Guest Reviews
- Iryna (5/5): The apartment have not been cleaned before our arrival, used towels, bed linen from previous guests. The house itself no - Location The apartment have not been cleaned before our arrival, used towels, bed linen from previous guests. The house itself now under renovation and all the dust and noise from the early morning was awful (
Washing machine was broken and master did nothing to repair it - my stay was 21 day with two teenagers (( and none refund was proposed for using laundry service
- Ksenija (1/5): No heating nor hot water - We didn't have the hot water nor heating during our first night. There wers also construction works going on just below our flat and the workers would start using the hammer early in the morning and wake us up. All our messages that we sent to the landlord were left "on read" and the entire communication was carried out through the landlord's assistant that was not helpful at all and didn't want to pick up the calls, only texted. We have kindly asked the assistant to provide us with the electrical heaters, at least, but she kept on ignoring those messages. Instead, she offered us a new accommodation that was very far away and that included 2 queen beds (and not 2 single beds and 1 queen bed because that was what we specifically asked for in our request). We spent the first night freezing, sleeping in our winter jackets and unable to take a shower. We had the heating system repaired in the second half of our 2nd day of stay. The entire attitude towards us was highly unprofessional and careless.
- Janet (8/5): for the price and location is good, but consider the construction chaos and risk - The host is very helpful and friendly. She answered any questions almost immediately, no matter before booking or during the stay, She is a very nice person (Thanks a lot). The apartment is very spacious. The rooms and bath feel much bigger than the shown photos. The beds are so comfortable. The heating is powerful, the water pressure in bath and in kitchen is great too. The apartment locates in a good area, very closed to tram station and metro, many supermarkets and restaurants are nearby though it itself is at a quiet side-street. - The assistant who came to open the house door, forgot to tell us the updated house door entrance code (the most important information or what). Thus we could not re-enter the house after she left (at late night!!). Thanks god, a neighbour co-incidentally came home and opened the door for us.
- The windows of the apartment are either facing the broken wall of neighbour house or face to the corridor of the house (that means everyone pass by can see inside the apartment), so we could not open the windows curtains nor the windows during the whole stay. But it did not really bother us though.
- The kitchen could be "up-grade" its gear, such as frying pan, chopping board and some bowls.
- The house has two floors, the apartment is on the upper floor. The whole house is now under construction. The whole basement is "cleared" out, hill of broken conrete are moving out from the basement and lay in the inner yard. The construction workers start to work around 7;30am and you can hear the moving of concrete, construction radio, talking, heavy drilling machine, hammer hitting the wall etc. Be honest, it did not bother us and we still enjoyed the stay. It will be better to update the house situation for those who are considering to book the room, if you can tolerate the noise and construction choas.
