• Tom (8/5): Great place to stay for the short term, top floor apartment - I really liked the self-check in process. The host was great in walking you through it and I didn't even need to meet him. The apartment is on the top floor which is great (although sometimes you can't call the lift and have to walk up or down), and I felt that due to this it was a very peaceful room and peaceful stay. There was unfortunately a slight sulphur / sewage smell but the owner explained it was a problem with the building. It wasn't bad just sometimes noticaeble.

• Danica (1/5): - Lokacija Klima nije radila a bilo je hladno ,smrzla sam se u apartmanu,tv takodje nije radio ,zvala sam osoblje ali nista nije resio po tom pitanju..sreca pa nisam spavala tu samo su mi bile stvari tu ..Takodje smestaj je delovao jako ofucano ni nalik kao na fotografijama..Nikada vise ne bih rezervisala ovaj smestaj

• Strahinja (10/5): Strategic location, enough for one night but I wouldn’t stay longer. - Great location and self check in. The building itself is very old and it can be seen both while entering the building and the apartment. We didn’t mind any of those since it was perfect for our one night stay.

• Tanja (8/5): Good option for one weekend - Small and basic studio, excellent location, Terazije corner. It was clean and comfy. Elevator working. No heating after 10pm. No shampoo.
• Medic (1/5): Squalid - Location Shabby, poorly maintained and poorly managed. A tiny makeshift studio apartment, probably used to be someone’s bathroom. Paper-thin walls, noisy neighbours, who routinely smoke outside the door on the staircase, a flimsy door and no way to prevent the cigarette smoke entering the apartment. Not safe, dominated by a 2meter high monster fridge, malfunctioning, extremely loud, with ice build-up inside and outside it (!) touching the wall and the socket, a clear fire hazard. Wet flood stain on the ceiling right above the bed, ceiling material falling off and onto the pillow. Old, noisy and smelly piping, noisy elevator, rumours starting round 6am. Loud construction works in the apartment next door from 6am to 4pm, including Sundays. Heavy-duty Bangladesh style cooking smells, onions and all, from 5am. Windows probably above a restaurant kitchen exhaust vent (?). Albeit a good location, there are many better places to stay in the area.

• Ana (10/5): Very nice and pleasent one night stay - The location was a minute from where I had a meeting. It is a very comfortable and clean little apartment. The host was very kind and polite and it was effortless to reach the apartment. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around and takes about 15 minutes walking distance to Knez Mihailova Street. I stood just one night but I would book this place again. Also, there is an Exchange office in the same building which is a plus. I would kindly recommend this place. It would be nice to have some coffee in the kitchen.
• Seda (5/5): Location was good but apartment not clean - The apartment location was nice, the bed was comfortable The faucet worked loudly also water smelly. The elevator didn’t work and the flat on 7th floor:( also not clean
• Vesna (10/5): Nice and cozy - Everything was great. Host was available and pleasant. Location is perfect. I was by myself and apartment is excellent for one person or maybe couple. Nice and quiet even it's in the hart of the city. Nothing to complain about.
