• Esra (10/5): - Review for Baan Mai Khao (8/24) Apartment – Excellent Family Stay I stayed at Baan Mai Khao (Unit 8/24) and had a wonderful experience. The apartment features one spacious bedroom and two clean, modern bathrooms. It is fully air-conditioned and offers direct access to a private pool, which was a great plus. The highlight is the sea access — just a short walk from the apartment. The apartment is part of a calm, clean, and well-maintained complex, ideal for families looking for a relaxing getaway. It feels safe, quiet, and newly built, giving excellent value for money at 37,000 Baht. One thing to keep in mind is the location: while it's perfect for peace and quiet, you should budget around 2,000 Baht for a round trip to popular tourist spots like Patong Beach, as it's a bit of a drive. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for families or couples who want a relaxing stay in a beautiful and serene environment.
• Lenka (10/5): Exceptional - This place is simply stunning - both the property and the apartment itself are great. Much better than what we had expected and what it looks like here on booking. The property has many pools alongside the buildings (including baby pool) lovely grass pads to relax on and beachfront at the back yard. Everything is extremely well maintained and beautiful. The apartment itself is spacious, light, well equipped and the terrace opens directly to the pool. Minor things: there is no dishwasher. The property is kind of at the end of the world. The only thing you can reach easily on food is a beach resto next door and Reneissance hotel bar/resto next to it. Consider hiring a car otherwisr you spend a lot of money on taxi getting groceries etc.
• Mb (8/5): Stunning property grounds, but a few small details that could have made it so much better! - The property and grounds are absolutely stunning. Some might find it remote but we actually like the peace and quiet of it all. The unit is well placed and had a nice view with the pool right at our doorstep. Sadly, we didn't have much water pressure nor hot water in the master bedroom. The landlord was very responsive on text, but somehow those issues never got fixed while we were there. So, we all had to shower in the 2nd bathroom which kind of spoiled the experience.
