- Jocelyne (10/5): Exceeded my expectations. - Responsive staff. Excellent and timely communication. Ricardo went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. He volunteered to take us to a gas station nearby so he could show us how to refuel the car. We had never driven in Italy before and were not accustomed to the gas stations there. We were able to drop off our luggage early, which was very helpful. He booked a taxi for us too, which we appreciated . Instant hot water in the shower was a plus, as was the welcomed AC system which kept us cool during very hot weather. Apartment was ideally located and quieter than expected since it’s near a busy streets. Would definitely stay there again.
