• annie Japa (1/5): Lej ikke dette rottehul! Et virkelig dårligt overnatningsted. - Da vi ankom lugtede der af cigaretrøg og gammel bodega. Der var dårlige udluftnings muligheder. Der var beskidt. I skuffer og skabe fandt vi gammelt mad og medicin. Vi blev kun 1 nat men skulle ha været der 3. Da vi efterfølgende kontakter udlejer svarer han hverken os eller booking på vores anmodning om at få vores penge retur.

• Nani (7/5): No hay wifi - Excelente ubicación Te envían un mensaje que debes de conectarte a un router para el WiFi y nunca lo pude hacer ya que este mismo se encuentra pegado a una pared, pedí información y nunca me respondieron, en total nunca tuve wifi

• Alberto (1/5): HORRIBLE STINKY UNACCEPTABLE NIGHTMARE - Niente STAY AWAY!! NIGHTMARE: 1) ROTTEN BED! The bed is rotten in stinky absoutely disgusting mold and the agency refused to replace a bed that was not usable, due to mold infestation! These people are incompetent, unprofessional, poor as they dont even have the money to buy a new bed. Awful, unacceptable, illegal, they should be out of this business that they clearly have no skills for. 2) STINKY! the toilet stinks because there is no window and being a basement the sewage system is under the toulet floor sending horrible smells in all the flat. 3) NOISY! This basement is in a very busy street, so you will not sleep as heavy trucks, bus, cars, bikes, will run all day and night 4) UNSAFE! the door lock is almost broken so you will spend minutes every time you wabt lock the door, and if you can't lock it, you will sleep with the door open as nobody from the staff will show up. IF YOU HATE YOUSELF, THEN BOOK HERE.

• Diana (8/5): Very good - The studio looks exactly like the pictures, it’s nice and cozy and good location. In the kitchen, you can find all the utensils you need to cook. I arrived at 3 pm when I was supposed to do the check-in, and to my surprise it wasn’t cleaned up after the last guest. Sheets and towels were on the floor, there was mud on the floor. I called in and had to wait another 2 hours for someone to come over and bring new sheets and towels. There was a hoover so I did the cleaning myself. I did try to do a complain but the guy who answered the phone said that I should just let a review about it, I also emailed the company and no answer.It’s the first time when this happened to me and I travel all year round. So I honestly expected a refund, but I didn’t even get an apology.
