• Mthembu (7/5): It was a nice experience overall, it doesn't take away from the bad - The room was clean, beautiful and good value for money. The drainage system is clogged. The water kept backing up. The sink was dirty from bath water. The area is noisy at night.
• Hein (7/5): Nice clean apartment in the heart of Obs. - The instructions sent were clear, but there was an issue with the gate on arrival. I had to contact the host for assistance. I was uneasy about parking on the street. There are other accommodations that include parking for the same price.
• Timothy (6/5): It’s generally a nice place. The location is great. Many small shops and nice places to eat and drink. - The location was nice. You get to see life going by from a different vantage point, from above. We went without water for a day and a half without any explanation. Property is a bit out of town with no cabs available. Had to use Public transport without a SA telephone line to hire transport
• Wamahlubi (9/5): Superb - Central, clean, modern. Own balcony is a nice touch. Would be nice to have an iron in the actual room not just in the laundry room, but not a major deal for me.

I didn’t like the broken key pad, being sent on a wild goose chase to get inside at 10pm, the broken toilet with the broken part sitting inside the toilet bowl, the roaches, being moved to another smaller room on my last night (with no refund) or the general incompetence of the property management.

The cleanliness of the entire place, from the entrance to the rooms, was impeccable. It truly went beyond what I had expected. None, except the little bit of noise from the pigeons outside. Basically, the place is a 100 for me.

Additionally, the wifi connection could have been more reliable. Lastly, the noise from the pigeons in the morning was quite bothersome. Despite these minor issues, I would still book this apartment again."
