• Maria (8/5): - Communication was great. Rooms were clean. Location was good,we got taxis to and from the centre which wasn't too far but you definitely wouldn't walk. I would say for location and cost it was very good. We booked 2 rooms as there were four of us staying. Upstairs there are three rooms. Our room was next to the toilet and when anyone went you heard everything which wasn't great but it was ok. My sister stayed in one of the other rooms which was next to the other room and they said their room smelt like someone had smoked in it although it wasnt allowed apparently and also you can hear the people in the other room but overall ok.

Then the owner kept calling me privately telling me I stole the key and immediately demanded for £60 yet I left the keys in the house and has still not given me an update whether they found the key yet.

• Libby (5/5): Somewhat worth the money paid wouldn't stay here again. - The room was spacious and we had more than enough storage for the two of us. The price was good for the facilities provided. I received a phone call telling me we were being moved rooms the day we were supposed to book in due to a previous occupant having smoked in the room and so everything needed to be washed, however when we arrived we opened the door to our room and my partner was annoyed as it stunk of cigarettes. We were even more annoyed as we were informed we were being moved because of someone smoking and everything needing to be washed.

Когда я сказала что пропустила самолет, и голодная, а магазинов рядом нет, то менеджер привез мне макдональдз. За что безмерно благодарна!! Это просто волшебство! Кто то отказался от номера, меня вежливо попросили поменять постельное белье. Отопление работает. Окна открываются! Розетки с двух сторон кровати . Огромный шкаф и телевизор. Шумные соседи 😂 дверь стучит от сквозняков от о я приперла её рюкзаком .

Nsimba was very attentive and honest — I forgot a phone, and he kindly offered to send it to me by post to London. Everything was very good for the cost–benefit, especially the kitchen, which was clean and well organised. Nsimba also allowed us to check out later for a fair additional cost. He was very helpful and speaks both Portuguese and English, which is a great bonus. There is also a train station just about 5 minutes’ walk away, which makes things very convenient. Thank you so much for all your attention and kindness, Nsimba. Everything ok. Great cost benefit.

• Talvinder (2/5): Would not stay here again! Terrible - The lady staying in the other room was friendly, I was glad there was only females. The bed sheets had a bad smell the bed was also not comfortable. I went to use the shared toilet and the floor was absolutely wet the rug laid on the floor was absolutely dripping wet. I nearly slipped whilst walking out. The kitchen had a bad smell. I was also unhappy as I had room 2 there was a balcony door and the balcony door was not locked and I had no key that would lock it. I also was concerned as the main front door was not locked and could not be locked anyone could’ve walked in and for safety it wasn’t safe. & you could hear loud music and smell cannabis all around near to the property.

Something to note is that there are cameras in the shared spaces. This is something they mentioned in advance but I hadn't quite realised that there would be a camera between the bedroom and the bathroom as well so I felt a bit watched at all times.

The room was a great size, airy and was complete with desk area which is helpful if travelling for work. The place was very clean and bed was comfortable. In addition the place was warm and cosy through the night. Though we didn't use the kitchen other than to fill a water bottle, the kitchen area was clean as well. Location was fairly near to where we going :)
