• Jessica (9/5): Super cute little apartment - Super cute little apartment. We enjoyed opening up the windows to the street in the morning and evening. The little aircon worked well to cool down the apartment. We were so greatful for the washing machine and small line. Has a small little kitchen that we used to cook meals in. Really good sized fridge. Loved the location, very close to the ponte vechio and pitti palace. So easy to get to everything in Florence from there. We felt that it was quieter on this side of the bridge in regards to other tourists. It had the best little bar on a side street that we went to for aperitivo each evening. Also very close by was a gf and vegan Cafe/gelateria which was great for us as we both have allergies. We felt very safe in the area even walking around at night. Damino from the welcome team was so friendly and carried my mums bag up the steps to the first floor for us. Little welcome pack provided some of the essentials we needed for the stay and coffee pods for the machine. When we lost power the casup team helped us to get it the back on before dark. Because its an old building the power adapter that we brought with us didn't fit into the sockets, and there was only 1 spare one that I could find in the apartment.
• Plowman-kehren (8/5): Very good - The location was very good, walking to the main sites was easy as close by. The apartment was clean, liked the furnishings and everything worked. The large bed settee was a little uncomfortable otherwise all great.
• Hanna (9/5): Amazing city, a lot of beautiful museums and galleries. - Location; close to city center. Clean and tidy. The apartment is also close to bars and restaurants.
• Gabríel (9/5): Cozy and cute studio apartment in a great location - The apartment was really cosy and in a great location. It matched the old and medieval theme and overall vibes of the city. The bed was a sofabed, it was comfortable but would be better if there was a real bed. The WiFi did not work well in the bed. It was great in the bathroom though, but not in the places you need it. A WiFi extender might be a good investment.

• Morgan (7/5): Good - Very cute apartment in the heart of Florence Tried to use washing machine but it leaked, and had to spend about an hour mopping up, the ac had to be drained twice a day and we had to wait at the door for 30 mins before checking in
