• xi (7/5): 房子装修的还不错，地理位置还可以。 - 位置不错，地标建筑边上。装修好看，床垫，沙发都很舒适。 厨房器具全（但没找到垃圾袋和洗洁精） 卫生不错 洗衣机里还遗留了上一个客户的衣物，应该全面检查一下。 拿钥匙比较麻烦，门口站了好久才确认好可以拿。 电控的窗帘不好控制。 退房后联系开发票都没人理我。

When you book the apartment they will change the address to another apartment and then they wont give your money back! • Julia (1/5): Disappointed with the way we have been treated. - It was spacious and clean and tidy The host was non responsive, had to keep chasing before our booking, we were moved from the apartment we booked so further away from Tower Bridge. I was asked to pay a hefty deposit then accused of staining the sofa which we didn’t even use and charge me £200! I am a host myself so know how to treat other peoples places. It has ruined our family stay away because of this. Wouldn’t stay with this company again.
