• Rhys (9/5): - Location was very good. Room was basic but all functioned well for our skiing trip Could of done with a saucepan, and a radiator to dry ski clothing after the slopes. But air-conditioning was great.

Няколко неща,собственика е сложил кафе машина за която не можахме да открием капсули в цяло Банско, даже и в Разлог. Другото е,че имаше само 2 възглавници ,който бяха твърде ниски и ако не бяхме подложили сгънати одяла ,нямаше вариант да се спи нормално.

• Veronika (8/5): All in all we were very satisfied with our choice and can recommend it for the other guests. - The apartment was very spacious (for 2 people) and cozy. We really liked the available furniture (for example table and chairs for 4 people). Also the location was very good with a very short walk to gondola and there was a small kiosk right at the corner. The bed was quite hard with a relatively thin mattress. Also the bedsheets were a bit old and not very soft. The hot water from the boiler was enough for 2 showers or one bath, so we had to sometimes wait after the first person. No problem for two people but needs to be considered if travelling with a larger group.
• Cristina (5/5): Disappointing - It was fairly clean and warm. The apartment was unfortunately quite disappointing. First of all, the actual location is much farther from the map pin than expected and significantly farther from the gondola, which made getting around inconvenient. The kitchen is very poorly equipped — there are almost no basic cooking utensils, no proper pots or pans, and not even a kettle, so preparing simple meals is difficult. Hot water runs out very quickly, barely enough for one shower, maybe two if you rush. Additionally, the boiler and the bathtub were leaking, which left water on the floor and made the bathroom messy and uncomfortable to use. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to get proper rest.

• Милка (10/5): Престоят беше супер! - Изключително спокойно и подходящо място за почивка. Локацията лесно се намира. Целият комплекс има привлекателна визия. Апартаментът е много хубав - чистичък, обзаведен и подходящ за релакс, предлагащ много удобства. Освен хубави мебели и най-необходими електроуреди има климатик във всяка стая. С удоволствие бихме го посетили отново!

• Thomas (4/5): Could have been great with a couple changes. - Hosts were very responsive and tried to accommodate our needs. The flat overall was very nice, clean, quiet and spacious. This could easily have been an 8/9 out of 10 with a couple changes. Unfortunately, there were 2 big flaws that had a big negative effect on the holiday for us. The mattresses were the hardest mattresses I've ever tried to sleep on! They were almost as hard as the floor. The hosts supplied a thin mattress topper but even with this, it was impossible to get a good night's sleep and recover from the day's skiing. This might have been ok if it weren't an active holiday, but by the end of the trip we didn't have energy to ski and had to basically spend more days than we'd like just resting which is a shame. The other thing was even though there is a kitchen, there are barely any utensils- no pots to cook pasta/rice in etc so you are forced to not use the kitchen and eat out every day. The food in Bankso is not the best- mainly fast food - again, not great for an active holiday! This would be an easy fix - just a couple saucepans and some basic cooking utensils.
