- Guest (4/5): The host ruined and poor amenities ruined it. Also the place is more of a local residents building. - Swimming pools are good. Place has security and so it is safe. Location is ok. There is not much of a view of anything but some trees and streets. I did not like the host. He wanted the money in Pesos in cash. and I said well I booked with my credit card and I want to pay with my card and he said there will be 7% fee on the card. So this was a surprise to me. I will not use booking.com if this is the case moving forward. Then on the very first day, I marinated some chicken and when I was ready to cook, the stove did not work. The oven did not work. It had no power. I contacted the host. His responses were sometimes timely and at other times just ignoring me. He did nothing to fix the issue. I had to go to a store next day and bought a gas lighter and next day I was able to use the oven by lighting it up manually and after looking at Youtube videos. One of the toilet seat cover plastic bolt broke. It was lose already and it broke after couple days. The cover did not break just a plastic bolt. We managed with 1 toilet for rest of our stay. The host did not return my deposit saying he is going to keep it as we broke the plastic screw holding the flimsy toilet cover. I will never go there again. The place is more of a local residents and families building and not ready meant for tourism. I will stop using booking.com also if we have to pay 7% fee on our card.
- Fernando (10/5): Este apartamento familiar está ideal para vacaciones! - El apartamento está muy bonito, todo es nuevo y funcional. Todos los aires acondicionados enfrían muy bien. Las 3 piscinas y zona social son amplias y agradables. Zona tranquila, hay cerca un farmatodo, D1 y un mercado de frutas en el parque a dos cuadras Sería genial un televisor en la segunda habitación.
- Christian (10/5): Excel te opción par alojarse - Excelente todo el señor ramos muy amable muy dispuesto a ayudar estuvo muy pendiente nos dio recomendaciones para poder movernos por la ciudad durante toda la estadía. El apto muy cómodo y contaba con todo lo necesario
- Javier (8/5): Llegada cálida para salir como perros - Ingreso muy rápido Salida a las 12pm y a las 10:30 am el Sr se metió al apto a sacarnos porque tenía otra reserva , nos pareció de muy mal gusto porque la reserva termina a las 12 y a esa hora podíamos salir como , aún no me terminaba de vestir y el Sr ingresó a revisar todo pese que a le dije que me diera permiso porque aún no terminaba de recoger
