• Gergana (9/5): We were surprised to find a quiet place like that in Milano. Points for the cat in the yard. - Historical building with cozy garden seats. Quiet location, 2 main stations in walking distance. The stuff and the owner were very helpful and friendly. Some parts of the interior need renovation. It was rather hot inside, even when we turned down the heating.

• Jana (9/5): Perfekt für einen Kurztrip, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen. - Top Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, gute Lage und unkomplizierter checkin/checkout. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem Bad/Dusche.

• Isabelle (9/5): Bien - Beau jardin Chambre et lits ok On a eu de la difficulté à trouver la place car il y a 2 rues du même nom, une chance que le propriétaire du resto sur l'autre rue nous a aidé à trouver On a manqué d'électricité donc impossible de faire du café ou charger téléphones le matin
• Felipe Cisternas S. (10/5): Excelente estadía - Excelente ubicación. Todo con mucho detalle y muy acogedor. Muy buena opción para viajar en tren ya que queda muy cerca de la estación. Volvería cada vez que esté en Milán. Todo estuvo increíble y con mucho detalle, la habitación viene con todo equipado. 😀
• Nicola (10/5): - Location maybe a bit far out for some but for us it was perfect for the Central Station as that is where we were heading the following morning. Communication with the host was excellent and even got the appt cleaned early for us so we could check in which was great. Room was excellent, everything there that you needed. Lovely outside seating area lit up at night where you can have a few drinks after a long day Highly recommend Leaving the following morning
• Irene (8/5): - The room was just as the pictures - beautiful decoration and amazing garden to have breakfast in. The room had everything you could need for a long weekend trip. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Flexibility with the check in and clear instructions. Getting there also easy with diverse transportation options. Great quite area and also other guests were very quiet. Very cute cat in the garden. Appreciate that we were able to leave our bags after check out for a few hours. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that made our experience not so nice: - The AC machine next to the bed makes constant noise and it is not possible to turn off. We contacted the reception and they weren't able to solve to turn it off either. It is not super loud but since it is next to you while you sleep it is not ideal, especially when the temperature is good and you have no need of heating or AC. - The floor of the apartment was full of ants, especially in the bathroom, and we woke up with insect bites. Since it is the ground floor and there is a huge garden right outside, I would expect some insects here and there but this was a clear infestation. It can probably be managed with daily floor cleaning but nothing was cleaned during our stay. In addition, the receptionist offered no compensation for this issue, which was not ideal.
• Guillermo (8/5): - Recepcionista muy simpática, camas super cómodas, entorno tranquilo.. El café y el té son un plus! Muy limpio todo.. y el patio encantador. Cerca esta el metro que te deja en el Duomo. Muy buena conexión para llegar a los puntos mas turísticos. Un poco de ruido a la madrugada (martillos y taladro).. pero la zona es muy tranquila.. creo que a causa del patio había algunos mosquitos.. pero ayudó que te dejan el antimosquistos de enchufe.

• Julia (8/5): Ruhige, große Ferienwohnung in super Lage - - Super Lage, sehr schönes Viertel abseits des Touritroubels. Daher auch Anreise mit Auto und parken in separat gebuchter Toefgarage problemlos. In die Stadt mit Metro, aber auch zu Fuß möglich. - Sehr ruhig und schöner Innenhof - große Zimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche - ich bin beruflich viel in Hotels, daher fand ich das "zuhause" Feeling, im Gegensatz zum Hotelfeeling, sehr angenehm. Check in sehr einfach durch Schlüsselbox. Wurde in einer Email sehr gut erklärt. Anleitung auf italienisch, aber dank heutiger Übersetzungsprogramme ist das ja kein Problem. Foto der Personalausweise musste vorab per Email oder WhatsApp versandt werden, was ich aus datenschutzrechtlichen Gründen fragwürdig finde. Wir haben es dann trotzdem getan, aber Methode für mich ungewöhnlich - Zimmer teilweise etwas abgewohnt und dunkel, trotzdem aber sehr sauber. Hat uns nicht gestört

• Anne (9/5): Smart, comfortable apartment within easy reach of metro station - Comfortable, peaceful, smart. Quietly located within 10 minutes’ walk from metro station. Quite dark (unless we left the front door open, which felt too public).

• Luís (10/5): A great base to explore Milan - Great ambience, lots of space. Amazing outdoor communal facilities. Great for one or 2 nights stay but also for a more prolonged stay. Quiet, out of the way, location in a busy city but still close to the main rail station and some metro lines. Good value for money. Needs a short walk to get too, perfectly fine to me as a trade-off for a more quiet place and better rooms than in a similarly priced hotel.
• Diane (8/5): Very nice and comfortable room - Loved: Lovely grounds, kind and helpful staff, flexibility to leave bags early, very clean, great shower temperature and pressure, comfortable beds. Challenges: 1) Wifi would not stay connected; 2) We were hoping for a few more kitchen essentials - simple things like olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
• Shivali (9/5): Excellent and would recommend! - Great place. Was clean & comfy. Kitchen facilities were perfect for a few days stay. Was in a nice location, close to good areas and metro station. Very close to central train station too! Room was quite warm but this wasn’t a big issue for the time we stayed! There was aircon system which we couldn’t get to work, but i am sure if we did ask it would work :)

• Caroline (8/5): Had a really pleasant stay, twice I elected this establishment to stay at over a three-week period. It has a very relaxi - The style is a Spanish mission set around a lovely spacious and green courtyard. In an excellent location, quiet and very safe. Walkable to many sights, and Metro station close. Shout out to the manager—Christian was extremely professional, friendly and helpful, and allowed flexibility with checkin. Always felt like arriving “home” given the feel and style of the guesthouse. Rooms are very dark on ground floor due to dark stained wood ceilings. Twin beds in my same room (second time around with a two-week break in between) had not one bit of flexibility resulting in being rock-hard… perhaps they had been changed in between stays? Making it very difficult to get to sleep, and I usually can sleep on most surfaces!

• Nicolas (9/5): Great option if you like freedom, flexibility and your own space. - Location is excellent, close to Central Station but also walking distance to main attractions. The facility has a pretty courtyard and I had autonomy to walk in and out without hassle with my own keys. Room/studio was very well equipped. I wouldn’t change anything! The wifi is a bit spotty, but that seems to be a common thing in Milan and nearby areas I visited.
