• Lisa (8/5): It was a great, comfortable stay! - The location was lovely and quiet. Only 100 metres to cafe, bus stop and convenience store. The common entry has a musty smell.
• AURELIEN (7/5): - Emplacement idéal pour visiter Londres, dans un quartier animé avec beaucoup de magasins, bars, pub etc. La station de métro à 10 minutes à pied et le grand centre commercial à 15 minutes. Logement étroit. Les murs sont abîmés, le mobilier minimaliste et peu accueillant. Les draps fournis étaient tachés (beurk) et pas de la bonne taille par rapport aux équipements du lit. Logement très froid pour un séjour en hiver, avec les radiateurs à fond et le chauffage d'appoint on ne dépassait pas les 19°c et les fenêtres laissent passer l'air. La rue adjacente est très passante et proche d'un poste de police et d'une caserne de pompiers, beaucoup de sirènes tout au long de la journée. Parking dans la rue inutilisable pour un séjour long, le paiement sur place est limité à 1h30, l'application ne vous envoie pas le sms de confirmation. Il vous faudra vous garer à 10 minutes à pied au W12, comptez 25£ par jour.

• Baljit Singh (1/5): An unclean and unprepared apartment that I could not stay in due to hygiene and safety concerns. - Nothing The property was extremely unclean and not prepared when I arrived at 17:01, well after the scheduled 15:00 check-in time. The apartment had clearly not been cleaned at all. There were stains on the mattress, pillows, sofa, and rugs; hair and dirt throughout the floors; dirty cutlery; dust-covered blinds; grime on walls and skirting boards; damaged flooring; and even a sink full of standing dirty water. The property manager admitted the cleaners “never got to the place” that day. I was asked to leave the apartment and wait elsewhere while cleaning was done, which is unacceptable after check-in time. Because of the condition of the unit, I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there.
• lawyer (8/5): Would recommend it for sure - They host Armaan was very helpful.he let us keep our bags at his restaurant since we had far too many at no extra cost. Apartment Is on the ground floor which was also convenient.no need to haul the suitcases up. Good and safe neighborhood with many stores,cafes,restaurants and pharmacies across the road. Was always just a phone call away.

• So Shan (7/5): - The apartment is clean with all cooking utensils. The radiator doesn't work. The bath screen is too small with gap between the bath tub, water being split outside. The shower sprinkler direction is no good and need to hold it with hand to avoid water splitting around

• Simon (10/5): Great roomy stay in west London - Highly recommended!! - This is a great one bed apartment, with a stunning kitchen and sitting room. Very light and airy and finished to a very high standard. Much better than a hotel room. I stayed for work as I was at Olympia which is a short walk away. You are also close to the Westfield Centre and Hammersmith. Also near to two 2 Tube stops to get into town. The host was great and local. I will stay again - what more can I say.
• Nancy (10/5): Perfect place for a couple who enjoy walking, great cuisine, and access to the Tube! - It is a very good value, within 10 min walking of nearest Tube stations, and surrounded by a very nice, moderately priced neighborhood with every kind of cuisine you can imagine. It’s safe and has everything you need for two people! My sister and I really enjoyed it! There is a persistent sewage smell, especially in bathroom that I’m sure the owners are aware of but it is not pleasant. Also for American visitors, we need washcloths!!
