Waschmaschine und Trockner. Autoabstellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Schon die Ankunftsadresse war nicht konkret. Durch Zufall haben wir die Einfahrt in das Wohnresort gefunden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war erst nach Hinterlegung einer Kaution von 4000 ZAR, die online bezahlt werden musste, in einem 1.5 km entfernten Hotel möglich, obwohl der Gesamtpreis bereits bezahlt war. Der eine Schlüssel klemmte jedesmal, sodass man nicht sicher sein konnte, ob die Türe aufgesperrt werden kann. Der 2. Schlüssel funktionierte gar nicht. Der versprochene Ersatz wurde nicht geliefert. Verständlicherweise muss Wasser gespart werden. Aber man sollte wissen, dass Duschen auf max 90 Sekunden begrenzt werden sollte. Bei dem vorhandenen Wasserdruck ist Haarwäsche eine sportliche Herausforderung und das Auswaschen des Shampoos unrealistisch. Ein Vollbad ist nicht gestattet. Die Fugenränder der Badewanne sind teilweise durch Schimmelbefall schwarz. Das Bett ist bretthart. Ist scheinbar in Südafrika üblich. Bei diesem Preis, sollte man bequeme Matratzen erwarten dürfen. Die Beleuchtung im Schlafzimmer macht sich nach Ausschalten des Lichtschalters selbstständig. Damit wir im Dunklen schlafen konnten, haben wir die Birnen herausgenommen. In das Besteck und Geschirr könnte etwas mehr investiert werden. Das spart Wasser, wenn die Geschirrspülmaschine erst bei voller Beladung eingeschaltet wird. Entgegen der Hausordnung mussten wir eine Nacht bis in die frühen Morgenstunden eine Party eine Etage tiefer miterleben. Das Schreien der Mövenpick frühmorgens und den ganzen Tag sollte man auch wissen. Bei längerem Aufenthalt kann das ziemlich nerven. Apartment sollte bis 10 h00 geträumt sein. Nachdem wir die Schlüssel bei der Security an der Ausfahrt abgegeben hatten, wurde seitens der Argentur nach den Schlüsseln nachgefragt.
• Farhana (10/5): - The place was stunning with gorgeous views. Easy access to V&A Waterfront with so much to there as well. Loved every minute. The shower unfortunately. The shower head is awkwardly situated and needs to be changed.

• Louise (8/5): Very good - Breakfast at little restaurant was superb. We had an agreement and arrived early and had to kill time for 4 hours till our unit was ready. If people fly in from abroad and had to be met with such a reception it is a very bad reflection on the accommodation.
• Keith (6/5): Enjoyable but could have been so much better - Having experienced the area before we knew the location would be exactly what we were looking for; extremely handy for the V&A with it's shopping, restaurants and bars, ideal for a short stay. Although the apartment is an ideal size for a couple it was a little disappointing in so much that it could have been cared for more than the other apartments we have been to in same location, in particular the bathroom which had black mold around the bath edge, the outside did not fair much better with weeds growing in the grating and bird droppings over the railings.
• Cathryn (10/5): Lovely apartment - comfortable , clean , decor and furnishings excellent . - The location is excellent - a quick safe walk into the Waterfront . The immediate area has good security . We have stayed in a number of apartments within this facility and this one ( 1 bed & 1 bath ) was furnished beautifully , It exceeded our expectations in that some of the furnishings in some apartments here are a little tired . The view from the apartment is definitely a Mountain View! Wow ! Lovely veranda with comfortable seating . Everything you would need in the kitchen / laundry . Good secure parking. Good internet. Check in - had to wait to be met at Security . The Dstv system was a bit hit and miss in that after about half an hour the Error code came up and it stopped transmitting .

• Makheo (10/5): Very exiting - Its location I left my laptop charger and was told to collect it at Buitendag road which i did but i was told to come back later when i got there later still i got no help instead I was given temporary replacement with the agreement that they will look for it and come back to me.Up to date no one has contacted in this matter.
