- Anonymous (1/5): This is a awful staying! - The location is good When we arrived after 3pm, the room is not clean yet, we have to go somewhere for 2 hours, when we came back after 5pm, the dryer is still running until 7:20pm, the room temperature is 32 degrees! We called and emailed many times, no one responded back and resolved the issue! We suffered the heat for whole night! We sent emails for demand to refund our money, the don’t respond!
- Jaromír (10/5): Clean, comfortable and friendly - Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was clean. Overall a great value. Exceeded my expectations. Great location if you want to see a Blue Jays or Maple Leafs game in Toronto or just want to walk around downtown.
- Garry (10/5): It was a great getaway spot. - The apartments was near the water and on the PATH. We were able to walk everywhere it was all close and didn’t have to go outside if we didn’t want to. There was a small grocery store nearby and it was within walking distance of lots of restaurants and the Rogers Centre.

It's perfectly close to everything that you need. The place was beautiful but not clean
You're paying for a cleaner that doesn't clean
Is in the living room there are bo blinds, so watching the TV is no good from 10am to sun down.

Your Representative said they would meet us outside of the property to take us to unit and walk through, that never happend. He texed told us to walk to street and find a bench, there is a lock box where you can find the keys.. there was two benched with more then 50 lock box , it took us 20 min to find the right key box in cold wheather after traveling close to 7 hours by drive . They same coded lock box gave us wrong keys and we had to go back to find the right one again..
In the building reception had no idea we were coming. Because unit was registered on somebody else’s name. I called them to complain, and representative only texted me back saying you have the key , dont tell them anything, dont let yourself registered , just go to the unit. But receptionist didnt let us in without registering and this receptionist told us that, you dont want us to be registered so that they can show it as empty unit for tax purposes.
After a stressful struggle we went in to the room. Unit was generally clean (carpets are not) but nothing great about it except for its location and floor level. Finally, I guess, because we make a registration at the entrance, probably you lost some money, thats why they showing me some little dot stains in carpet to not to pay back my fully refundable deposit. This is funny because we never eaten inside the unit , not even a breakfast. 4-5 little stain dots ,can happen in any hotel rooms but this is probably from the previous stays, nothing to do with us,..
and carpets there were dirty anyways , you can make out this when you walk with your socks, your sock gets dirty badly and easily.., also those are cheap carpets, buying new one wouldnt cost 150 dollars , cleaning them with carpet cleaner from regular store products like stain away would cost 5 usd. I told them to stop playing games.

I have requested late check out from our arrival date and they couldn’t arrange it for 6 days and forgot to inform me. Communication was very bad, mattresses were very soft and uncomfortable.

- Carolyn (9/5): Very good base for a Toronto stay - Good size condominium in a mixed tower - it felt like the majority were residential units. The location was brilliant - less than 10 minutes walk from the harbour/CN Tower/Union Station. Security in the building was excellent & the team helpful. Communication from the host before & throughout the stay was very good, too. The apartment was comfortable, spotless and had all the amenities needed for both short and long stays. The harbour view from the living space and bedroom was nice. Nothing very negative but, as there wasn't anyone available to meet us at the apartment, we had to collect the key from a lockbox attached to a bench a street over from the building. The host gave good instructions on where/how to find it but after a long flight it wasn't quite the check-in experience I was expecting. If I'm being super picky, too, the bedroom was a tight squeeze to wheel luggage around in, though once suitcases were stowed in a cupboard there was just enough room to walk around the bed

Once payment is done they send e mail go out side and cross road there’s 2nd bench,find there lock,open it and u find the key of your room.

- Adam (1/5): Great location. Horrible communication - Communication was far too difficult. One of the bathroom fixtures didn't work and every day I contacted the host and got a set of questions which I responded. Still wasn't resolved when I checked out after a week long stay. After checking out the host cancelled my stay (I had completed the stay and paid) and has still not returned my security deposit after multiple communications.

- Ange (5/5): It was relaxing - It was good really nice view. The location was excellent. Signing in was a mess, I arrived when I was trying to get in with my group there was an age restriction. And they added the deposit fund wayy higher. Before they gave us access. And then the appartement was not the same as on the pictures.
- Timothy (1/5): Horrible service from GLOBALSTAY. Not willing to provide parking spot. - Parking was not available on day one despite providing GLOBALSTAY my vehicle's information. I needed to find street parking.
The elevator wait was HORRIBLE. During checking out, I needed to wait 30 mins to get an empty elevator.
- Hemi (1/5): HORRIBLE! WORSE EXPERIENCE - NOTHING! would never stay here again!! This was the worse customer service i have ever received. The key box where the key was located would not open after arriving late from a cancelled flight not only did i receive a message that said are you still coming it took over 3 hours to access the keys! They wouldnt even verify i was at the right location as there is no name of the hotel and security wouldn't let us in the lobby but was kind enough to come out to help us for over an hour. these people wont answer questions over the phone instead you're told to email then wait for a reply. this meant sitting outside on concrete with my 80 year old parents! I had to phone booking.com to email them and by the time we got up into our room it was 5am and the room wasn't even clean!! the towels in the bathroom were soaking wet, there was mess on the floor, carpets weren't cleaned and it smelt.

- Jacqueline (8/5): Very good - The location was amazing - great view of the harbourfront and walking distance to everything, as well as accessible by transit. It would have been convenient if the parking fob could've been in the lockbox as well - it was a bit of hassle to pull up the car, get the keys, and go up to the unit to collect the parking fob, before going back down to the car and getting into the lot.
- Niccolo (5/5): It was an okay time. I'd come back to Toronto but I wouldn't stay with global stays again. - The beds were comfy and the location was convenient. The photos make the property feel a lot larger than it actually was.
The tv didn't work and the remote wast programmed to work with it.
There was an Amazon fire stick but no remote.
The kettle that was on the counter was leaking when we got there so didn't feel safe using it.
The picture of the listing make it seem like there's a workout facility and pool to use. But it's only for the actual renters of the building.

- Harris (9/5): Gorgeous views and close to everything by foot. Outstanding! - The view and the brightness of the condo were outstanding! There were some minor cleanliness issues in the washroom and some aromas emanating from the fridge. However, they seemed very minor in comparison to the incredible views of the CN tower, Aquarium, Rogers Centre and the lake. It was exceptional at night as well, all light-up.
