• Markus (4/5): Enttäuschende Wohnung inclusive Wohnlage - Die zentrale Lage sonst nichts! Die Wohnung liegt in einem alten verschmutzten Wohnblock bei dem im Hauseingang schon die Rattenfalle steht und im Hofeingang sind viele aufgebrochene Briefkästen zu sehen. Als wir Nachts angekommen sind wollten wir den Aufzug nehmen aber das ging leider nicht da sich jemand darin übergeben hat. Als wir dann vor der Wohnungstür standen sah man den komplett verschmutzten Boden inclusive Fußmatte, die glaube ich bestimmt schon 6 Monate nicht mehr sauber gemacht worden war. Im inneren der Wohnung ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Küchenablage war verklebt im inneren der Schränke Waren immer noch Staubspuren das Geschirr war nicht richtig gespült so das wir die ganzen Teller und Tassen alle zuerst in die Spülmaschine taten. Im Schlafzimmer war der Schiebeschrank auch an den Rändern voll Staub. Die Matraze hat auch schon ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. In der ersten Nacht krachte es einmal fürchterlich im Bett und als wir Morgens aufstanden heute ich die Matraze hoch und sah das sich 3 einzelne Latten vom Lattenrost nach unten katapultiert hatten. Wie kann man nur so ein Schrott Lattenrost verwenden. Hier in der Wohnung ist nur mehr Schein wie Sein! Es sind alles nur Billigmöbel außer der Küchentisch mit den Stühlen. Die Wohnzimmercouch ist auch durchgehangen und man bekommt nach 5 Minuten schon Rückenschmerzen. Auf der Toilette flackert des öfteren das Licht und die Fenster kann man gar nicht zum lüften öffnen. Im Bad ist ein ziemlich neues Fenster verbaut das man zwar öffnen kann aber dahinter gleich eine schwarze Mauer ist mit vollem Staub und Modergeruch. Man konnte also nicht lüften und das war eigentlich der Kritikpunkt wofür wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden haben. Toiletten+Handtuchhalter waren alle lose und die Duschhalterungen waren abgebrochen. Dusche incl. Glastür waren auch nicht sauber gewesen. Im inneren des Türblattes ist soviel Staub das man gleich weiß das hier nur so 0815 sauber gemacht wird. Das knacken des.
• Mohammad (1/5): DONT STAY HERE ITS NOT SAFE I WAS ROBBED INSIDE THE APARTMENT - They have everything you need in the apartment, from Microwave to utensils to charger plugs I was robbed during my stay in this apartment, left for my tour and when i came back all my valuables were stolen, no signs of breaking in so the thief was from the owner side for sure, and when i informed them, they werent supportive at all and suggested to send the cleaning lady to check! Also the owner refuses to contact you except through booking.com messages which makes it difficult to contact, and I stayed there for 4 days yet no one came to clean anything
• Yordanka (1/5): Няма престой - Не можахме да вземем ключовете,не отговаряха на обажданията ни,платихме без да можем да ползваме апартамента.Надявсм се букинг да направи нещо по въпроса и да ни обезщети.Вечерта след много звънене по телефона и без достъп до апартамента бяхме принудени да резервираме хотел.
• Renè (9/5): Favolosa - Posizione eccellente,pulito confortevole ed ha tutto quello che occorre. Silenzioso,ristrutturato egregiamente e con criterio. Anche non incontrando l'host il check in-check out sono andati perfettamente e in modo semplicissimo. Avrei preferito un bidet magari nel bagno di servizio ma è una comodità tipicamente italiana...per il resto tutto benissimo.
• akiva novo (9/5): נהננו מהדירה. עמדה בציפיות. מיקום מעולה ליהודים דתיים שחשוב להם להיות ברובע היהודי. - מיקום בטיחות דירהה מסודרת עם כל מה שצריך. אין אפשרות לפתוח חלונות לאורר את הדירה. אין מספיק פרטיות מרפסת הכניסה משותפת לכל דיירי הקומה. . כל מי שעובר במרפסת יכול לשמוע כל מילה. ולכן גם החלונות חייבים להיות כל הזמן מכוסים.
• Renè (8/5): Vacanza perfetta. - Bel locale accogliente e con tutti gli accessori, asciugamani, lavatrice, cucina, frigo lavastoviglie,asciugacapelli, macchina per caffè a cialde Nespresso... abbastanza vicina alla stazione Metro di Astoria punto nevralgico per i diversi mezzi di trasporto. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Ristrutturazione fatta con criterio e funzionale...well done. Magari avendo due bagni sarebbe stato fantastico trovare un bidet per evitare di fare la doccia ogni volta che si và di corpo ma magari il bidet è un accessorio tipicamente italiano...non so se per un errore di altri inquilini di altri appartamenti o per malfunzionamento il citofono ha suonato diverse volte diverse notti.

• Craig (7/5): Great location and terrific space but needs more lighting - Location, responsiveness to issues, size The pictures misrepresent how dark the place is. It needs bright light. The light from ceiling spots is simply inadequate.
• Peter (6/5): good location, but too dark - Location was very good. big The property is very dark, made worse by the very dark colour scheme. All lights need to be on during the day, it is so dark. The windows face an internal courtyard, so not much natural light. The curtains are weird & thin, so at night, the courtyard lights shine in. The hotwater had been turned off when we arrived & contacting the host was very difficult. The cleaner complained that they had to clean a small amount of talcum powder off the bathroom floor, after we left. Probably why there was dust in the edges of the rooms & window sills.

The bathroom was dirty. The shower was dirty. The cupboards were dirty. The oven was dirty. Overall, it wasn’t clean.

We received all the information digitaly, including specific directions and photos of how to get there and enter the apartment. It was very clear and important to us since we arrived in the middle of the night. Owners answered all our questions immediately. Great for 3 poeple. Highly recommended. The apartments doesn't get much sun light and internal lights are dim. The livingroom sofa wasn't very comfortable as a bed.
