Idea places for families with older kids or couples and friends not ideal for babies with the stairs and glass coffee table ect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great, tv with Netflix ect, wifi worked great The shower wasn’t hot enough for me.

I booked a 1 bed apartment on 37 Clarges St. I needed an early check in but the particular apartment I booked wasn’t able to accommodate that. So I was very lucky to be offered an alternative, which happened to be a huge 3 bed on 6 Chesterfield Street London W1J 5JQ. What an upgrade! It’s always good to book with a large apartment provider who has alternatives. This 3 bed ground floor apartment was very spacious. I am going to recommend it to my friends. Only one step at the entrance, other than that it’s step free access which is great if you have have bags. Ground floor, but safe. Safe area, security cameras, high quality locks on all external doors and windows- I check these things due to a previous experience and I’m a solo traveller. You’re greeted with a generous hallway and a beautiful dining room and living area, decorated tastefully in keeping with this period property. Fully equipped kitchen. Primary bedroom with en suite bathroom. Second bedroom. Twin bedroom. Bathroom. Excellent storage throughout. Excellent linen and towels. Excellent cleaning. Excellent responsive and accommodating management team. I was sad to leave!

Picking up and dropping off of the keys was clearly explained. The flat appeared to have everything you could ask for. Didn’t use the kitchen much as so many restaurants on the doorstep. • ruth (1/5): pesimo anfitrion - Tuve mala experiencia con propietario de este alojamiento, aterrizando mi vuelo, recibo wasap de que no me pueden entregar el apartamento, como puede ser?escogí este lugar sobre todo por la ubicación, ya q viajaba con una niña celiaca y tenia para ella las cosas mas cerca, no puede comer en cualquier lugar, lo teníamos todo mirado (llegabamos de viaje 19 h), la alternativa fue ubicarme ese noche en otro q estaba bien lejos , zona apartada, tuvimos que llegar en taxi , que son bastante caros . Con sus llaves estando dormidos entraron en el apartamento a las 24 h, gritando porque booking habia cancelado la reserva!!!! niña llorando asustada, poca vergüenza es lo que tienen. lo único decir que el apartamento Park lane que es el q reservamos inicialmente pero que solo pudimos estar 2 noches y no las 3 que teníamos previstas esta muy bien ubicado y cómodo para mi familia, Añadir que me cobraron lo mismo encima de todo lo que tuvimos que pasar y no ser lo pactado. NO VOLVERIA NI AUNQUE ME LO REGALASEN

The place is quiet and clean, and the staff member Jeremiah was extremely helpful. There is also a bidet shower in the bathroom. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely stay here again. The sofa bed was a bit hard and could be more comfortable.

It’s in Mayfair, close to Green Park Station, with supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, and shops nearby. Everything I needed was within a short walk. The 2-bedroom apartment had only one bathroom, and hot water took time. The layout was odd, with stairs between the bedrooms and the kitchen. Noise from outside was noticeable, though I’m unsure if others could hear us. No housekeeping was provided, but we didn’t need it.

• Marina (8/5): Clean apartment in a safe neighborhood with great bus and tube access to all the main sites. - Location was the best feature. Very quiet and safe street yet few minutes walk to Tube station, bus stops and main shopping street. Apartment had a nice living room, 2 TVs, and a small but tidy kitchen which was well stocked. Communication with the manager was not ideal. Initially response was good but by the end of the stay, no response at all via booking app as well as whats app number provided. No heat in the bathroom which was not idea. The living room was cold despite using 2 electric radiators.

Management needs to do a handover or provide a manual to stayers to explain a number of items to prevent - Great location There was no hand over from the management which meant we had many questions such as - washing machine would not work. Turns out there is a master switch in the hallway that needed to be flicked - hot water was terrible. In freezing cold temps this was a big issue. It would take over 10mins to get any warm water and pressure in the shower was very poor. - Fixed heaters were inoperable. After we raised question with management we were told to use the oil heaters. - Dishwasher did not work. Would no close due to some fixing on the joinery

Quiet street but only yards from Green Park and the Shepherd's Market with lots of restaurants and cafes etc. Green Park tube station is also only a few minutes walk away. Property a bit tired-looking. Lift did not work for most of the time we were there. We had to store luggage in another property as we arrived early. That was fine but a little help moving our luggage to the apartment would not have gone amis (particularly as the host knew the lift was not working that day...but did not mention it). Cleaning was done well but was supposed to be every other day. When they did not turn up the second time, we were told that as we had not asked, it was assumed we did not need it. Hmm.

Hall ceiling light on the second floor was busted, master bedroom waste bin was not cleared from previous occupant and shower door needs to be fixed, duvet and pillows were very old (they need to be replaced).

• Naief (1/5): Everyone has the right to grow his/her money but not to get rid og being human and dealing with people not mobile ba - Only the location is good. When I booked first night and liked to extend I couldn’t due to unavailability through BOOKING APP. However, when I asked the apartment owner privately for and possibility to extend he blackmailed me and doubled the rate around twice which was shocking and indicated the greediness of those people, given that this the market status (big joke).
