• Isabela (9/5): Quit apartment, cozy vibes - Even though it’s on a busy street the apartment on the 4th floor it’s very quiet, we liked the interiors, Portuguese details, well designed rooms, cozy comfortable vibe like a friend house :) Few stains on the white sofa ( maybe a custom sofa cover will help), and the front drawer of the sink furniture was missing but they say it’s ordered, the living room it’s kinda overfilled with furniture, it’s feels like few of the old wooden chairs and 2 coffee table are totally extra and without them the space can be appreciated more and have even more room to move around, (from an interior designer point of view)

• Karen (7/5): great hosts, perfect location, couple of tiny issues with property - would definately recommend - perfect location - very helpful hosts - very easy to access bathroom had a missing drawer front, could not turn off heated towel rail, on arrival bathroom had water over the floor, could not shut hall drawer so kept bumping into it needed to know what coffee capsules to get as couldn't use coffee machine overall tiny issues - great property

• Ewa (10/5): Wspaniałe wspomnienia - Świetna lokalizacja!!!! Wspaniała atmosfera na Rua Augusta. Bardzo mili ludzie. Okolica bezpieczna. Znaleźliśmy świetną polską przewodniczkę Kamilę. Jedźcie na drugą stronę mostu zobaczyć ocean, my nie zdążylismy. Bez zastrzeżeń.

• Ofri (9/5): Recommend! - This is a well designed and comfortable apartment in the midst of a popular pedestrian street in the town center close to the water and to major attractions. Despite the central location the apartment is very quiet with excellent AC. There is an elevator which also helps. We were two couples and since there are two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms we each had our privacy. We were unable to make ourselves a cup of coffee first thing in the morning because no coffee pods were provided and we got in late. However the cafe downstairs opens at seven AM so we adapted:)
• Samantha (8/5): Beautiful apartment for a group of friends - Beautiful apartment, exactly as pictured. We loved having three bathrooms for a group of girls. Loved the windows opening out to the street below. Coffee machine supplied but couldn’t locate any coffee pods for use, only a minor thing. Doesn’t take away from a great stay though
• Alison (8/5): Convenient spacious apartment in central Lisbon - The apartment was clean and spacious in an excellent location in the centre of Lisbon. The kitchen facilities were good. The air conditioning worked well. Although on a busy street, the windows and shutters kept the apartment quiet overnight. Th clothes dryer was broken but no clothes drying rack was provided. Some shelves needed repair. The balcony was too close to the apartment building opposite to be used.
• Hokoyama (9/5): Modern, spacious apartment in the heart of Lisbon. - There were four of us on vacation and the apartment was the perfect place. We loved the modern and spacious space and amenities. And the location was just what we wanted - to be in the heart of the city and near many sites, cafes and restaurants. The property is in the heart of where many tourists visit. We liked being close to everything but sometimes all the tourists was a bit overwhelming.
• Meredith (10/5): To some of our stay, we just had an amazing time here and you could chill and watch TV at night and sleep well. The beds - We loved that this property had an elevator. We also love the location. It’s openness and that it had two bedrooms with two bathroom bathrooms that could be used and a powder room. As far as the interior it was beautiful. We could think of nothing.

• Pam (7/5): Lovely property, but would not recommend due to very confusing instructions and no human to come tact for urgent matters - Very clean. Safe building. Self check-in was terrible!!! We were given wrong contact information by property and Booking.com. We were told to text, call or email upon arrival. Did all that and got no response. For an hour and a half, we could not access the property. Then were contacted and instructed to use WhatsApp. That finally worked. We were worried we would have nowhere to stay. Stuck in the streets with our luggage. HUMAN CONTACT WAS ESSENTIAL BUT NOT AVAILABLE. We inquired about other things, just got computer responses to check Guest Services which we could not find. Also lack of accessories. Specialty coffee maker, no coffee pods provided and local markets did not sell that type of pod. Washer was supposed to be included which is mainly why we chose this property. Arrive to find out it is not. Possibly locked in cabinet, but we could not access.
• Deege (10/5): Lovely apartment in the nicest spot in Lisbon - The apartment is on a beautiful pedestrian avenue full of places to eat, shop and walk. Once in the apartment it was sound proof to relax once you were inside. The layout was great with 2 separate suites. Easy access with cafe right next door. No paper products for kitchen

• Cheryl (9/5): - It was in a fantastic location. We could walk everywhere and there was a wonderful pastry shop right next-door that we could get our morning coffee and custard tarts. We loved the location of this Airbnb—absolutely fantastic and central to everything we wanted to see and do. The space itself was beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable, making it a lovely place to come back to at the end of the day. That said, there were a few things that took away from the experience.There was nothing consumable. We were particularly frustrated by the Nespresso machine being provided without any compatible pods. It turned out the only place to buy the correct ones was the Nespresso store itself, which was not conveniently located, and the pods available in local grocery stores didn’t fit the machine. For a place at this price point, we expected at least a starter supply or clearer guidance on where to find compatible pods. We stayed at two Airbnb after this particular stay and both provided unlimited supply or at least a starter pack of Nespresso pods. Additionally, it would’ve been nice to have a few more basics like extra towels, salt and pepper, and other simple kitchen essentials. For the cost, a bit more attention to these details would’ve that’s it. I’ve already filled made a big difference. Overall, it’s a beautiful space in a great location, but we hope future guests find a few of these comfort issues addressed.
• Amanda (10/5): - Our stay at FLH Downtown Central Arammish Apartment was truly delightful. The apartment was cozy, beautifully decorated, and ideally located – right in the heart of Lisbon. Everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how easy it was to reach all the main sights on foot. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Thank you for making our short visit to Lisbon so comfortable. We’d definitely be happy to return in the future. :) Amanda
• james (9/5): Lisbon is a must and the apartment was perfect - The location was perfect. Right in the heart of everything. I would definitely stay here again if i were to find myself looking to come to lisbon for a second time. The city was stunning. The food was lovely and the people were very friendly. The weekend was a big success. Couldn't fault anything.

• Bjorg (8/5): Very nice apartment in the very best location. Good value for money. - The only reason I don´t give an excellent overall rate, is that there is a really bad smell in the corridor where you enter into the apartment and the first bedroom by the corridor. Kind of sewerage smell really strong.
• gvsehv (8/5): Goed appartement op een uitstekende locatie, uitrusting kan beter - Locatie midden in het centrum is perfect. Ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers met fijne 2 persoons bedden en 2 badkamers. In de straat direct winkels en restaurants en een bakkerij direct naast het appartement waar je ook koffie kan krijgen. Hoewel het appartement op het eerste gezicht comfortabel leek, ontbraken er toch een aantal cruciale voorzieningen die je zou verwachten bij deze prijsklasse. Wat we misten: geen keukenhanddoek, handzeep in de keuken, keukenrol. Basisbenodigdheden zoals suiker, zout, thee en koffiepads waren er niet. Toen we vroegen naar koffiepads, kregen we te horen dat we die zelf moesten aanschaffen, maar voor dit specifieke apparaat waren ze nergens te vinden. Ook was er geen shampoo of douchegel aanwezig, en slechts één vaatwastablet voor het hele verblijf (één per dag zou logischer zijn). De hoeveelheid toiletpapier was erg beperkt. Verder ontbraken schoonmaakbenodigdheden zoals een bezem, handveger of stofzuiger, wat het lastig maakte om het appartement netjes te houden. Voor het huurbedrag hadden we een beter uitgeruste accommodatie verwacht.
