• Gordon (9/5): Very nice appartment and enjoyable stay - Very nice appartment in a nice neighbourhood with lots of shops, bars, and cafes nearby. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed, and is very tastefully arranged and furnished - it was also in a quiet residential block. This was my first time using an app to check in, but the instructions from Laura were very clear, and the process worked really well. Relative to other options, it was also good value. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

• Igal Raines (8/5): Reasonable place to stay in a good area - The location was excellent, 100 meters from a metro station, there are grocery stores in the area. There is a washing machine, sometimes it helps. There were problems getting into the apartment, and also on the last day leaving. There is an electronic lock via an app, and it didn't work that well. One room apartment! One corner has a kitchenette, in another corner a 1.5 bed. This is suitable if you only come to sleep in the apartment.

• Francesco (9/5): Nice apt in Milan - To enter the apartment, I had to download the app Nuki and, following the instructions of the host, it was relatively easy to open the two doors. The host was responsive and fast at answering questions. Airco was available. Wifi was working well. Shower gel and shampoo available in a nice nice bathroom, with hot water. 3 towels provided. Clean sheets and several pillows available for the queen bed. Close to supermarket. As per my personal opinion, it was quite expensive (175€ discounted to about 150€, taxes included) compared to other structures. But it was an urgency and...it's Milan! I was in Milan for a concert at Stadio San Siro, which 25-30min on foot. For some people might be a bit far.

The apartment was specious, clean, well equipped (even additional blankets were there), warm with all facilities working as in description. It was good for two people for couple of days. Well communicated with the center. Safe neighbourhood. I loved it.
