• Kat (9/5): Excellent location and comfortable - worth the money! - The attendants were in a shift switch so it took a little longer than should have and the new attendant was not nearly has helpful as the first one. The code didn't work so I had to go back to front and then someone had to meet to reset but honestly the person meeting me was there before I got back to the room so that was great! The A/C in the main room didn't work but the one in the bedroom did so it was fine. I only use to sleep. There were no utensils or paper towels to use but not that big of a deal as I was only there for one night but a longer stay would need those items.

It can't be easily fixed but if it can help you with improvements, please know I share this only to help: 1) The walls are paper thin 2) The bathroom is outside the bedroom and right at the entrance 3) There is no toothbrush cupholder, no soap/shampoo holder in the shower, and the tiles didn't seem to be clean when we first used them 4) There was a sharp broken metal fixture (maybe where the toilet paper holder was. The toilet is tiny, low, and right against the wall, so if you are a large person, you could tear the skin clean off of your leg or arm. I almost did when I woke in the night. It was kind of scary to have to force myself to be awake as I walked from my bed, with a squeaky door (that woke my husband) through the corridor and though the door and remember to sit from the off center left side. 5) The faucet had a constant drip, and the spurt would spurt out of the small basin. There is no water for your feet except a spurt on the side that you need to figure it out by playing with the knobs I didn't give a bad rating. These things are from older buildings. I loved the stay. The bed was comfortable and made up for what was lacking.
• Candace (9/5): Great trip to Jamaica as always. - Great location on the local Bay Beach and the main Roa. Accurate pictures. Clean and modern room with cold AC. Silver Sands the on site restaurant is fabulous. Delicious food and excellent for our favorite authentic Jamaican dishes. Consider leaving more face cloths and towels for guest. We stayed for one week and bathe often due to the heat and chlorine pool exposure. We visit family island wide and often return after 6pm too late for the 12 to 6 housekeeping hours. Consider a little more in the kitchen like can and bottle opener’s and a dish cloth to wash dishes etc. Other condos I the area even include a bottle of water or two for checkin , a little dish soap etc…. Some even call their guest to check on them upon check in to be proactive with needs or concerns if any.
