• CuriousGal (1/5): If you value sleep, avoid this place at all costs - Whoever designed this place has failed miserably. There's absolutely zero sound dampening in the room. All hard surfaces. Terrible blue lights, feels like the lowest level of a hospital aka morgue. No wonder the staff is grumpy and unwelcome, who wouldn't be in such an environment. On top of that, I had the industrial strength LED light shining thru the blinds, see pics. It's not daylight, it's in the middle of the night. But the automatic bathroom lights went off on me several times while I was in the shower. Free bonus - I got unexpected alarms at 5 and then 6 am. Whoever runs this place should teach their housekeeping team to reset alarms before checking-in new guests. And how to clean mirrors and floors.

• Lynn (4/5): I would not stay there again. - Location and clean except for the elevator At check-in for one night only they charged me an unexpected $2. for sheets. The room was clean and had a refrigerator, stove and microwave but not any utensils or dishes or even a cup. They said because it was an extended stay hotel you would have to buy those items. Some of the guests were a bit sketchy and the comfort level for safety went down. Very cheap bed, linen and pillows. Only 1 tiny cheap bar of soap and 1 tiny cheap shampoo and no hand towels in the bathroom. No coffee pot in the room.

My family and I booked a room with two beds at Woodspring in Chandler AZ as we were coming to Phoenix for my mother’s memorial service. When we arrived we were given a room with one bed. I brought it to their attention and showed them the reservation with two beds. They said Expedia has been doing that. I showed them that I didn’t use Expedia. I asked for. Room with two beds and was told they were sold out and didn’t have any, but I could cancel my reservation and go somewhere else! I know that Phoenix during spring training and all kinds of junior championships being hosted this time of year, it would be impossible to find a room. We asked for and were given a set of sheets for the couch in the room and then were charged extra for the sheets. Not professional at all.

• Brooke (4/5): Awful execution of needs in a good area and decent facilities, if fm - The elevator was known to have doors close on people and the front desk person said "yeah use it at your own risk." There were visible stray hairs in the bathtub, and the beds were very cheaply made.

The lack of the amenities for the amount paid was definitely disappointing. No soap, shampoo, lotion, Ice Machine, the hoarding of towels (You have to give old ones before receiving new ones) Weird. This is a place where a kitchen/ refrigerator is inside of the unit however there were no pots, pans , utensils to use in the kitchen. The walls are beyond thin. I heard snoring from my neighbors as well as a full blown party from 3 am until 8am from down the hall..No Sleep!

• Kerry (5/5): Never again - Very, very noisy...walls too thin. Was kept awake ALL night by next door, they had television on all night long it was same wall as my bed my bed. Torture, I put fan on high, covered my head with pillows hoping they would turn off TV eventually...never did. Next night I complained to front desk, they tried to help but the TV was still left on...I had a 4.30 am leave time, desperate for sleep I moved my entire bed off the wall as far as possible, reversed the bedding. It helped, but still disturbing sleep because of muffled noise..this was a disappointing experience. I feel a refund is in order! Hotels are for rest, not 2 nights of sleep deprivation 😤😡 See above😡 too tired to rewrite above into your categories...It was a lousy experience. Staff tried to help.

• Jesse (6/5): Noise complaint - They called me at 07:30 for a noise complaint which I know for a fact I was not making loud noise. Besides me using the microwave and my 2 year old walking around the room I didn't make LOUD noises for them to make a complaint. Who ever did needed to go suck on a pickle!! How is it that by me packing my stuff makes loud noises. So unhappy with the office people for just taking the word of the other person. SMH they should have come and hear first and then called me.

• Ywaine (1/5): - Nothing. Property manager moved my reservation to a different hotel without notifying me. I asked to stay at the Woodsprings hotel. She told me that they had overbooked the hotel. I booked my room 2 weeks in advance. I asked for a refund. She told me to leave the property or she will call the police. I left without the refund. I called Booking and they handled the refund to me and also gave me 50% of the cost of the room to use for another hotel that night. Manager at Woodsprings did not and would not find a solution. However, booking did.

• jonathan (4/5): Plenty of other places to stay in the area, I would skip out on the Woodsprings Chandler. - Location from the freeway and downtown was nice. Hotel was overbooked. Did not get the room we reserved. Only offered $9 discount for their error. Bed frames are cheap and moved. WiFi was not working and wanted to charge to “upgrade.” No ice machine on first floor. No pots or pans despite having a cook top and sink. Only a few channels worked on TV despite guide showing over 30 channels.

• Jennifer (4/5): Scary experience - I had to wait a little bit for the front desk person to come check me in. Then I was told they were booked for the night but I still had a room. I went to my room - spotless and clean. All the sudden someone tried to come in the room saying it was maintenance. When I went to the door and didn’t open they still tried to come in. I told them have the manager call and wouldn’t open it. I am very glad I had the top lock on so no one could come in even with a key. Some manager called and said no one is supposed to be in the room when it rains and told me to look for water. I was on the second floor not the top floor. There was not a single water spot anywhere or stain anywhere even though I was told by the caller that water comes in. I have to wonder if whoever tried to come in was honest. Sorry but not really. I am disappointed because it is a nice hotel but I am also unsure I would go back because it was scary as a female. In the end I didn’t have to leave the room but it was unsettling and I should get my money back.

• Aasheim (9/5): It was overall a pleasant stay and a place we would seek out again when in the Chandler area. - The facility was clean, spacious, easy to find & had a full kitchenette with a full-sized fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful. The floor hadn't been mopped so was a bit dusty and the only floor covering was a bath mat. The bathroom light was on a timer so when taking a bath it was necessary to periodically wave an arm to keep the light & fan on. The AC was excellent.
