- Cristina (9/5): Typische Altbau Flair - War schön groß und die Ausstattung prima. Die Betten sehr gemütlich. Man hat sich auf Anhieb wie zuhause gefühlt. Sogar die quitschenden Türen, die nicht ganz zugingen und der quitschende Boden. Alles super passend zu einem Wiener Altbauflair. Auch an der Ausstattung wurde nicht gespart. Tolle Bücher für gross und klein. Auch an Spielsachen für die Kinder wurde gedacht .Der Service vom Appartement war toll. Die Eigentümer waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben die Kritiken sehr schnell angenommen und weitergegeleitet. Sind auch auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen . Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal herkommen 🥰 Die Renovierungsarbeiten waren nicht toll, aber wurde im Vorfeld informiert, dass es nicht besonders sauber war, viele Haare im Betten , spiebenweben und schmutzige böden ( eine angegessene Olive, Fingernägel und haargummies)
- Davor (9/5): - Everything was fantastic! Everything is exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment has absolutely everything you need during your stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, the apartment is clean, and Billa, Hofer, and Spar are just a 10-minute walk away. BILLA, HOFER, and SPAR are all conveniently nearby. Schönbrunn Palace is only 5 minutes away, and the Vienna U4 metro line is about a 10-minute walk. No matter where you want to go, it takes a maximum of 20–25 minutes to get there. We will definitely come back again! 😊 Limited parking availability.
- Michaela (8/5): - Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig, alles da was man braucht, wir haben nur eine Mikrowelle vermisst aber das ist wirklich unser Ding ;-), ansonsten viel kleine Details, Zahnbürsten für uns alle, sogar Notfallhygiene-Artikel für Frauen - super. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber einwandfrei. Wir haben ein paar Nachfragen gehabt und es wurde uns etwas geholfen. Für uns wae die Lage ideal wegen Eurovision. Direkt neben Schloss Schönbrunn, unweit der U-Bahn und auch in die Stadt war es nicht weit.

- Iris (3/5): Hausfassadenrenovierung hat uns sehr geärgert - Geräumige Wohnung mit guten Betten in guter Lage. Hausfassade wurde während des gesamten Aufenthaltes renoviert mit Baulärm und zugeklebten Fenstern. Leider wurden wir vor der Anreise darüber nicht informiert. Sonst hätten wir sicherlich eine Alternative gewählt. Außerdem gab es Probleme mit Heizung und Warmwasser und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt.

- Antonella (8/5): - L'appartamento è a circa 10 Min a piedi dalla fermata della U4 Schonbrunn. In un antico edificio senza ascensore e quartiere tranquillo.Le camere grandi come da foto. Ho apprezzato la presenza dell'asciugatrice. Ottima la pulizia e letti comodi. Il wc, situato in un piccolo stanzino, è separato dal bagno con doccia e la finestra non si chiudeva.

- Milena (8/5): - The location was great, and the apartment was large and very spacious and well equiped. The stuff was friendly. However, the listing mentioned luggage storage, which we were counting on, but upon arrival we were told that this was no longer available, which affected our plans. There is a train station nearby with luggage storage, but availability there is limited, so we eventually used an option at Schönbrunn. Some of the pillows were lumpy. Also, only two dishwasher tablets were provided for six people staying six days. When we asked for more, we were told it was only a starter package and that we could buy more at the supermarket. The issue was not the price but that the smallest pack available was 30 tablets. We often stay in apartments and usually a more reasonable quantity is provided.
- Christian (10/5): Wohnung mit Charm an guter Lage - Zweckmässig und hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung in einem Altbau um die Jahrhunderwende, mit hohen Decken und alten Doppelfenstern. Gut eingerichtete Küche. Neues Bad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Haus ist sehr baufällig- das Gerüst für die Fassadenrenovation steht schon. Der TV ist alt und hat keine Möglichkeit um Streaming-Dienste zu nutzen, die Fernbedienung funktioniert nicht richtig.

We were especially happy to have had such a wonderful shower with great pressure and almost instant hot water. The washer and dryer was a plus! We enjoyed our location and the quiet neighborhood! Walking distance to things we needed was fabulous! The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in all my travels! We are quite tall Texans :) and we found the furniture a touch short for us. Not enough to be a deal breaker though as I would happily stay here again!
- J (9/5): Nice big trendy well located apartment - Huge bedroom. Comfortable mattress. Very tasteful updated and trendy decor. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood and good insulation from noise and cold (except for the toilet which had a window that doesn’t stay closed). Short walk to train station and Interspar for groceries. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Only a stiff broom was provided to sweep the floor. We stayed for around two weeks so would have been good if a vacuum cleaner was provided so we can do a proper vacuum of the floors in the apartment ourselves.

- Lucian (8/5): Good value for money and good location. - It was spacious, good location, 5 min walking from the subway and very close to Schönbrunn. Quiet and peacefull area. It wasn’t very clean on the floor. The toilet window didn’t close properly, whenever there was too much wind, the window was opening. Hopefully this was solved after our departure.

- ella (10/5): מצוין! - אמנם נמצא בקצה השני של העיר, אך הוא צמוד לגני שנברון ומרחק הליכה של 7 דק מתחנת מטרו. מצוין הדירה מרווחת ונוחה, התארחנו זוג ו3 ילדים. היה הכל בדירה בשביל להכין ארוחות. וגם מכונת כביסה שזה היה בונוס גדול! מיטות נוחות מצעים נקיים! חיסרון היחידי זה המדרגות למי שמגיע עם עגלה . אבל לנו זה לא ממש אפריע. לסיכום- אני ממליצה על המקום במיוחד למי שמגיע לבקר בשנברון

- Diana (10/5): 5 fríos días de invierno en Viena - Al lado de los jardines y el precioso palacio de Schönbrunn, tiene un Lidl a 10 min y la parada de metro también a 10 min. Viajamos en diciembre y hacía un frío que pela, pero el piso siembre estaba calentito. Tenía un poco de miedo por ser un primero sin ascensor, ya que mi suegra tiene las rodillas fatal, pero las escaleras no son muy empinadas y se suben cómodamente. Si acaso el sofá cama es un poco duro pero por lo demás muy bien.

Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Supermärkte sind zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt für 4-5 Personen . ——-

- András (10/5): Szépen felújított lakás, kényelmes ágyak - Csendes környéken van a lakás. A kulcsok átvétele gördülékenyen ment, minden a legnagyobb rendben volt. Jólesett az apró figyelmesség a gyerekek számára, és a kávé is finom volt. Nincs parkolóhely a közelben, de ha tömegközlekedéssel érkezik az ember, ez nem olyan óriási probléma. A fürdőszoba villanykapcsolója nem működik, egyszerűen nem maradt a lámpa felkapcsolva.

- Cornelia (10/5): Christkindlmarkt in Wien - Der Preis war echt fair die Lage ist wirklich super. Einige Lebensmittel Geschäfte und ein Bäcker sind gleich in der Nähe. Die UBahn ist auch nicht weit weg. Die Wohnungen halten das was sie versprechen es ist auch alles da. Die Vermieter beantworten auch alle Fragen und schicken auch nützliche Infos. Gerne wieder 😁. Right from the start, getting access to the building and apartment was a breeze. The apartment has everything you could possibly need - they have really thought about everything. A real home away from home. It is spotlessly clean and we loved the overall aesthetic. The beds are sooooo comfortable and the apartment is nice and cosy warm. It’s really close to Schönbrunn palace and the market was beautiful! It is well situated for U-Bahn links which made it easily accessible to see everything you want to in Vienna. When we came there the app was warm and we didn't have any troubles with finding the keys. We had enough towels and kitchen supplies. Auch Flyer (in verschiedenen Sprachen) für verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten in Wien waren ausgelegt. Außerdem war die Wohnung groß! Wir hatten als Gruppe von 5 mehr als genügend Platz! Die Betten waren sehr bequem- außerdem wünschte ich mir, dass wir wären länger da geblieben wären, hätte gerne paar Rezepte von den Rezepten Büchern gekocht :D
- Johann (10/5): - Sehr saubere und große Unterkunft, liebevoll schön eingerichtet. Vielen Dank an den Betreiber oder Betreiberin. Einfach alles.
- Seidenstücker (9/5): Schöne helle Wohnung am Park Schönbrunn, sehr empfehlenswert ! - Gute Lage, ganz nahe am Park Schönbrunn. Eine helle Altbauwohnung, modern eingerichtet, ruhig, sauber und geräumig. Metrostation ist in Fussentfernung, Parken wie angegeben nur im Parkhaus möglich, auf keinen Fall unten am Haus, wir wurden vorgewarnt von den Besitzern, danke dafür ! Die Küche ist recht spartanisch ausgestattet. Niemand will ein 4 -Gänge-Menu kochen, aber ein Topf Spaghetti sollte schon drin sein und nicht daran scheitern, dass es gar keinen großen Topf gibt. Ein Tablette um das Frühstück an den Esstisch zu tragen, wäre auch schön.

- Podeanu Carmen (10/5): Excellent location! - Excellent location, close to the metro, with the kids it was super easy to get there quickly. Spacious apartment with everything you need, clean, comfortable mattresses, warm, very good water, quiet (although the location is close to a main street, a national road. Nothing tot add.
- JP (10/5): - 집이 넓고 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 여행이 아주 편안했습니다. 마트가 멀지않고 주방도구 등이 있어서 외식을 덜 할 수 있었어요. 계단 등의 공용 공간이 수리중이어서 당황했지만 수리가 끝나면 더욱 좋은 숙소가 될거같아요. 그닥 없었습니다. 엘베가 없는 건물이라 가방 나르는게 무거웠지만 저희 방은 낮은 층이어서 충분했어요.

- Andrea (10/5): Perfekt und absolut empfehlenswert - Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, freundlich und gemütlich stilvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an wohl. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist toll. U-Bahn und Supermarkt sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Schlosspark von Schönbrunn ist gleich ums Eck. Ein Wäscheständer wäre noch gut gewesen, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. ;)
