• Joseph (7/5): Nice house very clean, like the arrangement of bedrooms, a lot of tree coverage that makes you feel more remote than you - -Centrally located for getting into town or Manual Antonio park. - :20 minute walk to Marina - Gated, felt very secure -No hand rail going down steps to Casa Casita, as steps are very slippery when wet. -Short amount of Sun exposure on pool due to trees. - Pretty good incline of road when waking to house, but manageable. - Need larger frying pan in Kitchen
