• peggy (9/5): Beau séjour au calme - L'emplacement, le calme, les équipements. La décoration est faite avec goût. La literie était un peu dure et le lit d'appoint grinçait.

Posizione periferica ma vicinissima all'imbarco per Murano e Burano Unica nota, consigliamo di cambiare la maniglia del bagno che tendeva difficoltosa l'apertura della porta dall'interno
• PABLO (9/5): - Ubicacion muy buena, 15 min andando de S Marcos y al lado del vaporetto Fondamenta Nove, conexion directa con aeropuerto y Murano/Burano Atico sin ascensor, pero esto es inevitable en Venecia y las vistas compensan el esfuerzo.
• Svane (10/5): Tolles Loft über den Dächern Venedigs - Tolles Apartment unter dem Dach mit Blick auf den Kanal, sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Vaporetto-Ableger Richtung Bahnhof oder Insel Murano liegen fast direkt vor der Tür, kleinere Supermärkte, nette Bars und Restaurants findet man im Viertel. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden! Ein Mini-Vorschlag zur weiteren Perfektionierung: Eine Teekanne wäre toll 😁

• Angela (10/5): A lovely, beautiful space to relax with the sound of the canal beneath the windows. - The loft was comfortable, beautiful, had a fantastic location close to the ferry and Murano/Burano, was clean and had wonderful views. It was also a bit quirky, with the interesting windows and office lookout. The stairs were a lot at the end of a long day, but were manageable!
• Vlatka (10/5): A gorgeous, comfortable attic apartment with contemporary design - A super beautiful, light-filled, and comfortable attic apartment with gorgeous views of Venice rooftops on one side and Rio del Gesulti canal on the other (pics attached). Beautifully renovated and designed; furnished with some gorgeous pieces. Everything in the apartment was selected with great care - from chairs, couches, and an absolutely stunning living area rug to the plates, cups, and cutlery. Impeccably clean, contemporary design, everything works perfectly, incl the A/C and fast broadband. Yes, it's high up and involves climbing lots of stairs - which might deter you from going back when you've forgotten something! :) - but many reviews have mentioned this so we were prepared! I lived for a year on the same street last year so was thrilled to be staying down the street from my old digs. No complaints.

• Catarina (7/5): Mysigt, utmärkt läge - men några skavanker behöver rättas till. - En vindskupa i Cannaregio kan knappast gå fel. Smakfull inredning (med många fina detaljer) gjorde den inte sämre - plus ett takfönster (som går att öppna) med fantastisk utsikt över takåsarna. En stor, bekväm säng finns det också, plus en mysig sitthörna med generösa soffor. Och så läget: helt perfekt i direkt anslutning till både vaporetton och alilaguna, båten till och från flygplatsen Marco Polo. Bra wifi! Många trappor är det … och många dörrar med lås … och många nycklar … Lite jobbigt att hålla reda på, faktiskt. Och ljuset i trapphuset (där det pågick renoveringar) fungerade inte på översta planet. Det finns ingen diskmaskin, så besticken är inte så fräscha. Duschen är felbyggd, vattnet bildar små pölar som inte går bort hur mycket man än använder skrapan som finns där. Ett handtag var helt trasigt och kranen i handfatet i badrummet är monterad så att man blir nedstänkt om man inte ser upp. Snålt med toapapper! Och krångligt att man inte kan lämna soppåsar i huset. Å andra sidan hade tidigare gäster lämnat snabbkaffe, salt och lite av varje som kan behövas. Värden hade jag - tyvärr - bara kontakt med på What’sApp och på telefon. Inte så personligt, men det funkade.

• Jasna (10/5): Nice and Cosy Attic - I loved the location of this charming apartment. Just minutes of the boat station. The apartment was clean and spacious with a good aircon. The communication with the host was simple and clear. I would highly recommend this accommodation. I really liked everything.

• Jason (7/5): Enjoyed the apartment, no washing machine was a big let down. - Beautifully set up and decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed for a night to cook at home. In amenities it said there was a washing machine so we planned our trip to do laundry there. Unfortunately there was no washing machine which was a big disappointment for us. We also felt like there was nothing right around the apartment so it felt like a ghost town walking ‘home’.

• Kimberly (8/5): Very nice, a bit far from the center but easy access to airport transportation and Murano, etc. - the AC worked but one unit was not enough since it was hot and the appartment is under the rooftops. I asked for a fan which was promptly delivered.
• Paul (9/5): Excellent attic apartment close to water bus stop. - Excellent attic apartment very close to F. te Nove Vaporetto water bus stop. It is very spacious and well appointed, airy and with views over Venice rooftops. There are bars and restaurants in the close vicinity but the whole of the city is easily accessible by water bus or a pleasant walk. The apartment has everything that is needed for a stay. There is no lift so being in the attic access is up several steep flights of stairs. It is not suitable for anyone disabled or who cannot manage stairs.

• Harry (10/5): Beautifully renovated modern apartment in an ideal location with extremely helpful staff on hand. - Fantastic location: away from the hustle and bustle of the San Marco/Rialto, but easily accessible on foot (15 mins max through the beautiful streets of Venice!). The waterbus stop is a stone’s throw away making travel to and from the airport/train station/Murano very easy.

• Benjamin (9/5): Superb - The flat is very well equiped and confortable. There is a nice view on a canal and the laguna from one side and the rooftops from an other side. It is well located within venice in the quiet and typical Cannaregio neighbourhood. It has groceries and bakery nearby. It is at a 3 min walk from a well deserved vaporetto stop: Fonte Nove. We (two parents plus two kids) really enjoyed our stay.

This place is in the roof of the building - no lift. So be prepared to take your luggage up the stairs. Would have been nice to have a washing machine.
