The apartment had everything we needed and we had a wonderful time there. It was just a short walk to the Duomo area, yet it was still located in a very quiet neighborhood. The check-in instructions were very clear and the staff provided excellent information about everything. We were very satisfied with our stay here. Nothing to report

Acqua presente in camera all’arrivo (di questi tempi non più scontato ma molto apprezzato). Personale molto disponibile. La posizione della camera nella struttura condominiale è un po’ angusta ma trattandosi di un edificio storico è alquanto usuale

• Giulia (9/5): Perfetto per una notte - Struttura luminosa e ben riscaldata, letto davvero comodo. Doccia spaziosa e acqua sempre calda. All’interno del frigo due bottiglie d’acqua che fanno sempre piacere avere in stanza. Comodo il servizio deposito bagagli nella loro reception,peccato che non si trovasse nella struttura dove si trova l’appartamento ma a un altro indirizzo. Si sentiva sempre questo rumore di ventole, anche durante la notte non ha smesso niente, davvero fastidio per chi ha il sonno leggere come il mio. Non siamo riusciti a capire che cosa fosse e a farlo interrompere.

• Ana (7/5): Apartamento chico y ubicación no tan buena. No volvería. - El apartamento está bien equipado (hasta con lavarropas) y limpio. La cama era amplia y cómoda y el baño era grande. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a brindarnos ayuda. La ubicación no es práctica. Siempre hay que hacer una combinación de 2 metros para llegar al centro histórico. Sino tenes que caminar como 20 minutos. Una vez que llegaste al edificio, el acceso al apartamento no es muy práctico ni lindo y tenes que caminar mucho por varios pasillos y el ascensor es diminuto. El apartamento es chico y está todo muy apretado. Hay un sillón grande que ocupa mucho y la mesa con 2 sillas queda muy apretada que no entrás para sentarse. Si bien Milán es caro, el apartamento no vale lo que te cobran.
• Sara (5/5): Troppi imprevisti spiacevoli - Buona posizione -abbiamo avuto difficoltà a raggiungere l’appartamento in quanto su maps è segnato da tutt’altra parte. Di sicuro non è un problema del mio telefono perché abbiamo provato da due telefoni diversi. Capisco che non è colpa del proprietari, ma dovrebbero almeno avvisare che succede questo. -il codice per entrare all’ingresso non funzionava, ho contattato il numero messo a disposizione che non era raggiungibile. Fortunatamente mi hanno risposto dal numero di whatsapp e risolto il problema. Quindi ho capito come mai mi hanno chiesto così tante volte a che ora arrivassimo. -sul sito è scritto che c’è il parcheggio. Ma è molto furviante perché in realtà si tratta di un parcheggio a pagamento nei dintorni. Chi non ha un parcheggio a pagamento nei dintorni? -all’uscita dall’appartamento non riuscivamo più ad aprire il ferro della porta che avevamo chiuso durante la notte. Nonostante avessimo insistito con forza. Quando abbiamo chiamato ci hanno risposto che era difettoso e dovevamo usare ancora più forza. Alla fine siamo riusciti ed uscire ma è stato molto spiacevole perché dovevamo correre a lavoro e anche questo ritardo non era previsto. Anche qui mi chiedo come mai non avvisano in anticipo, se sanno che è un difetto presente. Come la posizione su maps che è sbagliata. Per il resto, un appartamento dotato di quello che serve in una posizione comoda.

• Zishu (9/5): We loved it 100%! - We really loved our stay here! The apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is great — about 8–10 minutes to the metro and even closer to bus stops, so getting around Milan was very easy. The neighborhood felt safe and local, and even walking back at night was no problem. Having an elevator in the building was also a big plus with our luggage. The apartment itself is spacious and cozy at the same time. The separate kitchen was perfect — big fridge, clean, well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the coffee machine with pods every morning. The bed was super comfy (we slept so well every night!), and the little sofa and lamps gave the place a really homey feel. The bathroom was spotless and well designed, with good lighting, a nice shower, and even plenty of tissues and toiletries. The washing machine was amazing because it could also dry clothes — and the host even provided laundry pods, which was such a thoughtful touch! What made our stay extra special was the staff. They messaged us before arrival with all the info we needed, checked in with us on the day we arrived, and even during our stay to make sure everything was going well. It really felt like they cared. Honestly, this apartment made our Milan trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We’d definitely come back here next time — highly recommend! Nothing

• HUSEYIN (10/5): If you are looking for a clean,quite place to sleep that is close to the city center this is the place - It is very close to the city center and very clean. We could only use wifi one day. Then it didn’t work, but we didn’t let the staff either.

The apartment was always warm and the water hot. It was very close to the Duomo and other attractions on foot, but you could walk to the nearest bus or metro stop. Location is very close to Duomo and there are multiple ways of transportation to access it, as well as walkable distance from it. It has grocery store nearby. Apartment was well equipped. Utensils were not the cleanest. House is indeed in the basement floor but is pretty light.

Communication was great before and during the stay. The bed is super comfortable! The tap in the bathroom sink hardly has any pressure. The shower base leaked a bit so the floor would get wet.

We had everything we need in the kitchen, for shower and so on, also the apartment was very clean, very comfy! The staff is also amazing, they helped us a lot with each question that we had!!! For us the minus was the TV, because they don’t have the option to watch Netflix/Hbo , only Italian tv shows.

• Martha (8/5): Very good - Great location. 10 min on foot and you’re at Duomo. Moreover the apartment is located in a very quite area. The apartment building looks safe. There were everything the traveler might need during the stay (coffee, tea, sweets, shampoo, different kind of pillows, etc.) However the biggest disadvantage is that the day light is very poor there, so you’ll always need to have the lamplight on. That isn’t a big deal for those who are planning to walk a lot. The owner company is real professionals. Our booking manager Edoardo was very polite and responsive.
