Guest Reviews
- Guest (10/5): Absolutely Spectacular - The location was perfect. The large windows gave a great view of Broadway in Nashville. The rooftop pool was spectacular, we did laps every morning, went again at night to check out the views. The one bedroom apartment was super efficient. We cooked breakfast each morning, did our laundry in the washer & dryer in the apartment. Friendly people who lived in the complex. Overall, magnificent experience! We couldn't check-in early. Luckily, we were permitted to wait in the lobby for an hour until we got access to use the Latch app to gain access to all areas of the complex. The complex was super secure and you needed your Latch app to get in and out of the entire facility.

- Holly (9/5): Although pricey, the location cannot be beat and the room was clean and comfortable. - The location was incredible - everything in walking distance. Assembly Food Hall was right next door - lots of dining options. The rooftop pool/hot tub was a nice treat each morning. The building was under renovations (repairing one of the elevators/ripped out hallway carpeting) but it never disturbed our stay. We had an amazing view of Broadway from both the living room and the bedroom but never heard anything - although it was hot while we were there so the windows were closed with the a/c on (which kept the room very comfortable) If I had not read the reviews, the entrance would have been very hard to find the first time - you have to go up the ramp in the parking garage. We had issues getting the key access from Latch. After numerous phone calls they tried emailing the link to the other person staying in the room and we got it right away and it worked flawlessly during our entire stay.
- Richard (10/5): We had a great time and would recommend - Very nice in spite of the renovations going on. This is an apartment building and all the residents that we me were very nice A perfect location with an amazing view of lower broadway
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - The latch app to get in to the property was kind of a pain
- Lorenz (8/5): - Property was nice and clean. They were doing renovation, so it was a little messy all over. They kept the mess to minimal. Apartment was clean. Bed was not the greatest but it was OK.
- Donna (10/5): Overall it was a great stay and will stay there again. They do need to furnish more than one cart for a facility that si - Very close to the venue and restaurants No carts to help with items to take up to property. Mattress did not fit the bed, I almost fell out of bed several nights.
- Rusty (8/5): Really enjoyed the room and the trip it was well worth it! It would have nice to know about the construction and damage - Very close to everything downtown!! Within walking distance of everything! Great bakeries and shops and an awesome food hall and much provided much variety depending on your mood and preference! The wood fire pizza and calzone was amazing! Had a huge water main break and the damage was everywhere! Still in the process of construction when we got there! Side entrance door was supposed to be locked to the public and was not! Had to call management to get my phone to be connected again so I could enter my room and the facility!
- Sandra (6/5): - View is fantastic. All items inside are very low quality, from broom, furniture, bed sounds like it's collapsing. Toilet running if you don't jiggle the handle. No soap dishes, crappy silverware, no live TV (just internet based). All hallways completely torn apart with construction, elevators slow and often out of service. Location, location, location but not much luxury, other than the view.
- Heather (6/5): Want to give it a 10 review but the comfort of the bed was very poor. - Cleanliness, location The mattress was horrible. After the first night I had to sleep on the sofa. I was told someone would come investigate it but nothing happened. The mattress has got to be replaced.
- Tanya (10/5): - We had a little trouble at first understanding the keyless entry. The lady at the concierge desk was super helpful!
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kathryn (1/5): Canceled on last minute- horrible experience - We never got to experience the property because they canceled our reservation and never sent us the code via latch. They canceled on us last minute. When we called to confirm check-in, they told me I would be getting an email from “latch” with a code to the building soon and then I found out last minute that we had no reservation and no access to the building and I had to scramble for another hotel to stay. It was a horrific experience and terrible way to start our vacation after driving nine hours from Michigan.
- Fayth (8/5): - I loved the property but the people we rented it through were horrible at communication. I will be renting directly from the place next time around!
- Marian (1/5): Horrible. - The location The hallway smells of dog urine. It is so bad by the 2nd day the smell was coming from the vents into the air bnb and we would get hit with the smell of dog urine. It made the stay very uncomfortable having to cover our noses with towels every time we left and came back.
- Julie (10/5): Great Location! - Exceptionally clean, very nice amenities. Only a block from Bridgestone Arena, too. Absolutely recommend.
- Heidi (10/5): - Great location, just as pictured - beautiful place. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking to stay close to all of the action on Broadway.
- Boulton (3/5): Wouldn't stay here again tho view and location was awesome. - The Location /view was perfect. No Instructions how to get in building, where the entrance can be found. Where to Park, and how to get in to parking. No instructions how to work elevators.....or bedroom lights, thermostat....fan..... (figured out on own after much frustration. ( Friends ended up finding outside parking elsewhere and paid for it). Had late departure time, no place to store luggage until had to go to Airport. ( Ended up walking to Hilton and stored there). Customer Service, if you want to call it that, was very delayed and didnt really resolve any issues.
- Robert (3/5): Location great but that’s about it. Will never use them again. - Location The absolute worst check in process I have ever had. Parking is ridiculous and it doesn’t explain it at all. They offer you parking for way cheaper than it actually is. Told me 15 dollars a day when I actually paid 50 a day.
- Sonia (10/5): - Great location, clean and comfortable rooms
- John (2/5): I was scammed - Was a complete scam. Drove 6 hours from Illinois. I got there and they had canceled my room within any notifications. I try calling the number 27 times and emailing them 4 times. I finally got an email back 6 hours later that there was nothing they could day. I ended up staying at a holiday in outside of town. I still have not gotten a call or email from this company. I have tried calling countless times and left numerous messages
- Dana (8/5): Great location, would of been nice to have known it wasn’t a global suites hotel and it was private residences in the pl - Rough start getting in and out. No access to the gym or alley balcony area or the second floor outdoor space
- Verified traveler (6/5): Terrible communication - The apartment was amazing, clean, comfortable, large and in great order. We didn't have time to see the pool, and we have no idea where it was. Communication was poor, starting with the parking. Having been to Nashville 5x already, I at least kind of knew where I was going. But if it had been my first time I'd be way more irritated than I was. Directions to park were bad. There are 3 driveways near the address we were given as the "parking garage." None were the address we were given. Spoiler alert: Pick the one that's at the light, goes down underground and says "Public Parking." Getting into the building from the garage was confusing. There were no directions from the Latch app to find or get inside the building. We actually had no idea where the door to the building was when we left the garage. Thank you to the resident who helped us. I booked what I thought was called "Global Luxury Suites." Some emails stated the building name was "Living at Nashville." There were some messages from "Churchill." Not sure what that is. The name of the building is actually "The Place" at 5th and Broadway. Nowhere in my directions did it say that. Some of the directions were not applicable, so it was hard to decipher what we were actually supposed to do and what we were not. For example, the check out email told us to leave all the keys and devices in the envelope in the back of the door. There were no keys. What devices? There was no envelope on the back of the door.
- Patrick (8/5): Very good - Location, price, and quality The key entry was confusing at first but fine once understood
- Beth (7/5): Great location. The best !! - Location was amazing. No keys. Had to have an app downloaded to access any place on the property. And it doesn’t always work. Which can be scary. No one there to help if you have questions. All electronic The people downstairs in the sales office will not help you. They are a different company. Check in is very late 4 pm and they will not hold your bags. Check out is early and since the gym was unavailable to our surprise, they did allow us a 1 pm check out. This is an apartment and people live in the building
- Susan (10/5): Would stay here every time I visit Nashville. Trying to book for October 2025 but no availability. - Location
Cleanliness All perfect
- Lynette (10/5): Lovely facility. Loved the beautiful view! - Location was the best! Loved being able to walk to all the establishments on Broadway. Loved the view! Not being able to talk to a live representative.
- Michelle (7/5): Good - Location was great very clean property. App based entry was not best way to enter the property. Blue tooth would not always work took several tries to get the app to work to unlock all doors and elevators.
- Stacey (10/5): Stay here! - The suite was right on Broadway in Nashville and within walking distance from many desired locations. The suite had a fantastic view and everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- paul (8/5): - Check is was terrible. No one communicated that we needed an app. 2 hours later we got in.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great place and location - bed not comfortable - Global Luxury Suites is perfectly located to access all things in downtown Nashville. The building is very nice, and the suite was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is that the mattress was pretty low quality and given how nice the rest of the suite was, I expected better.
- Gregory (10/5): - This property is amazing! All of Broadway is walkable and convenient from this location. Loved our experience and would rebook again and again.
- Edward (10/5): - Nice place!! Great location
- Joel (6/5): - The check in process was a bit of a disaster as i never got any emails from the management company and the lobby folks wont help you out. Key issues as well. But the place was awesome.
- Tate (9/5): Great location if you’re headed to downtown Nashville, highly recommended. - Excellent location, step out of the lobby right out onto Broadway. So many food options right outside the doors as well as a coffee shop for quick morning coffee. It was an awesome spot. The keyless locks were quirky and took a little bit to get used to, but after a day, it was all good.
- Curtis (10/5): - This is a private apartment rental. The suite was nice and clean, building was nice and clean. You are only able to enter/exit apartment and elevators etc with the phone app. So make sure your phone is charged and don’t loose it or you are not getting into the building or the apartment.
- Washington (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great - My two sisters and I took a trip to meet our brother. The property was great. We would’ve appreciated maybe a few bottles of water or a little information for where we could get a few supplies for our weekend. Also, we could’ve used information on how to use the elevator. Did not know we needed to put the phone app next to the button. Luckily a nice person came along and showed us. Not a big deal. Just thought it would be helpful for your next guests.
- Anthony (10/5): - Great location and great price. I will stay here in the near future.
- Brenda (10/5): - This was a great location, near everything we wanted to do.
- Nicola (7/5): Great location, Beautiful unit, access was the only thing that let us down greatly - The location was good and the accommodation was beautiful. Getting access to the actual property was an absolute nightmare. It was freezing temperature outside, as much as the concierge tried to help us he was brand-new. Parking was terrible because we didn’t realise there was a hockey game on. But the main disappointing fact was not having access. I had followed all the rules and downloaded the app and everything but it did not work.
- Mark (8/5): - Great room! The directions are terrible. Property name is NOT what is listed, and the addrress is at 6th and Broadway , not 5th and Broadway
- Beth (10/5): - This place was in the perfect area walkable to everything. The place was very nice with a pool, hot tub, great gym. The only problem we had was that we couldn’t get in earlier as stated, then when we called & emailed I didn’t hear back from them & had to wait an hour to get the code. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay here again.
- Krisnoel (10/5): Nice place to stay - Overall a great place to stay! Within walking distance to most things you'd want to do in downtown Nashville. Wonderful accommodations and very clean. The only thing that could have been explained a little better before we arrived was the parking situation. Also there is no leasing office that we could find, but the concierge of the apartment building was able to answer questions we had when we arrived.
- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - Great location! a lot of places to eat next to the building. The electronic key was a little confusing at first but very convenient.
- Jackie (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the location and the rooftop area Our apartment didn’t have a shower curtain or a shower door 🤣
- Christi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Justin (10/5): - I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Global Luxury Suites in downtown Nashville, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the amazing attractions Nashville has to offer.
P
The suite itself was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The fully equipped kitchen and in-suite laundry were fantastic additions, and the furnishings were both stylish and functional. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring.
The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The building’s amenities, including the fitness center and lounge areas, were top-notch and added to the overall experience.
What truly sets this place apart is the attention to detail and the feeling of being at home while enjoying all the perks of a high-end stay. I highly recommend Global Luxury Suites to anyone visiting Nashville and looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and sophistication. I can’t wait to return!
- Dan (10/5): - The room was newly updated and very clean. I will definitely stay there again
- Cheryl (9/5): Would stay again - Awesome location Couldn’t find it…had to walk up a garage ramp to get in. No communication on how to use the app etc
- Joe (1/5): Stay away from global luxury suites! Horrible experience! - The property is very close to Broadway. With a ton of places to eat near by. For those that do not know. “The place” is the name of the apartment building. Not “Global Luxury Suites Nashville Downtown”. With that being said, when I tried to find the building at night I could not find this location and when I tried calling all numbers, I even called their Emergency contact number and no one answered multiple attempts. This made my night incredibly frustrating and I am just happy I wasn’t in a real emergency.
I have been on the phone with this company global luxury suites for multiple days telling me how they were going to make to make it up to me to only get a email saying they were going to do nothing. I will never use them again!
- Larry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (2/5): Not worth the money - Location was perfect Staff was unfriendly, global is actually a third party to this place. I was allergic to something in the bedding and was told they couldn’t change it out. Was promised a room with a hot tub, not hot tubs available. The keys are on your phone only. So you had to make sure you had charge on your phone to get back in. It took me almost 90min to get ahold of someone just to check in. I will never stay here again
- Angel (10/5): - We booked our stay to see Sabrina Carpenter, which was literally a three minute walk from Bridgestone Arena. I will never say anywhere else if I’m attending anything at the arena because it was the easiest and best place to stay the nightlife is unbeatable.
- Daniel (10/5): - The property was perfect and everything I needed and more. Great communication and amazing location!
- Ryan (8/5): - Very close to everything. Lots of fun but it can be loud until late at night.
The concierge doesn't allow a bag to be left after check out, strange and inconvenient.
- Leanne (10/5): - GREAT stay. Highly recommended. I was nervous with the reviews that mentioned difficulties with access. But it was completely fine. Download the Latch app one day prior to arrival when you get the email. Otherwise you’re fine.
Incredible view. Beautiful 8th floor pool. Great location. Full living accommodations.
Even 22 stories up, you can hear all of the bands below. So if you are a very light sleeper, I might recommend some earbuds. But it’s pretty minimal.
Loved having all of the food options, nearby, including the famous Hattie B fried chicken. Highly recommend elixir, the coffee shop across the street.
Felt very high-end. I wish there was a little bit more hot water, but I take long showers.
Overall, highly recommended. Even as a solo female traveler. Working during the day remotely.
- Vanessa (10/5): Exceptional - Space, cleanliness,
Location, excellent ! Not applicable
- Sue (9/5): Superb -
- James (10/5): Great location, great apartment with great views, would definitely try to book again! - The location was fantastic and the views from the room were superb, great apartment! Everything was perfect
- Heather (10/5): - The location is superb!!! Upscale property at boulivard mall with a food hall & entertainment just a step outside of the lobby. Walkable to all the hotspots downtown without all the night noise at the building The apartment was spotless and the view was spectacular! Parking, the Latch app, which elevators and how the elevators work took a long time to figure out, but customer service stayed on the phone the whole time until I was in the apartment itself. I will stay w Global Luxury again.
- Antoinette (10/5): The best place I ever stayed, very clean, staff went above and beyond to help you. - The location was excellent and security was above and beyond. I felt totally safe!! Everything was fantastic
- Joanne (1/5): Bad -
- Heidi (10/5): - The latch app was awesome. We were able to access everything we needed. Make sure to set both apps up prior to your arrival and you shouldn’t have any issues. Will for sure stay again.
- Robert (7/5): Excellent property but parking was way too expensive. Would not have booked if listing details was more transparent. - Awesome location. Close to everything Nashville! Parking was much more expensive than listed on property details of location. Was listed as being 20 dollars a day but ended up being more than double that. Asked property management for a discount but none was given.
- Michael (8/5): Stop using digital check in. - Check in and digital keys were awful. I have a brand new iPhone, and the Latch app was incredibly glitchy. Made me late and cost me time nearly every time I left or came into the property. I’m 31 Very tech savvy, and I cannot recommend enough switching from the Latch app.
- Lili (10/5): nash weekend - The location is perfect if you plan on staying on Broadway... just walk out and your there.. will definitely book again the whole downloading a bunch of apps.... the bed felt like a full size and not a queen...
- Erik (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christine (10/5): - Great location. Steps away from the action always happening on Broadway. On one side is the Ryman Theatre and also across the street from the Bridgestone. The pool is great lots of seating for a day of relaxing. A few hiccups though. 1st is the door keys. The Property sends you an email with all the check in information which is good, if you actually receive it. I finally found mine in my Junk folder. The suite has wifi, but they forgot to include the sign in info in the check in information sent to us. But saying that, when I phoned the 1800 contact number they were always very helpful.
It seemed everyone was experiencing trouble with the latch app (which you have to download and create an account) at the door and elevator that is in the strip mall.
There was some street noise but you lower the blinds and it quiets the noise abit. If I ever went back to Nashville, I would not hesitate to stay again.
Note: No negotiations on check in. It says 4 pm and they could not turn on the door codes via the latch app prior to that time. But there is comfortable seating in front of the concierge. PS Don’t ask them anything as we were told by the lady occupying the desk that they are only available to residents and not people that rent suites. So the “doorman” they say in the ad is non existent.
- Erin (8/5): Very good -
- Kayleen (10/5): Worth the price - The views are amazing, location was perfect, the rooftop pool and lounge were the chef’s kiss. Checkout- There were no instructions besides the time you must leave.
- Brandon (2/5): - The property management company messed up my check in with the LATCH App and then no one responded to their "after hours" number nor the email sent to get help. I had to get a last minute room at another hotel for that night. It then took 4 hours and 5 phone calls the following morning, which started with ME calling THEM, to finally get someone who actually corrected the Latch App issues so we could use it. I communicated with the customer service during the trip who assured me they would make it right. 3 weeks later I was told that they would not be reimbursing me for the night I had to get a room and wasn't able to check in because they "had no record" of me trying to get assistance checking in that night. So apparently the multiple emails and phone calls just disappeared. Be sure you check in during "working hours" cause if you do not there will be no assistance from Global Luxury and then they will stiff you for any costs due their THEIR mistake. Its a shame cause the property, area, and local building staff was very good.
- Victor (10/5): - This place was amazing. Door key through app worked so easily for us. This building is mainly long term rentals with some short term stays.
- Shawn (8/5): - The place and location was nice BUT the initial check-in procedure was awful and needs improved. They required me to download and install 2 apps on my smart phone. If you don't have a smart phone or are not good with new applications then please be aware this is not easy to setup and get working. The check-in procedure email did not come through until I had called customer service. The front desk person does not know anything about people staying here and is not able to help with anything. I was finally able to get the Latch application to work but the elevator would not work with NFC on my phone but was able to unlock it at the very bottom where it shows the elevators. We also called customer service a week before and asked if the front desk could keep our 1 suitcase since we got in 4 hours before check-in and we were told yes. After we got there, we were told no at they could not watch our suitcase so we had to walk around with a large suite case until Check-in. Normal check-in time is 4pm, but I was able to check-in early at 2pm for free but it has to be approved ahead of time. After we FINALLY get in to the apartment, everything was really nice and fairly new. There is lots of shopping and restaurants next door. The location is perfect since you are in the heart of all the Honky-Tonk bars and music. Our place was fairly close to the Skydeck so the music and crowd can be loud until 2am. Overall the location of this stay is great if you want to be close to action.
- Mary (4/5): Make sure you have codes to access!! - The location was amazing, the apartment itself was great. Everything else was awful. The property management company that rents this apartment, did not send the check-in instructions 24 hours ahead of time as it states. I called enroute and received the email. I followed all of the instructions and did not receive the code to actually get in the apartment. It took 3 hours of trying to contact someone after hours to get a code. It was an absolutely miserable experience! Once settled in we went out on the town and arrived back to the building late night. Once again the lock didn’t work. I called the rental place since we just had an issue and waited for 45 minutes to get in contact with someone. Turns out the lock itself was dead and the concierge in the building needed to let us in. 1.5 hours later, finally we were let in our room. The three nights we were there, we were told maintenance was unavailable and there was nothing they could do for the lock so they would need to let us in each and every time. Several times the concierge was not at the desk and told us she couldn’t be there because of a movie night event. We were told different things with different concierges but I am not sure it was ever related that there was a problem with the lock. It was EXTREMELY inconvenient and very disappointing.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location, poor communication - The apartment was great, and location was ideal. The building is very nice and the apartment was well furnished and very clean.
The front desk staff at the building were friendly and nice, but are unable to assist with the electronic door locks. The management company that owns the apartments was very difficult to reach. I wasn’t able to checkin until I could speak to someone there. I was able to access my apartment via the app, but not the exterior doors to the building, elevators, or amenities such as the pool. On my 2nd day they provided a code that they said would allow access to these, but it did not work. I responded to their text stating this and they didn’t answer me until the following day after I had already checked out. I was unable to use any of the building amenities and had to wait outside the more convenient entrance for other residents to enter, or go to the entrance on the other side of the block where there was a concierge. However this entrance was up a steep ramp into a valet drop off area.
- Dale Norman (10/5): - This was an amazing place for staying in Nashville we loved the location and pool roof top thanks again for having us!
- Jesse (6/5): - The property is beautiful, the amenities are great but some of the staff are rude and do not know what is going on.
