Guest Reviews
- David (8/5): Excellent stay and we will probably be returning sometime in the future! - The location was excellent being central to all amenities. Car parking was most convenient Hot water was very slow flowing and ran cold for a lengthy time cold before eventually coming through hot wasting a considerable amount of water.
- Karolina (9/5): - The place was absolutely perfect for the two of us. Great location, it was close to the main attractions. It was comfortable and the place was well equipped. There wasn't anything we didn't like.
- Noel (10/5): I love short strong espresso and that wasn’t available. This trivial as there some great coffee places nearby. - The flat was a beautiful old Victorian apartment updated with very tasteful fittings in the kitchen and bathroom.
It was located close to the beach and the main shops and restaurants - everywhere we wanted to be.
We very much enjoyed staying there and would again.
The host was very responsive and helpful
- Duncan (10/5): -
- Walter (9/5): Good stay in Clevedon - Excellent facilities and good decor. Close to where we wanted to be. Car parking. Apartment was a little cool. We used the plug-in heater in the lounge but the high ceilings made the room difficult to heat. We couldn't get the towel rail to work - the symbols on the control panel were worn off.
- Christopher (8/5): Would have been excellent but for the noise above, have arrived home more tired than when we left - The Flat was excellent but the trouble we had was that there was a lot of noise from the Flat above, it sounded as if they were doing building work. It was not just confined to the day time but was going on at all times in the early hours of the morning, we were unable to get to sleep.
- Brian (9/5): Comfortable and handy for the beach area. pier and restaurants and bars. - The bathroom towel rack didn’t seem to work and the heating generally seemed a bit erratic.
- Angela (10/5): Most enjoyable. - Better to have known the flat number rather than just the address. We found it was number 5 by trying the given code in two key boxes. We had rung the contact phone number and left a message. They rang us back a minute or two later as we were moving into the flat.
- PAT (8/5): -
- susan (9/5): Enjoyed a taste of seaside history staying in this apartment. - Closeness to promenade and allocated parking space. Lovely two main rooms very spacious.
- Peter (8/5): Good central location for exploring the area - The location is good and the apartment is generally maintained to a good standard. Bathroom is very cramped - the door doesn't open fully as the toilet gets in the way. It could do with an inward-opening door or, better still, a slide door. The shower itself is unnecessarily long, considering the size of the room - it would be better off with a quadrant shower cubicle, without the waste of space at the end of the shower, thus freeing up some valuable space
The lounge is very big - only to be yet again unnecessarily cramped with SIX dining chairs jammed against the window (the day we arrived anyway, not as seen in pics), making it nigh impossible to close the wooden shutters.
- Keith (6/5): Stay not bad but the property needs a few things tidying up. - The property was clean and car park was handy No hot water in kitchen. Windows did not fit well so rattled with wind and shutter were hard to shut.
Duvet cover in bedroom very tatty and pillows. No lock on lounge door so kept banging had to prop a bag against it.
- H (9/5): Very nice apartment - Very nice flat. Lovely big rooms, and very clean. The host was very helpful in answering our questions beforehand. The apartment was very quiet and the parking was easy The wallpaper!
- Jonathan (8/5): Super location in Clevedon - Lovely location close to sea front. Spacious and well appointed lounge and bedroom. Good kitchen. Clean bathroom. Onsite parking. Good contact from host. The pillows detracted significantly from sleep and comfort.
- Mary (10/5): Relaxing and enjoyable wished we could stay longer. - Quite location. Comfortable, spacious and lovely apartment.
- Lesley (10/5): Great accommodation by the sea & close to lively Bristol - Location was brilliant and we enjoyed the seaside walks Strange aroma in lounge ?
Quite strong at times
- David (9/5): Great location and full of character. - Charming apartment and a perfect location with parking. Storage heaters barely did the job with such high ceilings and period windows. Supplementary heaters supplied which helped. In the summer, I am sure there wouldn’t be an issue. We were there in early (chilly) March
- Timothy (4/5): Disappointing -
- Suzanne (10/5): Living in luxury - Excellent facilities and very clean and luxurious
- Sarah (10/5): Great for a long weekend - Location, comfort, facilities Nothing
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- Bernard (9/5): Excellent short stay accommodation, that I’d use again, for family gathering elsewhere in Clevedon. - Hot water tap pressure low making the water slow to arrive warm through the taps.
Occasional intrusive noise from stamping on floor of flat above by young occupants.
Ironing board just about fit for purpose, unsteady on its supports.
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jess (9/5): would recomend - Great location, lots of space the window sutters as they let light it at the top
- Susan (8/5): Would definitely return, a charming property in a good location for a short stay by the coast with easy acces to Bristol - Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen with coffee maker and coffee suppled. Great location short walk from sea. Easy to park Sofa bed a little uncomfortable- unable to make rooms dark so light woke us earlier than we would have liked.
- Julie (10/5): Clevedon by the sea - The position was perfect for the Pier and seafront.
Very quiet at night.
Large rooms
Everything we required
Own parking space
Spotlessly clean
Toiletries provided plus plus
Would definitely revisit NA all good
- Bob (9/5): Great stay in lovely flat in super location - Great location. Huge flat very comfortable Hot water supply to kitchen very poor.
- Edward (9/5): A cozy place to stay and visit the victorian town of Clevedon - Communication with the property owner/agent was through booking.com. Instructions to collect the keys were clear and straightforward. The bedroom was spacious and decorated to draw attention to its periodic features. The bedroom was also extrememly comfortable. A number of shops and restaurants were close by as was the seafront. Despite having blankets the front room was a little cold in the evenings.
- Stuart (5/5): It was adequate - Bedroom good size No dishwasher, small fridge, no curtains, small bathroom, windows difficult to open, the exterior looks scruffy
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- James (9/5): Centra - Great location with a sea view, quiet, close to Clevedon pier and all local facilities. It's an extremely spacious one bedroom flat in a period building with off-road parking. Clean-ish but not immaculate; tiny fridge; shower drainage blocked.
- Teresa (7/5): Beautiful apartment in great location but with problems. Mixed feelings. - Location Shutters were only partial so couldn’t sleep after daybreak.
Needs a deep clean
Anxious about contacting someone about problems - details said reach out to us or phone priority number without giving telephone number
Sofa bed was not made up despite requesting it and receiving email confirming it would be
- David (10/5): Superb apartment - Beautiful, well maintained & well equipped apartment. We would definitely return. A minor point, but the electrical socket to the left of the bed did not seem to work.
- Gaynor (9/5): Great location! - The location was fab, we had a good sea view from the bay window. Safe off road parking, with plenty of free on road parking available too. Well equipped & comfortable. The hall light needs a switch outside bedroom door for safe access to the loo at night. This is only a minor problem as pleased overall.
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Morton (8/5): Excellent place for a few days - High quality decoration & furnishings Nothing
- Amira (10/5): Stylish apartment in great location - Great location. Right by beach, cafes and short walk to local shops.
Stylish decor throughout.
Clean with lots of good amenities.
Perfect for our stay for a couple of days. Would be helpful to have a desk as we were both working while we stayed.
Fridge was a little small but perfectly adequate
