• Simona (2/5): Central but dirty - Central location so you’re close to everything. Two bedrooms for comfort. Misleading description. Our flat was on the first floor, while the photos showed a view of high floors. Dirty floors, windows. We had cockroaches!!!! There was some electricity problem in the beginning until we figured out that a switch on the electric board was down so we moved it back up ourselves. The agency and support team wrote long AI-generated messages but the help was inexistent, especially about the cockroaches problem. Noisy, windows were not isolating enough so we had loud noises from the street and the air conditioning of the restaurants behind. When the flat was built, it was a luxury thing but we had too many problems and couldn’t really relax. The cockroaches at the second night (two in the bathroom and one in my son’s bedroom) made us lock one of the bathrooms and we had to spray ourselves. It should have been done before our arrival if it’s a known problem (the agency claimed it’s normal with humidity - which it might be, but then measures should be taken before the guests come).

• Anna Brener (3/5): Bad night sleep with noise and mosquitoes - The location, the staff being flexible and allowing us to cancel the booking because we didn't want to continue staying here The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke, there were cigarette butts on the terrace. It was dirty, there were stains on the couch and hair in the bedsheets. The bathtub is disgusting, with rust and mold. The bedrooms are extremely noisy because outside of the windows there are many air conditioners and ventilation systems. If you want a good night sleep - this place is not for you. Even with the windows closed, it's loud. There are no mosquito nets and the walls are covered with dead mosquito splatters.

• MAŁGORZATA (10/5): EXTRA - Świetny apartament, jego atutem wspaniała lokalizacja, przy samej promenadzie. Apartament dwupoziomowy: na 5 piętrze salon z kuchnią, a sypialnie na piętrze 6. Widok z okien wspaniały, klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu. Cudownie, że mogliśmy budzić się z takim widokiem.

• Kacper (5/5): Za te pieniądze nic specjalnego - Hałas dobiegający z zewnątrz był taki że nie dało się spać. W obiekcie nie było ciepłej wody. Godzinę po czasie wyznaczonym żeby zacząć rezerwację dostaliśmy się do środka , bo nie było w skrzynce klucza.

• Marcin (9/5): Przyjemny apartament, godny polecenia. - Bardzo przestronny i przyjemny apartament w samym centrum Larnaki. Idealny dla kogoś kto chce być blisko plaży i restauracji. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne, duży stół , pralka czy zmywarka. Ogólnie bardzo udany pobyt. Polecam. Brak wina powitalnego, oferowanego w ramach pobytu. Mimo, że rezerwacja była dla 5 osób to pościel była przygotowane dla 4 osób, udało się znaleźć w szafie kołdrę i poszewki, natomiast nie było poduszki.

• ISTVAN (9/5): Soha ne legyen rosszabb! - Az elhelyezkedés, a felszerelés teljesen megfelelő volt. A konyha teljesen felszerelt, mikró, mosogatógép, mosógép… A klímák működtek…nagy szükség is volt rájuk. Az ágyakban a matracok kényelmesek voltak, ami fontos! A repülőtéri transzfereket tökéletesen elintézték. Az, hogy egy kulcsot adtak 4 főre zavaró volt, de kérésünkre azonnal adtak egy másikat!

• Czerny (10/5): Highly recommend - The apartment was very nice and spacious and was well equipped with everything that you need. The view from the balcony was so beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful and the access to the location was easy.
• ilan (8/5): - The apartment was clean, location is amazing, 1 min to the beach, lots of pubs next door. we add some problems , the staff did there's best to help. There was a small ant's problem. The air conditioning started dripping on Friday night, the company did not fixed it as it was the weekend... I think that things like that can happen but as a company you need to be ready for it. Since it was just one day before we left that was not a big deal. A staff member arrived to check but he was not an ac technician.

• Paweł (10/5): Rewelacja, polecam. - Naprawdę przyjemny apartament. Położony w ścisłym centrum, kilkadziesiąt metrów od promenady i plaży z łagodnym zejściem do morza. Mimo, iż to centrum to w odległości 200 -300 metrów nowoczesny i wygodny parking miejski płatny 3 EUR/dzień. Sam apartament wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzeba do spędzenia udanych wakacji. Klimatyzatory w dwóch sypialniach i w salonie. Dwa tarasy/balkony. Nie ma takich rzeczy, bo ewentualne drobne problemy rozwiązuje doskonała komunikacja z właścicielem i jego szybka reakcja. Pod tym względem to wzór do naśladowania

• Madalina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is excellently located—right in the city center and directly across from the beach. It's spacious, comfortable, and offers a beautiful view of the sea. The staff were kind and responsive, and I really appreciated the complimentary drinks that were left for us. The self check-in process was also very convenient
• Scott (10/5): A must stay fir anyone, two toilets, two showers two bedrooms - Location, just brilliant! Few minutes to anything! We loved going down, almost outside the door, to get a great coffee every morning with a kiosk right next to that! Every major attraction is a few minutes walk from the apartment. The staff are brilliant even though we never one…they were responsive to our requests through texts, only too happy to help, courteous and quick. Probably better than some hotel receptions. Overall, best time in this apartment
• Bunnygirl (8/5): Sunrise views - The location was excellent, close to everything on the main beach road. The apartment was very spacious, good WiFi, great for people watching . Amazing sunrise from the kitchen window. The lift to the apartment was a bonus, too. Although I have made a few suggestions, these didn't spoil our holiday. We were in 101, the lower of the apartments they sell, so a bit noisy and views from bedrooms not that good.Be aware we were sent lots of offers!! (discounts in nearby restaurants and bars) which we didn't get! We complained about this.. but only got automated responses from Cyprus Holidays 10. I suggest a new hairdryer ( only hot setting). A teatowel. Correct size duvet covers. Fix all window and patio doors as they don't lock. A few bin bags for the bathroom.
• Jacek (8/5): Perfect place, but upkeep could be better - The location and property are stunning. So close to the beach, walkable parts, restaurants and more. It is so spacious, amazing views. The floor was not clear at all, with plenty of hairs. Towels could be replaced. Lack of essential supply (too little plates), no trash bags or laundry powder. I wish there was a video how apartments works. Several things (were to throw trash, how to turn on hot water) were not obvious. 2 minute video would solve it.

This place needs a deep clean! Door locks are messed up and key barely works. Half the lock is missing. Pretty sure you could open the door with a screw driver.

I can go to italy but it takes the italians millions of years to become as friendly as the cypriots. the beach: calm water and shallow too. the kuds loved it. as a parent, i crush to bed early. larnakas night lifestyle continue until late hours.
