• Noman Saeed (8/5): Overall Good Experience - Staff was cooperative. Room was clean and comfortable. A stupid chinese guy was smoking cigarettes everywhere in the house even in no smoking zones. Nobody stopped him. He should be put in his place by the management.
• Danish (10/5): - It’s a beautifully located, family-friendly place. I’ve booked it for out-of-town guests a couple of times, and the experience has been great. Cleanliness is usually my biggest concern when booking, but here, it hasn't been a worry even once.

The place was spotless, comfy, honestly was a homely feel. The services were exceptional, with everything running smoothly. The hassle-free check-in was a bonus. It was efficient and reasonably priced, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place for a flawless, five-star experience without breaking the bank! The Wi-Fi had a little hiccup, the TV took a break and the fridge decided to have a snooze.

Right next to F8-Markaz and 10 minutes walk to the Centaurs Mall Islamabad. TV was flat-screen but dated with sketchy internet connection. WiFi available with modest speed. Pillows need little attention. Extra mattress is charged PKR 1000.

• Khan (7/5): The overall experience was marred by by cleanliness and facility issues that impacted my comfort. - I had my familes stay with me at guesthouse! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. What really made my stay exceptional was the staff, especially Mr. Idrees. He is an outstanding individual—extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. Mr. Idrees takes his duty very seriously and goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable. His exceptional service truly made my experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for both the great amenities and the exceptional service provided by people like Mr. Idrees! While I did appreciate certain aspects of my stay, there were a few significant issues that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the washroom was not up to standard. It was not clean, and using the wash basin was a challenge, as water droplets and dirt spilled onto the surrounding area, leaving the space wet and untidy. This made it uncomfortable and inconvenient to wash my face or even my hands. Although the hot water in the washroom worked fine, the overall condition of the wash basin was far from satisfactory. I regret having to mention this, but it was a major inconvenience during my stay. Secondly, on the first night of my stay, my family from Islamabad came to visit and brought dinner for us. We had planned to dine in the guest house, but there was no suitable space available for this. We ended up eating in the small yard on the first floor, but to our surprise, there was no lighting. We had to use our mobile flashlights to manage, which was both inconvenient and embarrassing. This was particularly distressing as I had foreign family members with me, and I found it uncomfortable to explain this situation to them. I felt it was an inappropriate experience given the high cost of the hotel. Finally, I must express that the price I paid for the stay did not match the quality of the facilities provided. In comparison to the price, I expected better amenities and services, especially considering the overall standard of the guest house. I share these comments with the hope that they will be taken into account for future improvements.
