• Juliet (4/5): we didnt stay due to the property not being cleaned. - the location was great. the property was dirty when we got there. The beds had been slept in and there was washing up in the sink. its a bit unfair to judge but after 4 and half hours travelling it was a big disappointment . We did get a refund but were left out of pocket due to travel expenses that we didnt get back.

• Stephen (1/5): Honestly ! If I stayed here for free I'd still complain ! - Location was good. Might have told us that the building is under refurbishment with scaffolding spoiling the views This is a moldy unclean apartment. We were horrified to find mold and dust everywhere, bed linen was not changed from last occupiers, neither were the towels- sprayed with some sort of fragrance though ! Did find both dirty and clean linnen in drawers and changed my kids beds at 11pm. No smoke detection. Fridge is unstable and disgusting inside.Bathroom is a disgrace, public toilets are cleaner with less mold. We arrived at 10.30pm after an eight hour drive and left the next morning at 11am on a two day stay(only due to an appointment at 9am- then came back and picked our belongings up). We didn't cook , didn't use the shower and we kept our food in our cooler. I have never stayed, and will never stay again in a property like this and neither should you ! The owner charges £65 to clean this place ! I wonder when the last time that money was actually spent on the apartment. P.s they do supply a contact number but do not reply to calls or messages ! Pictures do not fully reflect how bad this accommodation is as I can only post 4. I have videos but can't post them .
• VINCENT (4/5): Moldy and cold water with a view - The location is the only positive thing about this place. Even with the scaffolding, the view was nice The place smells like mold... and it's moldy. No welcome kit. Come with your soap... or don't come. The only frying pan is so dirty. It should have been replaced months ago if the owners cared a little. Bring your own... or just don't come The beds are old... Bring your own... OK, just don't come. If your party wants to take more than one shower, you won't have hot water for more than one... Share the shower? That could be hot... or just don't come. The pictures are great on the site... but reality is not what you expect The place is owned by a hedge fund. They just want your money for the location. So go somewhere else

Large amount of mold in bathroom, broken blinds on balcony door and bedroom, broken shower thermostat. Sofa damaged.
• Maureen (6/5): Potentially good but lacked attention to detail. - Spectacular views, spacious, generally comfortable, clean, good tv with streaming, WiFi. Large damp patch with black mould in bathroom, scented the place. No soap or handwash. Cutlery poor and only one proper saucepan. No means of making decent coffee. Quilt too small for super king bed. Bedding and towels clean but tired. No welcome pack or instructions for all appliances.

• Heidi (4/5): I had a good stay in Llanelli it was just a shame the flat was a letdown - Absolutely stunning location, view was amazing. The flat was nice and warm with the living room fire on. Having parking was good too The whole flat needs a good clean and a tidy up.. the blinds were all broken in the living room which was bad since their was no curtains, and not being able to close the curtains was not nice in the evening, felt ever exposed people being able to see in the living room and kitchen when sitting there in the evening . The patio window had black mould all around the frame. The blinds in one of the bedrooms also broken. The bathroom smelt awful with a very strong odour of mould. The bathroom tiles were disgustingly dirty. The bath had a horrible stain in the centre which made you not want to have a bath and the shower was broken. All in all the bathroom needs a complete overhaul. The towels had stains on. It was a shame the place hasn’t been looked and definitely needs a really good clean

• Casey-anne (8/5): Very good - Delightful suntrap with tranquil sounds and views of beachfront and people enjoying the outdoors which made remote working a pleasure. Fully equipped kitchen which made the stay a home away from home. Close enough to shops and restaurants.
• Valerie (10/5): All in all a delightful property, with all the facilities needed for the purpose of the visit to this area - Beautiful beachfront apartment with fabulous outlook across Llanelli beach, a perfect home from home stay, fully equipped kitchen, and delightful bathroom and two really good sized bedrooms with ample storage Ideal location for the purpose of visiting with my friend in nearby Gowerton I would highly recommend this accommodation

• Julie (5/5): Not a bad spot to stay but was disappointed with things that should have fix or upgraded - We enjoyed having a carpark, very hard to get place in the UK. Also the views were lovely, we did enjoy watching the ocean and the people walking along the esplanade. Close to a Tescos for food and a good place to jump to other points of interest for tourists. The beds were super comfortable. There was so many things that should have been dealt with before letting guests stay. the lack of any toilet paper, hand wash, old towels that should be not used for guests. Their was mould over the bath walls and around the bath itself, needed a good bleach, the shower head needs to be replaced and only 1 small downlight working. the lounge suite was broken and the unit was missing half of the vertical blinds. No welcome package at all supplying any local info or apartment info. a few other things. Even though these things were wrong we made the best of it.

• Catrin (8/5): Beautiful view and great location - The location was exceptional, the view from the living room is beautiful and gives you pure vacation feeling. There's a nice cafe around the corner. You can take nice walks around the area. The appartment was comfortable and provided for our needs. Good internet, good tv. The host was very friendly and helpful, the instructions are very thorough so there's nothing really to worry about. All in all not too much to complain about.

• Sian (10/5): Nice little get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. - The location was excellent being right near the beach with spectacular views of the surrounding area. We had everything we needed there and the hosts where very accommodating and friendly Two small gripes was the bath and oven not a major issue we managed to find a setting for the oven and the shower was fine just couldn’t have baths but the hosts where willing to fix it during our stay.

Property was well equipped with everything we could possibly need, the hosts were super effective and quick to respond when we needed them. We had a lovely, comfortable stay here & it was superb for our dog. Despite general maintenance needing doing, we would stay here again. General maintenance of the flat and the building was poor. The chain on the door pretty much falling off, the sofa was badly broken, the oven caused us issues and took two hours to heat up. Coffee table was filthy with stains all over it and there were dirty tissues stuffed behind the headboard of the bed.

• Arwel (10/5): Holiday at the coast. - The location and the views are amazing. It's a big apartment which will easily accommodate a family. One thing to bare in mind if you need disabled access there is no lift and the apartment is on the third floor so somethings to consider when booking apart from thst we had a truely great holiday and will be booking again. The exterior of the property is in a bit of decline but whilst we were staying there they have begun redoing so will look amazing and fresh when completed.
• Karl (9/5): Lovely lovely stay , lovely hosts , apartment very warm , but we were in heatwave afterall & there was a fan on hand - Spacious , gorgeous view , right amount of rooms facilities as required for 3 of us If i had to be picky , mattress could have been little comfier , if id to be picky , little bit unclean dust wise , but very tidy nevertheless , upon arrival the basic essentials (coffee,milk) would have been a nice touch . But must stress it was lovely stay .

• Michelle (8/5): A lovely stay with gorgeous views - I loved the views, so close to the beach too, loved it was dog friendly aswell The place was in a good location It was very comfy and clean inside The bed was so uncomfortable I could feel every spring I have arthritis in my knees so couldn't even attempt the very low bed so couldn't say if that was more comfortable It would have been nice to have a welcome pack even a pint of milk tea and coffee there was a plastic bag with a few tea bags in but no milk and we didn't arrive until late as we travelled over 7 hours No lift either as there's no mention what floor it's on until you have paid Plus the extractor fan we couldn't get to work in the bathroom maybe that was just us

• Sam (7/5): Great stay would definitely stay again - I loved how you could sit on the sofa and look at the amazing view, this place would be perfect for a few summer days & nights. The beds were super comfy and the apartment was nice and spacious, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and make your lovely coffee/tea in the morning, including a microwave/oven/kettle/washing machine/dishwasher/fridge. If you are looking to stay somewhere with an amazing view perfect for 4 people get booking now you won’t think twice especially for the price. There was a little issue with the hot water whilst trying to have a bath the water wasn’t hot it was just room temperature, the apartment was a really warm and was hard to sleep without the fan. Some dirt around the bath that’s a little bit off putting, and the lock by the door seems to be broken which you feel a little unsafe. But don’t let this ruin your stay this is just me personally
• Bethan (8/5): Nice weekend away - The views were stunning. The location is good if you want to do some nice dog walks. We walked 5 miles down the coast and back which was lovely. Beds are comfy. Check-in instructions are easy to follow and responses from host were quick. Considering it's an apartment block we didn't hear the neighbours at all. Hot water was a bit of an issue Oven takes a really long time to heat up/ cook things
• Grace (6/5): Lovely view however dirty area and no hot water. - The view was lovely and nice to just go out and have a walk on the beach which is straight there. The town and area is very dirty sadly lots of dog poo around and not much to the town. Sadly the hot water situation was not good only one person could shower and you wouldn’t be able to have a long decent shower due to the water going cold then you would have to put the boost on to heat the water up but this took a long time. Not sure how 4 people would cope in the apartment with one short shower between them all. Was hard with two of us. And you couldn’t wash your due to this.

Contact with the hosts was easy and quick -if we needed anything. The location was beautiful, relaxing and quiet, stunning. We loved everything.

Beds were super comfy very happy and with lovely pillows . A beautiful apartment Nothing I didn't like ... (Maybe the two flights of stairs )but worth it for the amazing view !!
