- Leslie (10/5): A nice relaxing place to stay. We would stay again and recommend it to friends and family. - Perfect location for city centre, quayside restaurants, bars, etc. Also well situated for walking along canal tow paths and river footpaths Minor really, but there was post on the mat and the outside bins needed emptying.
- Alison (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent for all of our needs with shops close by and in a lovely area by the Quay. Nothing.

- Fiona (9/5): Lovely house in a great location for all that Exeter has to offer. - Location excellent fo Quayside area and easy to get into town. Lovely spacious house, warm and inviting. Excellent value for an off peak stay. Saytor accommodation were very attentive, on the phone for any concerns and lots of helpful information supplied. One of the beds had a memory foam mattress which made the bed uncomfortably hot.

The accommodation is perfectly situated in Exeter Quay. Just a quick 10 minute walk and you're right by the beautiful Exeter Cathedral and possibly the very best shopping centre in the whole of the South-West if not the country.
We will be back! The shower in the bathroom on the second floor could have been more powerful, other than that. We had a really lovely stay.

- Karsten (9/5): Very nice house in Exeter right at the place to be! - Location down by the river/canal is excellent. 8 minute walk to center also. Booking procedures outside of Booking.com were quite extensive. Too much, actually. Maybe this could be streamlined and significantly reduced.
