- Lázaro (4/5): Mala relación calidad-precio - Está bien ubicado en el barrio de Triana, en una zona tranquila. Está limpio y la cocina bien equipada. Está bastante deteriorado (ver fotos), la relación calidad-precio es bastante mala. Sigue el cada vez más frecuente criterio en los alojamientos de "check in a las 15:00 y check out a las 10:00", pero sin consigna para dejar el equipaje. Éramos cuatro amigos y el alojamiento era de cuatro camas, por esa razón lo contratamos, pero sin embargo solo tres tenían sábanas, al solicitar unas para la cama de faltaba pretendieron cobrarlas. El cuarto de baño es muy pequeño.

Natürlich nicht regelmäßig wie in einem Hotel aber dennoch hätte ich mir gewünscht nach 3-4 Tagen frische Handtücher zu kriegen. Daher fande ich die preis-Leistung okay

- Marson (9/5): A great Boutique Apartment - The location, the facilities, the decor and the space were all great for a mini break. You could chill on the sofa at night or make a meal in the kitchen. The fridge was nice and cold and big enough for a couple to store all their drinks amd food for the stay. There are some decent shops within 5 to 10 minutes walk too - we went to the Carrefour for our groceries. Not being able to drop our bags their before we checked in as we had them with us for about 4 hours.

The staff was also nice and helpful. :) At first we were assigned an apartment which was very humid and smelled like chemicals. All windows opened or AC did not help. The second night we got another one which did not smell and it was good. But you have to be lucky. Apart from that it is very noisy in the evenings/mornings because it is an inner courtyard and you hear all people coming in and coming out, shutting doors, rolling suitcases etc. We could not get enough sleep. All this did not match the price.

- Eduardo (7/5): Muy buena experiencia. - Excelente ubicación y arquitectura del departamento. Mucha humedad en el departamento. Eso le daba un olor extraño. Mucho ruido de los vecinos, no está muy bien aislado acústicamente el departamento.

- Diego (8/5): Buen piso para familia con 2 hij@s - El departamento es amplio, tiene una salón living-cocina-comedor bien provisionado, un baño y medio y dos piezas con buenas camas. La ubicación a 200 metros de la zona turística de Triana fue perfecta para nosotros. Tomaos desayuno los 3 días en Casa Diego, a unos 150 metros. Muy recomendable. La iluminación. Hay mezcla de luces cálidas y frías que le quitan mucha calidez a los lugares. Las se deben usar solo en baños cocinas y hospitales.

- Louis (8/5): Logement agréable situé dans le quartier vivant de Triana - Le quartier Triana situé hors centre, mais proche (10 minutes à pied) est très agréable, animé et correspond parfaitement à un logement après le tohu-bohu du centre ville. Nombreux restaurants et bars à tapas, flamenco. Lors de notre prochain voyage à Séville c'est là que nous irons. Rien

- Cecilia (10/5): SIVIGLIA NEL CUORE DI TRIANA - La struttura è a pochi metri dal ponte Triana quindi vicino a tutti i luoghi di interesse di Siviglia. La struttura è un po buia ma dotata di tutti i comfort (smart tv, letto comodo, coperte aggiuntive, cucina con accessori) Essendo un appartamento senza spazio esterno ad uso privato gli asciugamani non si asciugano dopo la doccia perciò prevederei un cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. Inoltre, fate attenzione a non fare la doccia uno dopo l’altro perché essendo con scaldabagno la seconda persona si trova senza acqua calda.

- Dominique (9/5): Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour de 3 nuits. - Le calme du quartier de Triana tout en étant proche des lieux touristiques. Logement spacieux, très propre et bien équipé. L'insonorisation entre les logements du rez-de-chaussée et du 1er étage ( déplacements sur le plancher, évacuation des toilettes et de la douche) mais heureusement pas de bruit pendant la nuit.

- István (9/5): - Az apartman mérete, az ágy kényelmes volt. A konyha jól felszerelt és a fűtés is kellett. Az elhelyezkedés is tökéletes A minimál design szerintem nem túl kényelmes. Nem szeretek egy teás csészébe mosakodni. A zuhanyfej sérült volt. Nagyon kevés a rakodó hely ahová a ruhákat le lehet tenni, még akasztó sem volt. A kinyitható kanapé rettenetes volt még ülve is.

- Carlos (1/5): Condiciones de humedades que ponen en riesgo su salud y trato deleznable por la empresa - Ubicación en la que se encontraba. Al llegar a nuestra reserva, apartamento 001, se evidencia un olor a humedad extremadamente elevado, así como innumerables humedades halladas por todo el apartamento en paredes y techos, presentando condiciones desfavorables para la salud de cualquier huésped que se aloje en el mismo (adjunto evidencias). De igual modo, se ratifica que en el alojamiento han intentado paliar esas filtraciones con capas de pintura por encima o elementos de deshumidificación, los cuales no cobran sentido alguno en un alojamiento de este tipo, al encontrarse aparatos de aire acondicionado instalados y disponer de ventanas para su debida ventilación. Por todo ello, se hace constar a la empresa Hommyhome que se encuentra incumpliendo normativa autonómica en este apartamento, la cual ya son conocedores, habiendo sido informados sobre ello: Decreto 28/2016, de 2 de febrero, de las Viviendas con Fines Turísticos y Apartamentos Turísticos de Andalucía; Ley 13/2011, de 23 de diciembre, del Turismo de Andalucía; y Plan General de Ordenación Urbanística (PGOU) de Sevilla, al no cumplir las condiciones de higiene y salubridad, causando un riesgo para la salud de los clientes. Para terminar, tras evidenciar una empleada las diversas humedades, no se nos dio alternativa por no tener disponibilidad, dejándonos sin alojamiento tras tenerlo reservado con más de 4 meses de antelación, siendo festivo nacional, con alta demanda en la localidad y citando frases textuales ofensivas como: "no voy a perder más mi tiempo con esto" por parte de la empleada en su visita, careciendo de profesionalidad y con falta de respeto y empatía hacia los clientes, actuando en nombre de la empresa Hommyhome. Recomendaría que tuvieran todo ello en cuenta si desean disfrutar de su estancia placentera en la bonita ciudad de Sevilla, habiendo diversas alternativas que no defraudarán a nadie.

- Rystal Ahwena (9/5): Great apartments, well equipped and good location. - The hosts were very good at explaining the check in and out process, plus the app was very easy to use to get in and out of the accommodation. I thought that the apartment kitchen was very well equipped, this is often not the case and is therefore difficult to make meals but not in this accommodation. The kitchen had pots, pans and utensils but also provides small sachets of oil and salt and pepper. Although the room does not get cleaned every day like a hotel there was extra towels in the room if required. Location was great as well, very accessible with lots of restaurants nearby. The bathroom shower did leak despite having the shower door closed.

- Brenda (10/5): Don't pass up the opportunity to stay here - The property work with a team of taxi drivers and we used this service to get directly to the apartment. Early check-in was available for that day and we were delighted because it was very hot in Seville. The air conditioning is quite good and a relief in the heat of the summer (July) Facilities were excellent. The circuit kept tripping if all 3 ACs were on at the same time.

- Tonneke (6/5): Locatie perfect, maar appartement viel tegen. - Met de toegangscode kwamen we meteen binnen. We zouden 's ochtends arriveren en vroegen meerdere dagen, via de mail en de app, of we onze bagage konden stallen tot 15.00 uur. We hoorden niks tot we in Sevilla op de plek kwamen pas het bericht kregen dat we naar Flamengo Lockers moesten. Dan had de taxichauffeur ons daar kunnen afzetten en hadden wij tijdig een locker kunnen regelen. Bovendien zaten we op nr. 003 en dat was een donker appartementje. De boven appartementen waren veel lichter. DE IKEA bank was niet om te zitten! vreselijke kwaliteit.
