• Volodymyr (1/5): - Сотрудник вёл себя агрессивно, не пытался нормально объяснить почему цена за ночь в отеле на букинге одна , а по факту он выставил счёт на 70 евро больше , постоянно угрожал мне полицией ! Не адекватный персонал ! Никому не советую этот отель .

• Anita (7/5): The room was perfect - The room . Very spacious and clean . Everything you need comfortable and also has a mini kitchen with all appliances It is so huge and yet so empty. Probably many years ago when it was filled with people was better but it felt empty. When we arrived we were all alone and the receptionist
• Soucek87 (9/5): Skvělý pobyt pro dvě osoby - Paní na recepci byla velmi milá a nápomocná. Pokoj byl velký, čistý a plně zařízený. Výhodou také bylo parkování v blízkosti hotelu.

Škoda, že v hotelu není funkční restaurace, když na to má tak pěkné prostory. Doporučuji pro všechny, kdo hledají klid a nechtějí hotel někde poblíž rušných ulic plných turistů.

The studio rooms are nicely equipped and very spacious - While the location is nice and quiet, there is nothing to do in the immediate surroundings and the location is located relatively far from the closest village, which can only be accessed with a car. The studio was very spacious and nicely equipped, with a nice and complete kitchen. The breakfast was nice, standard hotel breakfast. Morever, the receptionist was very very nice and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. The location is a bit too far away from the village, and there is no chance to leave your car at the hotel and then take a walk in the surroundings. The parking also does not seem to be sufficient, as in the evenings this was full, with cars even parking one car after the other. The hotel/ building itself is old and not very appealing.
• Klemen (8/5): Nice option for families - Nice and helpful host. Extremly large room, newly decorated room. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, coffee machine. Relatively far from Bad Goisern, a car is a must. No air-conditioning.
