• Cheryl (10/5): It was an excellent place to stay, the location was perfectly safe and could not have been better. It was clean,new, an - The location of the property could not have been better. Even though it’s on a busy street it’s very quiet because the windows must be triple thick. There are cafés all around. Shopping and an easy walk to the Spanish steps. All the streets in this area are typically for pedestrians, but a few cars have delivery right and a cab can drop you at your door. The manager is extremely kind and will quickly take care of any of your needs. The shower, like most European showers, is small but adequate.The bathroom are very comfortable, have been updated, exceptionally nice. The bedrooms are extremely spacious with lots of room which is rare defined. There are about 12 steps from the entrance floor to the first floor, where you have an elevator to enter your room. My husband and I asked for help and got it very quickly. They also arranged all right Taxi, which I recommend. There’s a table with four camp people can easily sit at to eat. We actually did not miss the living room because we were in and out, and the table was nice to sit, have the wonderful coffee they left for us and met every need. I definitely recommend staying there. The shower, I believe if the showerhead had been located on a long wall, there would’ve been much more space.

• Eva Sharon (10/5): Unexpextedly great! - The location was amazing-just a block away from all the action and we could even see the ocean from the balcony. Fabio met us upon arrival and helped with the luggage. The only thing to note is that you need to go up one flight of stairs before accessing the elvator. Fabio returned and helpred is again when we were leaving. Before we arrived, we received a text with all the information we need, and any time we had a question, we received a response immediately. They even helped arrange transportation to the port, since we were going on a cruise, and also scheduled a pickup after the cruise to take us to Fumicino Airport. The apartment was very clean and spacious. My husband and I shared it with another couple, and the two bedroom layout gave everyone plenty of privacy. There was no breakfast included but coffee, tea and cookies were waiting for us when we arrived. They also provided a list of recommended restaurants, which we really ejoyed- especially Sora Maria, who accomodated us even though they were fully booked. I rarely write revews, and usually stay in hotels, but I wanted everyone to know how wonderful and convenient this place was, especially if you are cruisng from Civitavecchia. I ws beyond my expectations. Loved the location and how clean everythin was. The bed was also very comfortable. One suggestion would be to provide an extra key to the apartment so that the guests who are not travelling as a family can come and go independently without having to rely on each other.

The water temperature in the shower changed randomly so be mindful of that, the neighbours above were a bit loud but nothing that can be controlled by the host.

We mochten onze rugzakken op de dag van uitchecken laten liggen in afwachting van onze afvaart naar Sardinie. Erg vriendelijk. Overal koekjes en een fijn balkonnetje met wat stoeltjes en tafel. Walkable to many restaurants and sights. Also close to port for easy boarding for our cruise. Very spacious, could accommodate many more than just the two of us.

Even arranged transportation for us to the port. I cannot praise her enough. The shower is quite small in a large apartment. Felt a bit comical. The shower water stream is not super stable. Water temperature fluctuates. Oh. And there were stairs leading to the elevator. We had significant amount of luggages. But then Angela arranged for someone to help us with them when we were leaving. Life saver!!!

The host gave us loads of information with regards to where to eat, travel tips etc etc. The only thing I would say is the shower head could be done with being replaced. Still a decent shower but the nozzles are not all functioning correctly.

• Christopher (10/5): Cruise Goers See This! - The landlord was so easy to talk to via Whatsapp and very accommodating. My wife and I with 3 of our older friends could not have picked a better place. Great location (easy walk to cruise port) and the place was very clean. If we ever come back this way, we will absolutely stay here. It added to an already great vacation. Thank you so much! No complaints!!!

We didnt cook, but the kitchen was well equipped and stocked with the basics. There is a shop to buy produce nearby.Also, plenty of places to dine out or have coffee or a beer.
• Aimee (10/5): Perfect Pre Cruise Port Stay - We booked the apartment prior to a cruise departure. Location was excellent for this requirement. Apartment was clean, and exactly what we were looking for. Excellent communication from the host with clear detailed instructions on how to access the keys. Provided an infant travel cot. They also provided an extensive list of recommendations for restaurants and things to do during our stay. Overall a fantastic stay. The apartment was not as easy to find, and our taxi driver did not know where it was. However the host provided a picture of the outside buzzers which helped us locate it. We had booked the apartment as it also had a lift - this however was very small. We had an infant with us and heavy suitcases so it was necessary to have the lift. There was also quite a few steps to actually get up to the lift, so not wheelchair accessible, and not ideal if you need help with suitcases/prams. This wasn't an issue for us but something we didn't expect.

The restaurant around the corner had great pizza, and a food store was located next door. The shower was smaller than what we are used to, but it worked great, and we all managed just fine.

• Mary (10/5): Wonderful location outstanding host! - The location was superb. About a block from water/boardwalk. Next door to beautiful Cathedral. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. They included a little welcome tray of cookies and sweets, bottled water and some coffee. Nice touch. Angela our host was fantastic! She stayed in immediate contact to answer questions and provide recommendations. She went above and beyond. We needed a transfer to the port since we had large luggage for cruise and she happily made arrangements even extending our check out time to accommodate. We did self checkin. Angela sent detailed instructions including a short video. Very simple. Nothing it was great for us. I would mention there are approximately 15 short steps to elevator level. I was able to take suitcase up with no problem but something to keep in mind.

The host provided a gift basket with snacks and some goodies in the refrigerator. I also like how close you are to the train station. It was convenient to go on a trip to see the Vatican or the ruins of Rome. None this is my second time staying here just a safe clean and convenient place to stay. The walk to the bus pick-up to the cruise terminal is about a 15-minute walk

Home is immaculate and has everything you need to launder clothes, cook. Only a 10 minute walk to port shuttles. Elevator in building. Fantastic balcony. Wish there was a clothes dryer although we realize not common in Italy.

We chose self check in, so we didn't meet the host in person, but his welcome was felt in every detail. We felt comfortable if we were at home. The apartment is as spacious as the bedrooms. A real bonus is the balcony and the beautiful view. The location is excellent, a supermarket a few steps away, a promenade along the coast and a 10-minute walk to the shuttle bus stop for the cruise port. Nothing

The only thing I have and it has nothing to do with the family home, it’s part of the apartment complex was the lift, due to the smell we walked the stairs every time. It was a little hard to locate but it's across the road from a large church one of the main roads, (SS1) I think it's called. The beds were very comfy. Large apartment there was four of us. Nice location once we found it. It was close to everything. There's a supermarket just a few steps away. Wifi was provided but we couldn't seem to get into it, the four of us tried. We would definately recommend this apartment.

• Moist (10/5): Best Place near the Port - Where do I start? The communication with the owner was excellent. Walking distance to the port (great if taking a cruise), very clean, modern, and bright. This property has a lift (elevator) to make luggage less of a hassle. The central location is great as well. There is a great pizza place downstairs along the wall with a view of the port and the castle, as well as a grocery store and Cafe on the same street. This property is in walking distance to the train station or a short taxi ride if you don't want to lug your luggage down the street. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We will be going on another cruise next year and we will definitely be staying here again. Nothing
