• ANDREW (10/5): A peaceful rural retreat with all the modern comforts. - This accomodation is set amongst vineyards and olive trees and has wonderful views up to Montepulciano and the surrounding countryside. The accomodation is very modern and comfortable. The hosts we met, Sabrina and her father Fabio are friendly, engaging and helpful. They can provide good recommendations for restaurants etc. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful peaceful spot, highly recommend it for a rural stay, Nothing to be critical of
• Sara (10/5): CALMA E PACE E VISTA MERAVIGLIOSA - Struttura nuova, semplice ma pulita. E all'esterno una vista meravigliosa sulla valle da una parte e su Montepulciano dall'altra... La strada bianca che porta alla struttura, se fossimo andati con la nostra auto(con assetto un po' basso) avremmo avuto difficoltà.

• Lina (8/5): Friedlich in der Natur mit Blick auf die Weinreben! - Die Aussicht und Lage war wundervoll wenn auch durch sehr viele Mücken und Fliegen gestört (Natur eben :)) Die Gastgeberin war sehr lieb und aufmerksam, sodass man sich nur wohl fühlen konnte.
• sabine (9/5): - Wunderbare ländliche Lage, direkt neben dem hauseigenen Olivenhain und Weinfeld. Die Vermieter, die direkt in einem schönen Landhaus auf demselben Gelände leben, waren äußerst zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Beim Frühstück im Freien blickten wir auf die malerische Stadt Montepulciano. Wir würden sofort wieder dort Urlaub machen.

• Finlay (9/5): Amazing location, lovely host. - The host Sabrina was extremely friendly and helpful! We also bought some of the delicious olive oil made on the farm, as well as trying the wine from the grapes. Overall a beautiful location and stay. WiFi connection , although we weren’t using it a great deal due to the sights and sounds of Montepulciano.

• RAQUEL (9/5): - Lo mejor es poder desayunar o cenar con las vistas a la campiña Toscana y Montepulciano Es una casita nueva Sabrina muy agradable. Nos habían dejado leche, biscotes, mermelada. Hay azucar, cafetera italiana con café y rico aceite de oliva Faltan mosquiteras en las ventanas para que sea de 10. No hay microondas

• Polepalli (9/5): beautiful views - close to town - Sabrina (I kept calling her Sandrine the whole time) is an excellent host. The place opens up into a vineyard and an olive garden and picturesque views of the Tuscan hillsides. It is a short walk/ride downhill from the Church and is pretty accessible (perhaps a little too hilly if you do not have wheels and want to explore the town of Montepulciano often). All of Sabrina's family were very friendly and offered help when I asked them-- I got good local suggestions to eat, and drink and for vineyards to visit. I will definitely come back to stay at the Pescaia.
