Very clean apartment. Bed super comfy. Has all you need, and the A/C was nice to have. Owner is nice and helpful and location is very good: close to Central Station and lots of metro stations and markets around. We really appreciated the contactless check-in (all done through an app and with a pin code access), especially since we arrived very late in Milan. Owner is helpful and nice. Unfortunately, it was a big minus for me, as a light sleeper, that the apartment had poor sound isolation. Although not completely terrible, I did fall asleep harder or woke up sometimes during the night if there was traffic or noisy cars / trams. A bit of soundproofing is expected at 120€/night, so maybe a small investment in better windows would not hurt. Other than that all was good.
