• Steffen (6/5): - Die Nutzung des Pools im Haus, günstige Lage und die Aussicht ins Grüne. Diie Wohnung ist für 2 Personen und Kind (6 Jahre) nicht geeignet. Es war sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden.

• Sabrina (8/5): Perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse! - Gute Lage mit vielen Parkplätzen. In der Wohnung hat man gesehen dass sich jemand Gedanken gemacht hat über die Einrichtung und Informationen für die Gäste. Sogar ein Wassernapf für den Hund war vorhanden. Direkt nach der Ankunft hatte ich ein mulmiges Gefühl, da der Nachbar sehr laut herum geschrien hat, was deutlich durch die Wand und auch vor der Wohnung zu hören war. Die Tage darauf war es aber sehr ruhig und andere Hausbewohner, denen man über den Weg gelaufen ist, durchaus freundlich.

• Sabine (9/5): - Sehr schöne Lage. Schöne Ferienwohnung für einen Kurzurlaub bestens geeignet. Das Schwimmbad war sehr schön. Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden. Die dunklen Gardinen im Wohnbereich machen das Zimmer nicht hell genug. Wäre schön, könnte man diese zur Seite ziehen bzw.binden. Wäre dann noch gemütlicher.

• Monika (8/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet - Die Aussicht war gut und das Apartement groß und bequem. Es ist kompliziert, das Apartement zu finden, denn es ist in einem riesigen Komplex. Es ist ein Hochhaus, das überwiegend fest vermietete Wohnungen hat.

• OLENA (10/5): - Нас ожидал просторный уютный номер, все было чисто, особенно оценили наличие чая, кофе, сахара, соли, оливкового масла на кухне, обычно этих мелочей не хватает. Отличный вид из окна, паркинг рядом с домом.

• Krimhild (10/5): Wohlfühlwohnung in luftiger Höhe - Ein "spannender" Aufenthalt in einem sehr grossen Wohngebäude. Schöner Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Super komfortable Betten. Das Hallenbad ist der Hit. Tolle Parkmöglichkeiten. Super zentral, in ein paar Autominuten am Festspielhügel, Conti Parkhaus in der Nähe, war super um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig gewesen. Wir möchten für die Festspiele nächstes Jahr die Wohnung wieder mieten. Uns hat alles gefallen. Für Jemand mit Höhenangst ist es nicht geeignet.

• Ingeborg (10/5): - Die Aussicht ist wirklich großartig. Ich war im 9. Stock und hatte Blick auf das Fichtelgebirge. Das Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und in der Küche gab es alles, was man braucht. Für Festspielbesucher: Der Bus fährt am Nachmittag alle 20 Minuten und braucht eine halbe Stunde und das Taxi kostet abends nur 25 €.

Great communication with the host, he has been available to help when I had a problem. Thank you. I was confused with the parking and took me a while to find the correct entrance, because the apartment complex is very big.

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the sauna and the swimming pool. On the other hand, the view from the apartment is worth the detour. I recommend it.
