• Tina (9/5): Enjoyed my stay. Used pool late and liked this. The supermarket isn’t very well stocked, no pharmacy. but akward locatio - Clean and bedrooms and bathroom were nicely decorated. Kitchen was nice and usable. Pool was lovely and evenings generally quiet. Staff were very helpful especially Morad and Omr. Settee in living area very uncomfortable and small.

• Wagner (4/5): - Apartamento até é confortável. Mas não recomendo por me entregarem o principal sujo. As camas seguem fotos. Chegamos em um voo de madrugada as 01:00. Nos instalatam em um quarto com roupas de cama sujas. Foi esticada sem fazer a troca de lencois. Havia areia e cabelos. Extremamente nojento. Meu filho foi até a recepção e não conseguiu encontrar ninguém. Entrei em contato com o anfitrião. Que mandou o funcionário levar lencois limpos, mesmo assim faltaram fronhas limpas. Fomos dormir eram passada das 3 da manhã. Pedimos p deixar 1 hora a mais no cheq out. Mas as 10:10 estavam batendo na porta para desocupar. Não recomendo.

• Fatima94 (4/5): - L'appartement est très propre. Et le personnel est sympathique Le meuble est cassé, comme pas exemple le canapé du salon. L'appartement est situé dans une résidence qui n'est pas accessible par les taxi, car il y a que de la piste et les taxi ne prefere pas venir, du coup si tu n'a pas ta propre voiture, c'est mort. Ainsi que la résidence est situé à côté d'un hotel qui fait des party jusqu'à une heure tard le soir, ainsi que à côté il a un chantier de construction. Du coup tu ne peut pas dormir ni le soir ni le matin. Moi j'ai laiser ma reservation et j'ai quitte après une nuitée là bas car on a pas pu dormir et le manager il a même pas pris l'initiative de me récompensé, alors qu'il m'a même facturé les frais de tax et de service pour la dernière nuitée.

• Umut (1/5): Worst booking experience ever. - Never book a room at the Egyptian Experience Resort. We stayed just one night and checked in at 8:00 PM, but even this short stay was a nightmare. The bedding was extremely dirty and clearly hadn’t been changed before check-in. We had to force the owner to replace all the sheets. The room did not match the photos on Booking.com at all. There was no microwave, and the entire house looked at least 10 years older than shown. In the middle of the night, someone was playing football upstairs, and we were woken up by blasting disco music coming from the neighboring hotel. Moreover, the area is unsafe. There’s no proper street or road to the property, and most taxi drivers don’t even know where the house is. When checking out, the taxi couldn’t find us, so we had to ask locals to explain the location to the driver. Conclusion: This house—and all the others in the Egyptian Experience Resort—should not be listed on Booking.com. They need to be removed to protect customers and ensure their safety.

• Maria (8/5): Was maar 1 nachtje, maar de prijs was heel goed voor wat je krijgt. - Zag er netjes uit. Prima complex, mooi zwembad erbij. Eigenaar was heel vriendelijk, en flexibel. Koelkast zag er een beetje gaar uit. En locatie kon de taxichauffeur niet vinden vanaf vliegveld. Ligt ergens achter en taxi kennen dit niet. Moest met eigen googlemaps navigeren, anders waren we er nooit gekomen.

• Akram (10/5): Good apartment - The cleanliness is excelent,The apartment’s decor is wonderful,the resort has been renovated and everything works well. They gave us the keys without delay when we arrived at the time we specified in the reservation.good value for money,we will stay again on our first vacation If you go by your car or conract with a car every thing will be fine
• Carol (8/5): Clean, good location - The staff were very prompt and very friendly. They arranged to pick me up from the airport, they were very prompt and showed up on time with a clear sign. I asked for internal transfer and they sent me a clean van on time and the driver was very polite and helpful with my luggage. The stairs with no elevator

• Daniela (10/5): Sophisticated place! - Our stay was great. In fact, it was more than we expected! The person who decorated this apartment had a great talent for details! The coffee mats, pillows, lamps, curtains,... Everything was perfectly matched, new and clean! The neighborhood is also new, with fancy resorts around it, just 5 minutes from the airport. It would be a good idea to ask your host for detailed instructions for your taxi driver, since this is a very new neighborhood, which is still under construction, so most of the drivers do not know about this neighborhood. This is not a minus, but only an instruction for future guests :).

• Kun (10/5): I really liked this place - Morad was incredibly helpful — he even gave me a brand-new bar of soap. When we arrived, two members of staff warmly helped us with our luggage and also provided us with two large bottles of mineral water. They were all exceptionally welcoming, and the price was the best value you’ll find in the area. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
