Guest Reviews
- John (8/5): Good for our 5 night stay. - Location and secure parking.
Really nice and well appointed studio apartment. No real dislikes.
- Jessica (9/5): - Location and place The fact the bathroom didnt have a curtain or blinds.
- Tshamani (10/5): -
- Kgalaeng (7/5): Loved every minute of it - Very cosy place situated in a beautiful area. Nothing besides the bed.
- Mushonga (10/5): Cleaning service must be given to all guests regardless of the duration of their stay - It was clean and secure and also close to the venue. l was having a conference Well, they said cleaning services are only offered to guests that stay for more than 7 days, yet on my booking information, cleaning service was billed at around 600R. I was expecting room service to clean my room everyday
- Fathima Abed (8/5): Hidden gem - Loved the location. The place itself is very spacious and the views are amazing ! Definitely going to book here again. Some of the plates and glassware were dirty and the towels were brown! May i suggest a stronger heater for the winter days? The one they have only warms part of the room.
- Jacques (8/5): It was lovely and relaxing, especially the balcony. - The bathtub/ shower but nothing extreme just needed to get use to it.
- Yvette (8/5): - Perfect location. Spasious studio The matras is a bit worn out (hollow)
There wasn't a plug for the kitchen zink
- Lello (7/5): - Absolutely no WiFi
- John (4/5): Stay ruined by building work noise. - The studio apartment is conveniently located There is building work going on in the unit directly below. This creates an unbearable amount of noise from 08:00-16:00 everyday. The apartment also lacks basic facilities, and the WiFi is temperamental. The bed is uncomfortable.
- Rene (3/5): Give this one a miss - The location was good - within walking distance to the V&A waterfront.
Nice size unit, and balcony. So much!
1. We were charged a "cleaning fee" of just under R900, on top of the already steep rate. But the place was not cleaned at all during our 4 night stay. The white bath mat quickly showed the dirt from 4 days of use. It is not acceptable to charge a cleaning fee, if it is for routine cleaning after clients have checked out - this is part and parcel of the cost of running the establishment.
2. We were provided with less than a full roll of toilet paper and a small dinky bar of soap. When I requested that these be replenished, I was told that I am expected to provide my own as it is a self-catering unit. I have never ever had to provide my own toilet paper in any of the establishments I have stayed at over many years. This is preposterous, to say the least.
3. On the day that we had to check in, we received a message to say that the unit would not be ready at 3pm (already late, as most establishments have a 2pm check in time). No response was received to my inquiry as to exactly when the unit would be ready. We checked in after 5, after not hearing from them again.
4. A large dirt bin stands in the middle of the unit, displayed like a piece of furniture. It is one of the first things you notice when entering the unit - a real eyesore.
5. The only mirror in the unit (apart from the mirror on the bathroom cabinet, where in any case you cannot use a hairdryer) is not located close to a wall plug for you to plug a hairdryer in to. So you have to blowdry your hair "blindly".
6. This is not directly related to the unit, but there is construction work being carried out at 2 units close to this one. So you hear chopping and other loud noises from early in the morning. There is no opportunity to sleep in.

- Belinda (1/5): Bad was expecting more for the amount I paid definitely won't stay there again - On arrival the place was dirty, take away bags, food and cigarette boxes all over the place even on the floor next to the bed, they did not clean the apartment daily, there was cockroaches, The bed was uncomfortable sagging in on the side , I arranged for pick up at airport there was no one had to make alternative arrangements although it said included are an Airport Shuttle

- Moh (5/5): - Location The cleaning services. Bad customer service.
- Dedrei (9/5): The apartment, the view, the furnishing - gorgeous! - Very beautiful and stylish apartment with a beautiful view. The unit has everything you may need for your stay including safe parking behind an access controlled gate, front desk security and easy access to restaurants, shops and DHL Stadium. The mattress has a badly worn out spot on the left side & some of the cups and glasses in the cupboard still had coffee and drink stains, but the host did inform us that the cleaning lady ran a bit late.

- Janina (1/5): - Der Ausblick und die größe Es war dreckig vorallem die Toiletten, bett war kaputt
- Joubert (7/5): - Everything The bed is broken
- Cardi (10/5): Lovely stay - perfect location. Clean and very homely environment. Just what ones needs for a perfect getaway! - Location was perfect and easy check in procedure. Safety! N/A
- Ferraris (9/5): Was amazing. - Perfect and safe location, beautiful room and facilities. Really enjoyed ourselves here! Cleaning service throughout our stay would have been lovely but otherwise nothing. Just had no cloth or sponge but they provided it asap!

- Rogwestbrook (4/5): Keep scrolling... better and cheaper options are waiting for you. - We liked that it was close to where we needed to be and that vehicle access was possible. The on-site security offers peace of mind. Despite sending several messages requesting access procedures, we were never contacted. Upon arrival we had to plead with the cleaner to give us keys and access. Oh... yes, the cleaner was still there and the unit was not ready. Absence of curtains/blinds in the kitchen means that the access passage light will filter through all night so don't expect a dark sleeping environment.
- Flora (5/5): Passable -
