Guest Reviews
- Joseph (9/5): - Excellent value for the price. AC cold, plenty of hot water, renewed flooring, fridge and microwave. The hotel staff who checked me in was among the nicest in my 19 years of travel. We have mobility issues among our group and he went out of his way to accommodate. Definitely would stay again None
- George (10/5): Vinay was super helpful as usual and the room was clean and comfortable - Our new favorite motel in Ridgecrest
- Milan (4/5): Nabídka neodpovídá skutečnosti - Lokalita, vstricny personal Fotografie neodpovídají realitě, stejně tak hodnocení. Jedná se o lowccost. Nemají výrobník ledu. Klimatizace šíleně hlučná celou noc!
- George (10/5): Vinay was super helpful and very accommodating, he actually showed me the room prior to making payment to make sure the - Close to many restaurants and shopping centers
- Villanueva (9/5): It was a great day for a good price cute location - The room was clean and neat. The personal was nice and helpful.
- Scott (10/5): - very friendly and informative staff
- Whitney (10/5): Great price for what you get. Helpful staff - Great price, better than expected given the price. Nice and clean. Has everything you need. Walking distance from groceries and restaurants. Owner gave us a free upgrade and was helpful.

- mary (1/5): I did not stay because the place was filthy and abandoned. - Nothing Arrived to an empty parking lot, with trash and debris blowing around. While waiting for someone to come to the office door, I noticed broken windows, rotting door jams, awful smells, and lots of filth. THe person answering the door spoke NO English. She tried calling someone to no avail. So basically, they were unable to check me in so I left. It was gross. It was almost a blessing that the fault was theirs that they couldn't check me in - otherwise I would have had to battle the books to get my money back for false advertising. THere was no way I was going to spend a night in this filthy, abandoned, derelict structure without anyone to contact for concerns. I have no idea how they have any positive reviews, those must be fake. There is no way a family stayed here and said it was 'perfect'. Unless it was a family of rats.

- Erik (9/5): - Super friendly staff! Clean room, good ac, good wifi.
- Lucas (10/5): Confortavel - Chuveiro muito bom e muito confortável. Vusto beneficio excelente.

- Claudia (3/5): You get what you pay for I guess :( - It was cheap and the staff was nice. It’s a good location for someone going to Death Valley. Gross as hell. Towels were not washed properly. Dusty. Seemed rather run down. One of the locks didn’t work. Sketchy at night.

- NIHAR (10/5): Lovely stay, will highly recommend. - The staff was very accommodating and cooperative
- Gerald (1/5): - Nothing the place is a dump
- Aleksandr (8/5): -
- Vladimir (10/5): -
- James (6/5): - The room size and bed size where huge. The shower was always hot. Decore was out of date felt like I walked into the 80.
- Osmin (10/5): -
- James (10/5): - I stayed at this place twice now. I’m working overnight and I ask the property owner if there was any possible way for an early check in but all the rooms were being cleaned. So I was going to take a nape in my truck and wait about 10 later he knocked on my window and checked me into a room so I can get some rest, this was very kind of him because I’ve been to other places and they would make me wait till 3pm
- Kashawn (6/5): - Check in was easy. When I opened the door to the room,ni was shocked. Knowing it was a smoking room, I never thought the room would be so bad. The bed was soft but low to the ground. It was a king, only had two pillows, there was no fitted sheet(A flat sheet was used instead) and the only comforter was thin and full of holes. None of the outlets worked and couldn't even hold the weight of a charger base. All of the furniture was mismatched and the bathroom was small but it was clean. The towels were mismatch and dirty and I saw a baby roach crawling on the sink. This place was disgusting.
- Francesco Paolo (9/5): -
- Adam (6/5): - The AC took 3 hours to make it comfortable in the middle of August.
- Grażyna (6/5): Everything was just as expected for the star rating. - I must say, the staff here were exceptionally friendly and helpful with anything we needed. They were kind enough to let us keep our laundry in the dryer until we returned from dinner, without any hassle. It’s rare to find such genuinely helpful staff who are attentive without being intrusive.
- Michelle (4/5): - The property was not well kept. I got up to go to the restroom and saw cockroaches!

- Salvador (9/5): -
- Jayda (4/5): - Odd stains, weird colors on everything, TV didn’t work, loud building, super sketchy area, smelled awful, curtain didn’t close, huge gap between the door and door frame. Didn’t want to touch or lay on anything frankly
- Lior (2/5): Very poor -
- Abigail (9/5): Friendly staff, clean and comfortable, just what we needed after backpacking, and not too pricy! - Clean and comfortable, near public transit Nothing
- Joseph (9/5): Superb - I did not like the policy against guests
- Rees (5/5): Passable -
- Arthur (2/5): Nasty - When i checked in I noticed i was the onky guest there at that time, the owner placed me and my girlfriend in the very last room at the end. When we opened the door the heat hit us like we opened an oven. The walls were dirty the counter tops were dusty the bathroom was disgusting. While using the rest room I killed 3 cockroachs. While sitting on the bed i noticed 4 on the walls, there was what could have been cockroach poop or bed bugs on the white sheets behind the pillows. Needless to say we left!
- Vanessa (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE! The property is not what it is posted to be and completely unsafe. Upon arrival the staff did not speak English and were rude. Our rooms were dirty and smelled horrible, nothing worked and even the door had been kicked in the frame and lock was broken. When we brought this to their attention they barely responded and told us to “calm down” rather than addressing the concern professionally. Absolutely horrified this property is still in business.
- Rees (5/5): Passable -
- Cierra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (1/5): No comment - Leaving Everything
- Bowman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (6/5): - The shower pressure was really great
- Ruben (2/5): Never again - It was disgusting
- Lauren (8/5): Very good -
- Charles (2/5): A homeless shelter would be better than this dump! - The pictures on their site are nothing like the dump this place really is. Nasty linens, nasty shower, filthy towels. Curtains that provide little privacy, poor external lighting, and no smoke detectors. The floors pop and give some as you walk around. Honestly, this would be a sorry excuse for a homeless shelter, let alone a motel. I stayed for about 2 hours and checked right back out. If you’re in ridgecrest, CA and want a dump to stay in, maybe even catch a few things, this is your place.
- Beayrd (8/5): I would stay there again, but not in room 110. I'm sorry, I shared my vacation photos, not the prope - I didn't know there was a breakfast. The location was great. The people were kind, the rooms were clean. The room above ours had a very squeaky floor and you hear the people walking back and forth all night and day and you could hear them talking as well. The second day we hung the maid service sign on the door and had the sheets on the floor, that night when we got back the maid had not come by.
So we had to go to the front desk get sheets and make the bed ourselves. Not that big of a deal, because we had fun making the bed together and then messing it all up a few minutes later. 💋 So the squeaky floor was the only problem.
- Valerie (4/5): Gross! - Gross! Dirty room, broken shower, turned on heater and immediately started coughing from dust. Whole place needs a remodel and some serious maintenance.
- Helen (1/5): Not again. - . We arrived. The host took payment. We dropped our bags off. Popped out for some food in the town. When we got back we looked a bit closer at the room and decided we did not want to stay as it was dirty and there were burn holes in the bedding and the general condition of the room was poor. we went back to the host in reception and asked for a refund which he did straight away without question. We packed our things and went on the search for somewhere else to stay. Within half an hour we received notification that we had been charged for not showing up at the accommodation. I have tried to raise multiple complaints but so far have only been told the charge is fair as we didn't show up. I want to know if this is booking.com or the host that has been dishonest and wish for my money back. There is no sign of "Oyo" branding anywhere in the place and the photos on the website are very very outdated. Currently very angry about how difficult communication is about this matter.
- ANA (8/5): - qUIET
- kathy (2/5): - pee stains on the mattress, hair on the bathroom floor, used soap at the sink.
- Salas (4/5): Disappointing -
- Hogan (1/5): Sketchy, might’ve gotten bedbugs. car didn’t feel safe outside. front desk owner was nice. - good location, new TV. that’s about it. didn’t look anything like the photos. holes in fences so vagrants can come by at any time. holes the the walls, broken furniture, 2mb/s internet super slow. smelled like cigarettes. queen bed instead of king. loud heater. can’t get worse folks… thought i was in a 3rd world country 😅
- Morrison (10/5): Exceptional - Peaceful NA
- Maxwell (1/5): Bad -
- Usharif (7/5): Good and cheap place to stay for a night if you are heading towards Death Valley from NorCal. - If you are traveling towards Death Valley or Las Vegas from North California, it is a good place to stay for a night. The hotel itself is okay, and the room had an old-style microwave and a refrigerator, but it works well to survive. Parking was easy. We got the downstairs room. Otherwise, the owner had a different room upstairs for us. So I'm not sure how it was, but the one we got was not very comfy and clean.
- Pascual (5/5): To sum up things up, hotel Europa met my needs my basic needs it's about it all. - There was no breakfast there that was offered but that's okay, we were close to restaurants and main stores the little fast food restaurants in a couple restaurants for just a hop skip and a jump which was a plus. The motel was cozy it wasn't luxurious but it did the job to stay a few nights or so. Hotel Europa would definitely need to change their mattresses they were old and broken in, the toilets and bathtubs needed to be upscaling toilets were very small only for like a 5-year-old 4-year-old just sitting couldn't use a bathroom properly because the toilets were just too small to sit on and the bathtubs excellent water pressure just seem like the piping and pictures were falling apart.
- Kimberley (8/5): Very good - The hosts were very helpful and accommodating xo Needed some repairs/upgrades
- Sheryl (3/5): I would not recommend this location. There are 10 other motels in the 2 miles around I would look at. - Location ok. But in the future, there’s many other better choices to choose from. Everything else. Unfortunately the person checking us in didn’t speak English. The rooms were dirty. And the entire motel was available and they put people on either side of our room that were loud all night. And there’s no direct phone number to the office.
- Dr (1/5): Bad -
- Walp (3/5): Poor -
- Blaine (6/5): - Inexpensive
- Rixzene (8/5): And OK place if you’re passing through - Location and the staff was outstanding A bit rundown
- Ori (9/5): Superb -
- Dominique (3/5): Poor - It was close to restaurants and shops The room was dirty, the walls we’re disgusting. The smoke detectors in the room were removed, as you could tell on the walls where they should have been. We could hear the room next door open and close their doors everyone because our walls would shake as if someone were breaking into the room. It was convenient for what we needed but I would not stay there again. The place needs a big upgrade and refresh.
- Dominic (1/5): Bad -
- Berry (3/5): Poor -
- Julia M (2/5): - Dirty, ugly motel. AC was off when we got there took hours to cool down. Would have left but nowhere else to go. Not safe.
- Melanie (7/5): Good - Staff was exceptionally friendly and ist was a very affordable option for one night You get what you pay for here - it's not glamorous, but cheap. The entire property is somewhat run down, and nothing appears to get replaced or actually repaired, just 'fixed' with duct tape. AC - held by duct tape. Shower handle - duct tape. Chair Upholstery - duct tape. Curtain - apparently too high for duct tape? Anyways, if you are just looking for a place to get some hours of sleep this will do the trick if you manage your expectations accordingly
- Rivas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mike (8/5): - Comfortable beds. Tiny bathroom and dated furniture.
- Tianyi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Diego (6/5): Pleasant -
- Chris (7/5): Good - It was a convient location for a long road trip. The rooms are a bit older but spacious. You can tell that there is a certain wear and tear in them
- Donna (7/5): Good -
- Cheralee (3/5): Won’t go back - The guy at the desk was nice Where to start…not clean, things were broken lamp, fire detector etc…- I had a stick in the window for my lock. There were pry marks on my door. The sink hole was taped up…the bed was comfortable tho. People were in and out all night, wasn’t a safe feel safe
- Tori (9/5): Superb -
- Kevin (1/5): Bugs, No A/C, and safety concerns - Nothing The A/C didn’t work
Bugs
Smoke detectors ripped off wall
No hot water in bathroom sink
No English speaking staff at check in
