- Diane (10/5): -
- sharon (8/5): - Generally all was good apart from the things mentioned below. Parking was difficult and been ladies over 60 & 70 found the seating in the living room too low and soft. Stairs into the bathroom were a bit tricky.
- Doug (9/5): Perfect stop over for a sad family occasion. - Spacious property with room to socialise
- Molly (10/5): -

- Russell (8/5): Great place for a short(ish) stay - It was a lovely house with everything needed for the short stay. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch. We managed to park 4 cars on the street so parking was not bad. location is not far from the city and you can actually see the cathedral from the top back bedrooms though a little in the distance. A little bit of TLC on bits,
- Catalin (10/5): We had a great time ,thank you - Everything was Great
- Mark (10/5): Comfortable accommodation in a most convenient location. Thank you! - The location was excellent, and there was ample free parking. The house was wonderful, deceptively spacious and had a really nice vibe about it. Very comfortable and relaxing. Nothing to fault.

- carl (10/5): Excellent, spacious, clean and comfy - Beautiful inside, everything you would need for a short or much longer stay, comfy and extraordinarily spacious Nothing, it’s spot on and would highly recommend
- Tracy (10/5): - The house was perfect for our group of friends.
Easy parking on the street outside the property.
Excellent location.
Nice touch with tea, coffee and sugar provided as well as many essentials like salt , pepper , cleaning products.
The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and overall it was a lovely experience. It would have been nice to have some spare toilet rolls as 7 women use quite a bit and perhaps an airfreshener spray. The garden furniture could do with an upgrade and the outside dustbins were already nearly full on arrival. This however would certainly not stop us booking again as we all very much enjoyed it.
- Karen (10/5): Lovely property, great location. - Great location. Perfect communication from host.
- Richard (9/5): Great! - Perfect for us, with three double bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped and comfortable, and a great location - quiet, and an easy walk into the historic centre.

- Danielle (10/5): The best night away would recommend to everyone - Great property with the best host! Nothing it was fabulous
- Julia (9/5): Great location to explore historic Lincoln - Great house really close to the historic part of Lincoln. From the outside you have no idea how big the house is! We loved the cosiness of the front room, it was really handy to have a ground floor bedroom too as we had a guest who couldn't use the stairs. The kitchen/diner was great! Loads of space and everything we needed. We also managed to enjoy a very quiet and peaceful afternoon in the garden before we headed out for the evening. We only had a one night stay but would be great for a large family or group of friends for a long weekend of more. The host was excellent too - great communication and really helpful with check in time, which we really appreciated. The only one small thing was that the beds were quite creaky. Luckily I was exhausted so slept like a log!
- Paula (9/5): Superb - Large and comfortable property. Good location.
- Martin (8/5): Lovely stay - Great house in a great location.
Easy parking outside on road too. Couple of the beds are a bit creaky which is not ideal, comfy but creaky.

- Todd (10/5): Great stay for a day in Lincoln - Great communication with the host, parking was available directly in front of the home, it was clean/comfortable upon arrival. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We felt safe in the area and the neighborhood was quiet with a Co-op a short walk away. Nothing. It was a great stay.
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kayleigh (10/5): Fabulous house in a perfect location, very cosy and well laid out. Host was fabulous -
- Jacek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (6/5): OK. But wouldn't stay again - Very spacious. All in-house amenities. Host was very polite and informative with the booking process.
Nice range of mattresses. Plenty of pillows. Dirty bed sheets with questionable stains.
Filthy kettle that we decided was unusable due to the amount of limescale (also note that this was highlighted in a previous feedback but seems to have been ignored).
Only 1 toilet roll, for 4 guests over 2 nights?
Back door didn't lock properly which meant we weren't able to leave valuables when we were out.
Parking was very difficult.
The house is in desperate need of some TLC.
- Angela (9/5): Superb - Really comfortable, especially the bed. Location was excellent. Garden is a little sun trap. The kettle. It needs to be changed. Sofa is very stained. Maybe a throw?
- Alexandra (9/5): Great location, comfy beds, well worth the visit - Lovely comfy beds and feather pillows a bonus, great location Not enough seats in living room for number of guests
- Mainprize (10/5): Good clean welcoming place, plenty of bedrooms and space. - Fantastic comfy house. Close to city centre.

- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tim (9/5): Superb -
- Joe (10/5): Great host, great location, great rooms and would definitely come back! - The property was so much bigger than we thought and you could pretty much see the cathedral from nearly every bedroom! All the rooms were so clean and was really welcoming from the offset.
- Stevenson (9/5): Superb - Spacious, well equipped, comfortable, clean value for money and very close to Lincoln centre. Television stopped working, but nothing that can't be fixed for other guests. Had a great couple of nights.
- Lynn (9/5): Superb -
- Khal (10/5): A perfect 9th birthday celebration... - Perfect size for family of 4 and family of 3 plus a dog too! All the mod cons one needs with classy decor to boot. Near a street with full extent of shops for all your needs and short walk to the commons too. Extensive information guide. Definitely plan to come again to Lincoln and if we do, no brainer - we will stay here!!! No pizza cutter and smart TV did not seem to want to stream 🤔
- Allan (8/5): We only spent one day in premises after an eight hour drive , but loved our stay. - The location was excellent for our need to go into town the next morning being only 10 minute drive. We provided our own meals but the kitchen facilities and equipment was above our expectations. No dislikes considering an attached Victorian it was better than expected. Parking was difficult until after business hours when we found a park directly in front of premises.
- Nicola (5/5): Has the potential to be a fabulous bolthole for those who enjoy Lincoln. It seems as though the owner isn’t checking on - Spacious period property in great location. Well equipped Filthy, greasy throughout the kitchen. Property in need of a revamp. Wrong postcode given so our food shop was cancelled at the time of delivery. Reimbursed of extra costs after 2 weeks of badgering the owner whose fault it was. Bathroom disgusting, outer areas not kept clean and tidy. Paint on bedding.
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional -

So close to Lincoln centre, highly recommended home xx would love to come back! Nothing
- Ruth (10/5): The whole experience was very enjoyable and ideally placed - na nothing
- Ismail-muftau (9/5): Everyone love their stay. A lot of people where asking me how I got to know about the property. It’s Value for money. - Excellent and value for money. Fantastic
- Laura (9/5): Lovely - A lovely property in a great location. Everything you need for your stay. As we were only here for 1 night it was great but for a 4 bedroom house another shower would be good. However we appreciate it’s an older house and it wouldn’t be easy to reconfigure it. It’s only a minor thing.
- Derrick (9/5): Superb -
- Leanne (10/5): Exceptional - The house is beautiful and very spacious. 9 of us stayed altogether to attend a family wedding. The house was so spacious and had everything that we needed that we stayed for an extra night.
- Whitfield (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suzanne (10/5): Perfect stay and Lucy was great with communication - The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
- Neil (7/5): Good - Fabulous location. Spacious bedrooms and reception rooms. Host answered messages promptly and offered to answer any questions we had. Lovely large oven/hob. Fairly well-equipped.
- Joanne (8/5): Ideal home for a group of people to stay while visiting Lincoln. - Great location, lots of space and lovely decor. Friendly communication from the host. Particularly liked the paragraph about the cleaner in the handbook :) A little TLC needed here and there and the grass was very overgrown.
- Tawni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tracy (8/5): Very good -
- Laurence (7/5): Nice family reunion - Great location. Free street parking. Good facilities for 6 persons but no more. No bulb in staircase and kitchen cabinet knob falling off even if this was mentioned in previous comment, dirty oven, no salt, limited cutlery. Bed in downstairs bedroom not comfortable
- Lewis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Saima (10/5): Comfy and spacious - Location amazing
Working distance to the castle. Took us 15 minutes.
Very spacious house. Amazing kitchen and dining area.
Very convenient and easy to collect keys from box.
- Lauren (7/5): Spacious house, great location, needs a little tlc. - The house was amazing. Really spacious, well thought out, cosy lounge :-) comfy sofas, comfy beds, lots of towels, kitchen equipped with everything you could need, utility room, lots of on street parking, great location to town, cathedral, local shops and take always. Lovely host, and great communication. The bathroom needed painting over the mould, all the door handles were very wobbly, kitchen cupboard handle fell off each time it was opened, no upstairs hallway light (no lightbulb), back 1st floor bedroom had no working light, lots of the bedrooms had blinds, but no curtains, or curtains but no blinds- lots of light shone through them.
Just needs a bit of TLC to make it absolutely fantastic.
