Guest Reviews
- Jessica (7/5): Good location and clean but otherwise not much to recommend - The location - right on the seafront, with a big window and balcony to enjoy the view. The living room was spacious and the main bedroom was roomy. The flat itself was clean. The entrance hall was grim - run down, dirty, it felt really depressing. The interior photographs well - in person it was shabby in places (peeling paintwork) and dated (textured wallpaper, ageing kitchen). It felt really cheap - thin walls, bent slats on the blind, flimsy curtains that didn't quite fit the windows. Tiny bathroom with poor shower.
- Jane (8/5): What a fantastic view! - The location was a short walk from Newlyn and the view out to sea from the spacious balcony was excellent. Parking outside the apartment was easy and the flat was well equipped and comfortable. The rooms were large, bright and warm. The internal communal parts were in a very poor state of repair; quite dirty, and the stairs verging on dangerous with damaged edges. There is a seemingly disused and rusting stair lift, taking up space on the width of the stairway. This area lets down the potential of the apartments and is a disapointment on entering the building.
