• ivafer22 (10/5): Apartamento cómodo y bonito cerca del centro con buena relacion calidad precio - Ubicacion excelente, a 3 minutos de la parada del bus y si tienes coche hay parking privado. Apartamento còmodo, limpio y bonito. Alargue mi estancia dos noches mas y repetiré si vuelvo a Koblenz No había un bote de sal. La ducha olía a alcantarilla, quizás por la proximidad del rio, pero deberían hacer algo al respecto, era desagradable.

• Hugo ten Hoor (9/5): Schoon en goed ingericht appartement. Prima uitvalsbasis om Koblenz te bezoeken. - Schoon en net appartement met een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. We mochten er eerder in dan afgesproken, wat we zeer op prijs stelden. Prima locatie, dichtbij de Rijn en het centrum kun je lopen maar er is ook een prima busverbinding. De straat en buitenkant van het huis zien er een beetje uit als vergane glorie. Maar als je naar binnen stapt zie je een mooi gerenoveerd appartement.
• Tilo (9/5): - - Es war sauber - solides und bequemes Bett - einfacher Check-in über Schlüsselkasten und Nachricht mit dem Code kam pünktlich - nicht weit zum Rhein und liegt in der Nähe einer Bushaltestelle (von der man gut in die Innenstadt kommt) - relativ spontan gebucht, dafür sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - gute räumliche Aufteilung - Bei der Deko ist auf jeden Fall Verbesserungspotential, aber dafür ist es ja nicht ausgelegt - vielleicht noch mehr Koch Essentials als nur Salz - Lage natürlich nicht soooo optimal, wenn man sich Koblenz angucken will, aber das war im Vorhinein ja klar und ging trotzdem fit
• Katja (8/5): Funktionabel und sauber. - Die Kommunikation zu den Gastgebern lief gut und wir waren sehr dankbar, dass unserem Wunsch nach einem früheren Einchecken entgegen gekommen worden ist. Der Preis war im Gegensatz zu allen anderen Hotels in der Stadt fair. Das Appartement ist recht geräumig. In jedem der drei Räume gibt es Fenster, die sich aber nicht alle öffnen lassen, da Gardinenstangen davor hängen. Der angebotene Parkplatz ist vorhanden, ist aber, wenn ein anderes Fahrzeug daneben parkt (was gegeben war) mit einem Kombi aber z. B. nicht zu nutzen, da ein anderer privater Haushalt dort ebenfalls noch einen Sprinter parkt.
• Denys (7/5): - Цена и качесвто соответствовало моим ожиданиям. В номере есть все для недолгого и комфортного проживания. Я люблю по утрам вкусный кофе, в номере была возможность сварить себе кофе с помощью кофеварки. Не понравилось то, что я не получил код к моменту заселения, я надеялся на немецкую пунктуальность и было написано что я получу автоматическое сообщение с кодом заселения к 16.00, и пришлось ждать один час, и если бы я не позвонил хозяину в 17.00 я не знаю тогда когда бы я получил код.
• Michael (7/5): Cute little apartment for a couples getaway - Good location, could easily cook. Bed was large and comfortable. The towels were wet and there were no specific towels to dry the dishes. The bathroom sink smelt and there was no hand soap left.

• Agota (7/5): Good - The apartment itself is newly and well equipped, it is good value for money. It is close to the river bank where you can have a nice walk. There is good bus connection (2/12) with the city centre. Unfortunately there are some very noisy people living in the neighbourhood, who literally live on the street so it is difficult to have some rest. I could smell that previous visitors must have smoked in the apartment, which I do not like.
• Jade (9/5): excellent host, clean and spacious property. - extremely spacious! bedroom is way bigger than images show. very clean- felt like no one had stayed their before! had everything you need such as a fridge, oven, microwave, shower, tv, big wardrobe etc. but my main praise is for the owner! he was extremely helpful. I have never stayed at a place where someone offers more help before! I had never been to Germany before but he ensured I knew exactly where I was going at all times, provided me with timetables for transport and gave in depth directions. such a lovely person and I am very thankful! the views are lovely from the bedroom and the area felt very safe as two young girls from London who didn’t speak German. Everyone in the area was happy to help. the Lidl was a short 10/15 min walk and had everything you need. took around 20/25mins on the bus to get to the main train station also so conveniently located! buses don’t run that late into the night- but a taxi from koblenz train station cost €13/14 euros to the property.
