carole (5/5): Nice apartment spoilt by neighbours - Large apartment with a lovely bathroom and plenty of living space . Garden is beautiful and the pool is great for cooling off. Couldn't fault the communications and attention from the company managing the apartment. Kitchen was nice but unfortunately had a faulty toaster which blew the electrics and I spent my first night from 10.30 pm until the next morning without power. Initially there was no one in the adjacent property, which is divided off by a slatted fence outside and a connecting door inside. After a couple days four people arrived and couldn't have made more noise if they tried which completely destroyed the peace and quiet both in the garden and in the apartment. It was so bad I could actually hear them using the toilet which must be just beyond the connecting door. They also used my "private" garden when I wasn't there. Unfortunately this completely spoilt my experience.
Helen (9/5): Enjoyable stay! - We had a very enjoyable stay here in July. Apartment was clean and tidy. Good facilities, and the washing machine was much appreciated. Garden was beautiful, and so peaceful to relax in, with the pool being great to cool off. A 5 to 10 minute walk down to the lakeside. Garda itself is beautiful. We arrived hours before check in due to flight times and as the accommodation was ready we were allowed early access. If not we would have been able to leave our suitcases in the office at the bottom of the road, which would have left us free to explore Garda in the meantime. Great communication from the host. We would stay here again. The walk back to the apartment up hill in the heat can be a little tricky.
