• Guest (1/5): - - Die Unterkunft liegt im Keller und ist muffig. Es gibt zwar einen separaten Eingang aber der Hausherr betritt diese Unterkunft bei meiner Anwesenheit und macht zum Beispiel das Licht auf dem Flur zur Toilette aus, obwohl ich es extra an ließ. Ich bin im Dunkeln vom Ausgeh zurück und fand zum aufschließen völlige Dunkelheit vor, da kein Licht bei einer sofort am Tor steil herabführender Treppe vorhanden war. Leider bin ich mit meinen Pumps herunter gestolpert. Das ganze war max. 20 Euro und keine 60 Euro wert 😕, daher würde ich dort nicht wieder hin kommen.
• MuniceB (9/5): - Alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt. Einfach, aber völlig ausreichend für eine Person. Das Bad im Heizungskeller hat (jetzt) eine Tür mit Schlüssel und kann abgeschlossen werden. Alles war sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Vorschläge zur Verbesserung wären, wie von anderen bemerkt, ein etwas höherer Tisch zum Essen (für zwei Personen), da der TV Tisch sehr niedrig ist. Eine Nachtbeleuchtung auf der Treppe wäre auch gut.

• Serge (7/5): Good - Price, room size Basement; pipes everywhere in the shower, hearing the host upstairs pretty often (guess they were hearing me the same way)

• Stefan (9/5): Outside the center but just a leap away only by free bike offered by host - Friendly host helped to carry the baggage to the room. I had even two beers in the fridge and best of all was the bike. I used it to go everywhere as Munich is perfect to ride by bike. Free parking near the property all was fine
• V (7/5): Good - Room was big and beds, pillow bedsheet all were good The owner is a bit strict in his principles like switching off internet from 23:00 to 8:00 to avoid wasting electricity..one day I forgot the key inside the apartment and I got locked out at 23:30...the owner switches off internet at 23:00..that's fine..but he switches off his mobile to save power..I called him by phone, knocked on the door...He did not respond and finally I had to sleep outside in the cold without even a bedsheet. And in the morning 6 o clock when I knocked at the door, he got angry... otherwise the apartment is good, comfortable

• Alessandro (8/5): Very good - Big, clean and comfortable room. The kitchen is little but with a lot of furnitures. Good position, near the train station. I will suggest to add curtains: - in the room to smooth the light; - in the bathroom to hide machinery.
