• Nicola (9/5): Appartamento in ottima posizione ma un po’ da ammodernare , specie il bagno - Posizione terrazzo parcheggio La vasca si scrostava e il boiler teneva acqua calda a malapena per 1/2 docce. Molti appartamenti , spesso i 2 ascensori erano occupati
• Norel (10/5): Very cozy - Apartment was clean, located at 6th floor has given a nice view to the south-west. The fact that I stayed only 5 days!
• Estibaliz (10/5): Las vacaciones perfectas. - Nos gusto por la ubicación. Cerca de la playa, tiene piscina… Fuimos una pareja con dos niños, uno de 6 y otro de 10 años. Solo era una habitación. Dos dormían en el sofá cama.

• Monika (10/5): - The location is excellent – just 3 minutes to a perfect beach. My favourite part was the balcony, where you can enjoy a wonderful sunset.

• Khalil (5/5): Vieillot. Mauvais rapport qualité prix - La localisation était bonne Cuisine suffisamment équipée Beaucoup trop petit pour quatre personnes ! Appartement vieillot et plus généralement tout l’immeuble l’est aussi. plafond très bas, petites fenêtres, pas du tout agréable. Le linge de lit et de bain était très sale, poisseux. Nous avons dû tout laver. La salle de bain a été légèrement rénovée mais le lavabo est très petit pour 4. Aucun rangement. La baignoire est petite avec de la peinture qui s’écaille. Au final très mauvais rapport qualité /prix. Ça ne vaut clairement pas 160€ la nuit.

• Gen (10/5): Excellent little apartment - The apartment was everything we needed for a family, the situation was ideal right next to the beach, loads of restaurants and bars and in the middle of las Americas and los Cristianos! I had 2 fairly big children in the single beds and the sofa bed for 2 adults was not the most comfortable for the full week but it did it's job.

• Inga (7/5): Good for the price ☺️ - Great location, Anna was extremely accommodating. Cute, little apartment. The beds were not great and it would’ve been great to have ac or at least 2 fans. WiFi was also slow.

• Sam (8/5): Great apartment, great location, very friendly and helpful host - would definately stay here again! - Location is excellent, the apartment was perfectly clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you might need. Wifi worked very well, which was important to me as I had to work whilst there. I liked everything - but no air conditioning, which wasn't an issue for me at this time, as the time of year meant cooler evenings. However I can imagine this might be a problem in the height of the summer.

• Ivana (10/5): Fantastic stay in cozy apartment in great location - Everything absolutely superb. Excellent location - you can see ocean as well the mountains from the balcony. You´re really near to the ocean (fantastic Vista beach), shops, restaurant, promenade. Even supermarket is near by. We love the area from that time :) Good equipment of the apartment, even the washing machine. Sometimes not so easy to find a parking place. If you have good luck, you can park directly in front of the building. (Just one pan in the kitchen was really bad - destroyed surface, rest was OK.)
