• Karla Sofie (5/5): Ikke et sted vi ville leje igen... Men beliggenheden var god! - Beliggenheden var super god! Inverness er en hyggelig by, og det hele lå lige udenfor døren. Selve lejligheden var godt indrettet med to soveværelser, et stort køkken og en stor stue. Og godt at der var to badeværelser. Indtjekningen gik lidt galt, da vi ikke fik besked på, at vi bare kunne gå ind, så vi stod længe udenfor og ventede. Det viste sig, at de troede, at nøglen var blevet væk, så vi måtte have rengøringspersonalets nøgle. Den anden nøgle lå dog inde i lejligheden. Lejligheden trængte til en kærlig hånd. Der manglede køkkenudstyr. F.eks. var der kun et vinglas til fire personer. Der var ret beskidt. Jeg fandt f.eks. en snuspose under sofaen. Det var heldigt at vores lille 1-årige medrejsende ikke fandt den først. Vinduet i soveværelset kunne ikke åbnes, da håndtaget var gået i stykker (hvilket værten prøvede at give os skylden for). Toilettet løb i det ene badeværelse. Værten burde tage forbi lejligheden og få den sat lidt i stand.

• Rachel (5/5): Great location, very basic accommodation - The property was very convenient to the centre of Inverness. The property was very basic and lacked any kind of comfort. There was a strange smell in the flat on arrival and it was cold. It felt very uninviting. There were no rugs on the hard floor, no cushions on the sofas and no mirrors in the bedrooms. There were was also no hairdryer and the ensuite bathroom had a very poor shower. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but had crumbs on the toaster and it felt like the whole flat could do with a deep clean.

• bhuiyan (10/5): - I had a great experience staying at this apartment in Inverness. It’s in a perfect location — just a short walk from the station, which made getting around super easy. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — ideal for a short visit. The hospitality was lovely and made the stay feel welcoming. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Inverness!

El apartamento tiene algunos desperfectos, la ducha del baño de la entrada pierde agua, la del otro baño no se sujeta, el zócalo de los muebles de cocina está suelto y faltan bombillas en las lámparas de mesilla. También echamos de menos un par de vasos más.
• Karen (9/5): Very good. Easier access to get in would make it perfect. - Location fabulous! Very spacious and well supplied. Clean and so great to have a washing machine. The toys were a very nice touch. Was hard to access. We had to wait a while, with three tired kids to get in. My daughter had booked a flat in the same complex through air bnb and it had a lock box and they were in in seconds.

• Lorna (7/5): Comfy stay at a central location - Central location, right at the back of Inverness train station. The flat is spacious, basically well equipped & functional. Also good to have two bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Taps are pretty awful design. Difficult to adjust & to close. Believe it must have been the case for other visitors, hence kitchen floor boards warped near the sink. Also bath mats were quite dirty, cutlery on the flimsy side. The flat can also do with a better cutting board & more decent cutlery.

En-suite toilet continues to fill causing disruption in night due to water pump noise. 2. Bad seal on en-suite shower tray. 3. Main bathroom mirror light did not work.

• Karanth (9/5): Superb - It was very comfortable and accommodating and special thanks to Tony for all the help and always been approachable The heating. Tony , did explain about the water heaters . But we felt the hot waters wer getting emptied faster or getting very late not sure that was a issue even after putting boosters.
• Amkar (4/5): Only 2 could shower out of 6 for 2night stay. - The location was near railway station and bus stop. Rooms were good. Kitchen equipped with all required utensils. The hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sink was available only in the morning and was only enough for 2 persons to shower. We complained that the hot water is not available in the evening or night. Hosts told a plumber visited and looked at boiler settings but that night also there was no hot water. We paid around £750 for two nights but couldn't shower at night or even in the morning. Host were only behind making lot of profit but didn't care about providing necessary service of hot water. We called the host and his manager to show that there is no hot water but the host was thinking that I was doing all this to get some discount on the pricing which totally put us off. Providing enough hot water could have cost the host some £10 pounds on gas bill but the thinking and arguments made by him taught us a lesson for life. I even thought of not giving any review to avoid remembering that incidence again but today after nearly 3 months and just for some other car rental booking I opened the booking.com app so thought of giving the review for benefit of others.

• Lumsden (10/5): Lovely stay, lovely staff, lovely location will be back!!! - The property was spacious with a lovely kitchen and the staff were extremely friendly and enthusiastic about catering to our needs as a family. Some minor repairs needed but nothing too major just little touches that would make all the difference need a handyman that goes in regularly to do some maintenance.

Owner is helpful answering questions really fast by message. Apartment clean. We, unfortunately, did not have a good experience with the shower due to issue with the boiler/hot water. On our second night there wasn’t hot water for our shower (shower was a bit warm/cold). And on our last morning there wasn’t enough hot water and 2 of us took a cold shower. We followed instructions to use the boiler but it did not work. The owner replied to me trying to give us support and I gave this feedback before I left and the plumber will be contacted.

The apartment was spacious too and had a washing machine and a large kitchen. We had a great stay and would stay again. The hosts were helpful and had great recommendations. Parking was a block away in a parking garage but it was inexpensive and easy to get to.
