• Vesna (1/5): Worst 'hotel' experience - This is my first serious complaint after many years of using different types of Booking accommodation, but my experience was horrific and I want to share it. My problem with the accommodation started later in the evening, after 23.00h in a form of a loud noise from the central airco that went on and off every 15 min. After correspondence with the host (that lasted from 23.00 until 02.00am) I was told that the problem will be fixed in the morning, although I have indicated that the room is impossible to sleep in. Thus, the host did not in any manner assist me to solve the problem and has not provided a different room so I spent a terrible sleepless night in a room with a malfunctioning airco producing loud noise that went on and off on 15 min interval throughout the whole night. I did not leave because I was alone and it was the middle of the night. I paid a quite high price and i did not receive the most basic service- a place to sleep and rest. What was really disappointing is the treatment of the host to my complain- their response indicated that the noise was a normal level of operation of the airco (?) and it was me that was sensitive to noise. i find it incredibly disrespectful and dismissive of any accountability. I expect the host will respond with a comment that they have fixed the issue (which is not relevant for my stay), but this comment is about a lack of regard and accountability for the wellbeing and comfort of the guest- and it will probably happen in the future for any type of issue you might encounter.
• DEREK (6/5): - Location Television didn't work for the whole stay, girl fixed it on the 2nd day then it didn't work again that night. Not enough clothes storage for long stays only enough for 1 or 2 nights.
• Terry (8/5): A good place to drop your head and get a good nights sleep BUT without the normal hotel expectations - The location was perfect and the room was extremely quiet. The bathroom sink water would not clear at first and it took me a over day to manage to loosen off the sink screw in plug. I messaged the property and got no reply during my 4 day stay.
• Craig (9/5): Highly helpful and communicative staff, great property location with everything I needed. Easy and convenient check-in a - Excellent location. Conveniently situated near the train station and all the important attractions in Tilburg. The property could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, was in great condition.

• Fabio (5/5): Will never be back. - Location was great. Overall comfortable. Continuous issues to access the room. One night I simply could not get in and had to go sleep somewhere else. When I asked to be reimbursed for that night, they simply stopped replying.

• Nikolay (8/5): - Great location, very close to the center and shops/restaurants/cafes. Great area, perfect access to train transportation. The room was cozy. The only thing is the double bed had two separate mattresses, but it was still okay.

• Marina (9/5): Convenient stay in Tilburg - Convenient location, easy to check in, comfy bed. Walking distance to food options. Nice warm bathroom in winter. Would be more hotel-like if I did not need to take out the trash at the end of stay.

• sonja-b (9/5): Central location, comfy room, great communication - I really liked the central location near the town and train station and I also liked the the fact that I had a really neat room where it was easy to feel at home whilst being away for work. Neat bathroom, comfy bed. It was great to have a small kitchen as well. that means you don't have to go out for dinner if you don't want to. As a bonus: the communication with the accommodation. They sent me clear questions and clear instructions on time and were really fast in answering my queries. As you can gather from my happy review above, I have very little to complain about. However, I would have liked to have a better sound-proofed room. The window does not block out the street noise. Not that you are in the noisiest part of town, but still... would have been nice.

• shikhar (7/5): Enjoyed a comfortable and convenient stay - The apartment hotel is a stone’s throw from Tilburg Central Station and just a 12-minute walk from the city centre, making it very convenient and easily accessible. The check-in process was effortless—no need to worry about keys or cards, as secure entry codes are used for both the front entrance and rooms. My apartment featured a balcony, comfortable beds, basic toiletries, and reliable internet. The hosts were active, responsive, and made sure the guests were feeling comfortable throughout stay. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. N/A

• Tena (10/5): Excellent! - It was simple and easy. Really great place to stay and so close to the railway and the center. One feedback would be; more hangers in the bathroom for the towels. :D There was only one, and in the shower, and there were two of us, but we didn't see anywhere to hang our hand towels.

• Jansen (6/5): Ok - De locatie De airco was niet te bedienen, zat een slot op de bediening. En de kamer stonk na bleek voor de rest van het verblijf. Doordat de airco niks deed morsten wij het raam open laten met kabaal als vervolg. Ook is de prijs zeer duur vergleken met André opties.
• Lidija (9/5): - Lokacija odlična. Iako u neposrednoj blizini zeljeznickog kolodvora vrlo je ugodno boraviti u njemu. Prekrasan, moderan dizajn soba. Izuzetno cisto. Mala kuhinjica odlično opremljena svime sto treba. Prostor je malo skučen, da se moze potpuno ugodno osjećati pogotovo kad imate kofere koji zauzmu dosta mjesta kojeg ionako nema. Nedostaje i prostora za sjediti i jesti za stolom iako on postoji u sobi. Napomena: kod dolazaka vlakova osjeca se lagano podrhtavanje kreveta.
