• Tim (5/5): - Location was great. Really convenient. Close to transport and a park. Had to travel a long way to pick up keys. Could have been left in lock box at the apartment. Also forced to pay 300 pounds and hand over travel documents before arrival. Apartment already had broken walls and windows.

Clean and tidy All the appliances you need Good location The access to get the key wasn’t great. And the high deposit for damages I don’t think is necessary. Both beds need a topper to make more comfortable.
• David (7/5): Bien - Apartment propre et situé près du centre et de la gare. Il faut récupérer les clefs a 10 minutes a pied de l'appartement. Il n'y a que 2 chaises pour 4 personnes... Il n'y a pas assez de couverts pour 4 personnes.
• Lorna (9/5): Provided everything I needed in a good location. - The location, the facilities and the cleanliness. The bed was very uncomfortable - obviously 2 beds pushed together with a hard line down the middle. Could do with a blind for the window in the kitchen area and getting the other blinds in the lounge rolled up again wasn't easy.

• Richard (8/5): Decent apartment. - Apartment was quite nice, clean and tidy and served its purpose, location was good for what we wanted and we'll equipped with everything that you would need. Apartment is on a main road so not good for having the windows open at night as it is very noisy. Key collection is right at the other end of town and unless you get lucky there is no parking to pick up the keys, also a little disappointed that we couldn't get the keys 15 minutes early. Was very surprised to find 2 single beds when it was advertised as a double.
• Benjamin (6/5): Quite disappointing - not so luxe! - The location. Reasonable size too. The check in/ out process was a pain - including ID/ deposit requirements, multiple emails and picking up keys the other side of town. The agent was helpful otherwise though. The property also felt really tired - from bobbly bed linen to old mattresses, this is probably not somewhere to stay unless you’re just out on town for a drink. We were amazed at the high rating - this doesn’t fit its luxe description!

Too expensive since involved what was negative. - Lovely kitchen, comfortable sofa and relaxed with Netflix couple hours. Appreciated the use of washer/dryer. There was no twin bed. Yes nice size with sofa bed, but misrepresentation on Bookings about having a twin bed. A sofa bed is NOT a twin bed; also, a sheet was not provided to put on sofa bed. Only a top cover. Carpet in bedroom was not clean- clumps off hair in different areas.
• B1957 (7/5): Good place to stay for a couple with a short walk to central Maidenhead and facilities. - Location and the facilities provided. Air conditioning for hotter weather. Fans were provided but in extremely hot weather they would have struggled. Winter would be no problem.
• Robert (9/5): Bright apartment in convenient location - This is a bright, clean and spacious apartment conveniently located close to the station. It has all basic facilities including a washing machine and despite being on a busy main road was surprisingly quiet due to good double windows. There was no personal interaction with staff. Everything was handled anonymously by texting. The mattresses were quite soft and spikey. It was difficult dragging all the luggage to a shop 5 minutes away to collect the keys.
• Michelle (7/5): Enjoyable stay, we plan to stay here again. - Collected the keys from a local shop. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Plenty of bedding and towels. Fans were provided as the apartment was very warm. The two single beds were very comfortable. Tea bags, coffee and sugar was provided. Quiet block of flats, no noise in the evening, Ten minutes walk to train station. Kitchen sink and bathroom sink was a bit dirty around the tap area. The only double bed was the bed setee that had to be made up. Not really big enough for two people. Loud traffic noise when the windows were open, although this was solved with a fan to cool the rooms down.
• Matthew (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spotless, very homely an dit had everything we needed, even down to small touches like a weighing scale for food. The location is great, right in the middle of everything we needed, with a short drive to other locations we visited. The location of the apartment is set in a very quiet residential area, making a peaceful night sleep easy. There was nothing to dislike.
